Galo is a phenomenal trainer. I have been working out with him for over 5 years. When I first went to him, I was 41 and struggling to get on track with my fitness having young kids and a demanding job. He helped motivate me and reenergized my passion for the gym. I saw immediate and significant results within the first three months. He held me accountable, not just inside the gym, but outside as well in terms of focusing on a healthier lifestyle, focusing on the right macros, and prioritizing the value of sleep. He has a commitment to both upper and lower body work and athletic exercises which helped me tremendously. Iβve been lucky to find Coach Galo to guide back into my fitness journey. I had previously worked out on my own and used trainers at different times as well. Iβve also had problems from an accident that involve herniated discs and a lingering shoulder issue. Iβve now been with him for a year and half, dropping and maintaining my weight while slowly changing composition. Coach Galo uses the right mix of movements to build you up steadily and safely where none of that is an issue. I gladly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to train them, regardless of level.

There are trainers who donβt understand the science behind strength and conditioning, muscle gain, weight loss and overall physical health, yet they are extremely personable, motivating and supportive. Then there are super intelligent trainers who have the technical science aspect down but donβt bring energy, enthusiasm and emotional intelligence to their work. Galo is the rare combination of both. Galo is a GREAT trainer! I joined his program and he really took the time to know where I was at and my limitations due to injuries and such and built a program that addressed it all.
