Horrible. 75 percent of their equipment is broken. I told the rep today and he said he's working on it. I suggested a good idea would be to label the broken equipment so people don't use it. Ten minutes later I see him putting white labels on more than half of the equipment.

Fusion gyms period are terrible. They're also the cheapest. But come on, at least try to fix your stuff.

Oh yeah, they also got another room which could be great for fitness, but it's housing THE REST of their broken equipment.

Fusion gym has all the basic needs in a gym. It has all the machines necessary along with a sufficient amount of free weights. Some of the equipment is outdated but they look to have the intentions of upgrading their equipment in the near future. Overall it has great potential to become a very high quality gym in the near future.

Every workout is my best workout at fusion fitness, has every machine for my needs and excellent customer service. For the price/experience there isn't a gym that competes with Fusion.

This is a great place to go to work out. Friendly helpful staff. Always a smile hello & goodby. Always clean. This is bare bones. They're still a work in progress. If you want fancy go pay fancy.

I have been going to this Fusion location for 4 years now and have no notable complaints! The staff is always incredibly inviting and helpful! It is not the most updated gym but everyone is always working to improve the facility and overall I cant imagine going to any other gym, would highly recommend!!

Great staff members!!!!Always greeted with a pleasant hello, A nice friendly place to workout. I love the Zumba classes...filled with fun and energy.This gym is affordable to the pockets. I have so much fun while working out!!!!!!

This gym is very cost efficient for only $5 dollars a month. The equipment could use work as many of the treadmills are out of service. However, the staff is very friendly and polite. I would recommend this gym for anyone looking for an affordable gym with a friendly atmosphere.

dont let the people say that this place is great it isnt they double charge you every month locker rooms smell theres only one tolet they do nothing to improve it they put a floor and paint up that was it something in the town center one to im very happy that after i had my credit card co came in for them to stop charging my card even though my year was up they didnt want to give the money back nothing they say theres always "haters" that was from the co owner well theres a reason why its said instead thats how people are treated i guess theres more people that will be taken by the great "$5.00" a month but it really isnt

We were members of the gym before Fusion bought it out. The associates still refer to us as Miami customers. I asked 2 different associates for a new key card and they said they do not have any. There are about 5 different treadmills that are out of order, when I asked about a timeline for them to get fixed the assoiate stated that they were focused on renovations right now that once they're done they will fix the machines. VERY DISAPPOINTING. We still pay the old member rate which 4x what the new rate, the least they could do is fix the equipment. We continue to go in hopes that our next visit will be better but that only will last a short while longer.

So far so good I go 5 to 6 days a week I never have trouble getting onto equipment! Also the guys are always happy to help and very informative and friendly. This is a actual gym not a socal get together. If you want people all bubble and cheeri and fake in ur face go to a fake gym. If you want real people and real result come to fushion. Also renovations take time be happy they are keeping the location open they could shut it down and be done but he is keeping it open to be nice.NO I do not work their I am a real client and I love the place and I'm looking forward to the voorheese location opening soon and I hope it's awesome and all you poop talkers can hush!

The physical improvements are decent but cheaply done. The biggest problem I have is that nobody greets you or says goodbye and there are always 2-3 guys hanging out on cell phones at the reception desk. They don't look up and never show interest in members. They also don't give a clear answer as to if they are continuing classes or not. It's January 1st. Can't believe they're not finished yet. Feels like they've run out of startup money on buying themselves new sweats.

I was told that they would be open on the 1st of January, but they were not. I mean what gym isn't open on the new year day? Ended up going to a different gym, and paid 10$ for a day pass. All of the good reviews are written by the associates. Five dollars a month and being able to bring two friends sounds great. However, this gym is very small. One will spend majority of his/her time waiting for a spot to clear because of the parks s/he signed up for. There are about five gym facilities in the two mile radius. I encourage one to scope the other locations out before signing up for this gym.

P.s Make sure to bring 60 dollars for a down payment if you decide to sigh up for this gym.

Okay so I went last week to sign up.....so the gym wasn't finished they were putting the floor down still under construction . Customer service wasn't bad but it was awkward just the fact that they had no receptionist.....they don't have a scanner for your badge .....,,sorry they don't have a badge yet Eaither for you to scan.... I'm very confused..... If they where open for the past 2 months why wasn't this done yet... Very odd.... Then they want you to take 69 dollars out for what reason idk....I'm actually going up there today to see if the rest of the floor is done if not I'm canceling it as soon as possible . I am trying to give them a chance if not I'm going to just go to ROYAL FITNESS.

Fusion gyms is by far one of the best places I've decided to join. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always very helpful. My favorite employee is Jonathan. He's very helpful and interested in my goals. I can't wait to see what this new year will have in store for me with this gym by my side.
