OK here is the real deal. Flexibility is NOT my strong point. I recall doing yoga with P90X and thought this is a joke. Wow was I wrong. Actually, I was very wrong. Turned out to be the most challenging and rewarding experience. Fast forward to today, I wanted to get back into yoga. A great friend recommended Grace Yoga. He was 100% right. This place is awesome. The instructors are amazing and know how to work with all levels. Improvements in my flexibility, overall strength training, balance and the best part, my golf game improved! Yes, my golf game improved because of the increased flexibility. Strongly recommend.

Love this studio and the teachers are excellent! What a wonderful community. Thank you Grace! Itβs my home away from home!! Five star experience for sure! Just bring your mat and enjoy! They have towels for you and even hair ties if you need it!

Best yoga studio around! Offers classes that fit all of my needs and more importantly fits my schedule! The space is beautiful and clean and comfortable and the instructors are easy to follow and consistent. The best experience at any studio so far! I have been to many yoga places but this I would say is the best yoga studio so far. Excellent Hot Yoga training session. I did the hot yoga flow and it was challenging yet not too difficult. It was just the right blend of movement and meditation. I would highly recommend this studio and if youβre looking for the best yoga class definitely try the instructor Graceβs hot yoga flow.

Being fairly new to yoga and a little afraid to get out of my comfort zone Grace yoga space put all my fears to rest. Extremely clean and welcoming studio with the best instructors. Grace is very aware of her students levels and teaches accordingly. The whole class gives off a positive vibe and the time spent in class is a great get away from all your worries. PS just be careful she likes to crank up the heat a little. lol

Oh my gosh this is the best yoga studio ever!! The owner is super nice and professional. The only downside for me is that I was on vacation when I went there so I have wait until Iβm back in Jersey to go again! I totally recommend this yoga studio. You wonβt go to another one once youβve been here!

The classes taken by me were the Best Yoga classes for my experience level. The instructor taught for the experienced and inexperienced (less flexible) at the same time. The tranquil atmosphere when entering the studio makes it the Best Yoga Studio.

My first visit I took a beginners class with Grace. Shes an amazing instructor! She explains the movements and poses so you know exactly what you're supposed to be doing while also concentrating on relaxing the mind and guiding you to release stress and tension in your body. The studio is beautiful; the perfect setting to help find your zen. I look forward to my classes with Grace every week!
