Each session is designed to help you achieve your individual goals in a private gym alongside up to 5 other like-minded, individuals. Under the expert guidance of our nationally accredited trainers.

Loving the semi-private training sessions! Alaina and Drew are great, they are extremely knowledgeable and supportive! The workouts are spot on: efficient and effective. The space is well organized, clean and bright. I appreciate the flexibility with the schedule. I highly recommend giving the workouts a try!

After years of personal training at Fresh and then time off to have babies, Fresh Semi Private Personal Training was the perfect transition back into training for me. Alaina and Jake are great at teaching and correcting form, and my years of back and hip pain disappeared with exercises that were catered to me. Goodbye massages, hello strength training at Fresh!

After years away from strength training, I was a bit nervous to start again. But this small group strength training class has been the perfect way to get back into it. It feels like a personalized workout with the motivation of a group setting. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, always providing individual attention and making sure my form is correct. I love that the program progresses at a pace that feels right for me, building my confidence with every session. I know I'm in good hands and can push myself without worrying about injury.
