This Gym is a crooked front. I haven't visited this Gym in over a year, I've tried repeatedly to cancelled my membership by mail, email and phone (no one has yet to answer). I keep getting a $10 monthly charge. I recently called the software collection agency to find a phone number for them (It's out of service). Now I'm told, it's under a different name. Someone is just being very evasive and not a good person.

When I signed up I was supposed to get 6 months free and the next six months for $5 per month. When the $5 per month was supposed to start , they charged me $10 per month and charged me $84. They credited me for 2 months and payed me back the money. I decided I didn't want this to happen again so I canceled my membership. Now 4 months after I cancelled they start charging me $10 again and charged me $84! Of course when you call they never answer and when you show up to try to get your money back the front desk person can never help you. You have to wait for a manager every single time. I'm not the only person this is happening to. Multiple people in my family are going through the same thing. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this gym to anyone.

Absolutely the most disgusting gym. The sanitizer is almost never refilled and they are always out of paper towels. Machines have been broken for months. Bathrooms are in shambles it seems. Even when you tell staff about a broken or malfunctioning treadmill that caused you to almost fall they won't fix it. (And then you'll use it months later ASSUMING they fixed it because there was no note indicating it was broken. Thanks y'all, FIX IT) I don't know if the act is broken or they just don't use it but it gets blistering hot in there. I don't even think this gym is worth the $5 a month. In all reality planet fitness is a better gym and that's saying something because they're horrible.

If I could give it less stars I would. Hands down the worst gym management ever. They are super sketchy and randomly charged me yearly fees when it was not time to. I had to contact my bank in order to cancel the charge. Everyone at the front desk lies or is actually that clueless about what is going on with their gym. In addition the phone number on their website is disconnected and their phone number on google is wrong and goes straight to a voicemail that the box is full and you cannot leave a message. I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF I WERE YOU!

Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam! So when I originally signed up for a membership about a year ago I was told that I would have to pay 1 annual fee ONCE A YEAR ONLY. Fusion gyms has charged my bank account of that fee twice! I even cancelled my membership and noticed that I am still being charged monthly. When they initially opened they charged everyone $1.00 down $5.00 a month and it seems as if now they are making unauthorized payments on members accounts to make up for the money that they are not receiving. I was even told by one of the front desk people that he has not received his paycheck because the gym did not meet their monthly quota. The steam room has been broken ever since they opened the place and majority of the equipment is broken. Bathrooms and locker rooms are disgusting and look as if they lack of janitorial services as well. The only reason why I am giving this business "one star" is because I would like to post this remark. BEWARE OF FUSION GYMS!

Thought this deal was too good to be true. Have been there for 9 months and they just charged me for the next year. A little early?? I was told this was a mistake and they would refund the money. This was 4 weeks ago and still have not seen a refund. Machines are dated and worn and not all are in working condition. AVOID Fusion Gym. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE as no one every answers the phone, and they give you an email address that just auto-replies when you email them on this issue. I WILL BE CANCELING my membership.

Well your employee just hung up on me. The gym charged me $90 erroneously 3 weeks ago (which they admitted), said refund was being processed and I was never refunded. Also was charged for my monthly memebership today on top of not being refunded. Told the employee this was ridiculous and I wanted to cancel too and she hung up on me ......amazing customer service!! I should add that I also emailed the billing dept and left a voicemail yesterday and no one contacted me.

This gym is going down hill fast! Machines are breaking, the bathrooms are usually dirty and no paper towels to wipe off machines! Buy I guess you get what you pay for. I will be looking for a new gym though.

This gym is best described as you get what you pay for. Well not really! They do not have the classes they advertise - no barre class, yoga classes are ending this week and no pilates classes. They withdrew the yearly fee of $ 75.00 from my account as well as many other members too early, which was unauthorized and I'm pretty sure illegal. It's been 2 weeks now and we have still not been refunded. The place is filthy and the phones never work, or they do but no one ever answers. Very disappointed since it is at a convenient location. Also wanted to add that many machines are broken and the TV's never work properly.

The price is very reasonable at $5/month but in some cases you get what you pay for. Steam room has been broken since i signed up (May 2016), equipment breaks and doesn't get fixed right of way, and equipment is dirty. If i was to make any recommendations I would say they need to buy more lifting equipment and clean more.

These gyms are great! They took over gyms and these guys are constantly doing work on these gyms to make them better. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The price is even better and i always get a good workout when I go there. They have all of the equipment that I like and they are continuing to make the gyms better!

Terrible Treadmills, smells like mold as soon as you walk in. Half of the treadmills are broken. The ones that aren't broke feel like they're broke. NONE of the channels work on any of the cardio equipment. This place could be nice if they updated their equipment and got rid of that awful, moldy smell.

Yesterday... No toilet paper in either stalls. Machine says parts ordered a month ago and their still broken!

It's a pretty good gym, if you're looking to go workout and that's it. Some of the employees make the experience a lot better though. Joe, Alena, Jerri, and Lily always talk to me when I come in. They're very friendly and really stand out from most employees at a gym.

It has that small gym comfort with everything a larger gym has plus more. Including kettle bells, kick boxing, TRX equipment also many classes available. I have taken both spin & yoga classes both excellent.

Best gym I've been to so far! So many different equipments to use for whatever you might decide to work on for the day. The workers are also great! You always get a greeting of the day and they're always around the gym helping out other people. Highly recommended.

This place is a COMPLETE JOKE!!!! Don't join this place. My friends and I just had to cancel our membership because the owner had an issue with us working out together. Apparently being gym buddies equates to "training" in his eyes and he must have felt threatened by it. When we asked for proof or examples, all they could say was "oh members have complained." And they're so desperate for membership that their Facebook page won't let you rate them anymore. That's because the equipment is always broken, there's never soap in the dispensers, the place is barely cleaned (if ever), and the bathrooms smell of sewage. All the $5 a month memberships in the world won't improve that stuff. And everyone knows that the price is the only reason people stay because it's certainly not the subpar facilities.

And the worst part is the owner was too much of a coward to even approach is with the issue...even after being asked about it directly. I'm happy that he won't get another dime from us. And I'll keep telling people until I'm blue in the face not to bother with this raggedy gym!

I used to love this place. I've been a member for a few years. The thing I liked the most was the price of membership. It was more expensive than normal but I liked that. Because no one is going to pay $30 a month unless they're serious about going to the gym. Now that Fusion has taken over and are basically giving away memberships (it costs like $5 a month), this place is a joke. It is almost impossible to find space to exercise because the gym is now crawling with people (mostly muscle-head types that spend most of the time lifting their shirts to look at their abs or talking to their buddy next to a machine that neither one of them is using). Not to mention the "Trainers". A few weeks ago I literally saw 3 girls that looked like they were still teenagers wearing Fusion t-shirts with the word "Trainer" on it. They weren't really doing anything....just walking around. Really? My membership is paid for the year so I still go (very early in the morning), but I will be finding a new gym very soon. The cheap price is not worth the inconvenience.

My main problem is I was told there would be daycare starting June for the summer. I joined in March and still no membership card I just walk on in. Anyone can honestly walk in and get their workout and leave!

This gym has so many perks for a cheap price, that I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. I just switched over from my old gym, that overcharged me and didn't have nearly as many benefits. My favorite thing about this gym is that you can bring 2 guests everytime you come, for the lifetime of your membership. Good equipment, good people.

I joined Fusion a few months ago. I'm able to get in a good workout during my lunch break and I enjoy the spin classes with Angela. The staff are very welcoming. There are a few things that could use improvement like the sauna being out of service and some of the equipment features not working (I.e. Broken Headphone outlets). And maybe they could offer free wifi. But the best part is that the gym is very affordable and has decent hours of operation!

I've been coming here since March '16 and have not been disappointed by this place. The price can't be beaten and it's less than a mile away from my house. It sucks that it gets a little crowded after rush hour during the week, but that's only because of my work schedule. Overall a satisfying gym for a more than satisfactory price!!

The facility is small but has a lot of equipment + it gets the job done and more. I'm just not a fan of the brown color scheme on the equipment. But the place really grew on me!

There is an active Group on for the old Sporting club that was here but the gym has since changed names. The old sporting club sign is outside but theres banners for fusion fitness.Groupon, Sporting Club and Fusion need to figure out this dilemma because people keep buying the Groupon but the front desk staff is unsure to honor groupon or not.

I live within about 150 feet of this gym, and I've loved it for about the past year because it's so close and convenient, and the gym was pretty good. Recently, new management has taken over and they have instituted a new, very cheap pricing scheme that has caused a HUGE number of new people to enroll. This has caused the gym to basically become unusable because the amount of equipment and floor space cannot accommodate the number of members at really any time of day. I quit this gym and now I pay more at a place that is a few miles away, because I could not stand to give my money to Sporting Club any more.

It's a nice gym that's clean and maintained with ample cardio and weight lifting equipment. Usually not very crowded which I prefer. I almost never had to wait for any equipment to open except for the two squat racks during peak hours. The staff are very friendly. I have since moved away from Voorhees, so I was pleased that leaving the gym was quite hassle/deception-free. It doesn't have all the amenities that some of the good gyms have, like towels, but it's a decent gym for the price.

Overall disappointing. Almost half of the treadmills need maintenance (belt stops momentarily when you land on it with a foot when running, or they are REALLY loud in general when people are running on them). The TVs on the machines are crap and your neighbor usually changes your channel while they try to adjust their own tv. Classes for spin and other activities are quite limited and not spread out well at all. The place is somewhat small, but fortunately it usually isn't too busy. The main benefit of this place is the location. Otherwise I can and will be looking for a planet fitness or other alternative with better maintained equipment.
