My kids have been attending GSTA, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed into a community that prioritizes growth, support, and fun.
The coaches are fantastic! They genuinely care about each child’s progress, fostering an environment that encourages both strength and flexibility. My kids have not only improved their gymnastics skills but have also learned the importance of pushing themselves to be better, all while celebrating their achievements and those of their classmates.
The program promotes a strong sense of teamwork. It's heartwarming to see them support one another, whether they’re nailing a new skill or just having a tough day.
The balance of training and a nurturing atmosphere is perfect. The focus on personal bests rather than comparison keeps the kids motivated without the pressure. Every class is an opportunity for growth, and my kids leave each session excited for more.

We love GSTA! It instantly felt like home when my daughter started! Coach Nastia is AMAZING my daughter adores her! We will be going to GSTA for many many years to come, and we are excited to see my daughter grow with them!

Just googled and found this place close to home because I did not want to drive more than 20 to 25 mins. This place is located behind or inside the Black Bear Lake Picnic and Event Rentals place. The teachers are friendly and great, it looks like a small place from the outside but it's nice and spacious from the inside. My daughter's first time learning gymnastics and she simply loves her coaches. My only issue is we can't sit inside and watch your kids it's a pick and drop only. So be ready to wait in your car for an hour till class is over.

My daughter loves this place! The trampolines are clean and the coaches are awesome! My daughter learned a lot of new skills at Garden State Trampoline. Coaches explains every skills carefully and makes it fun. Staff was friendly and made my daughter feel secure and excited to learn. Facility is clean and has great atmosphere for my daughter as well as for anyone who would like to try this place out! I recommend GST 100% and my daughter will be back!
