*****folks, if you are a bit more mature and in need of targeted exercises that don't exert - then look no further!
but ...
*when you sign aboard read all of the fine print and understand the terms and conditions of membership. also, be prepared for incessant member LOVE BOMBING to bring in new members from any and all of your personal sources
*enough said - you have been warned
postscript - the owner suggests an absence of "fine print" and suggests "free to leave" - agree (btw only a recent development after protests)! he does not mention his onerous requirements and charges if classes are missed - specifically "makeup or fee requirement". when you think harding personal training - think incessant "shilling" and inane requirements for "missed classes" if you do not request specific dispensations. ask yourself??? - do you need all of this when you can't make a class - like bringing the teacher a note! who is serving who here?

I love that each class is intentionally small and structured with clear, achievable objectives. The trainers are motivating, correcting your form, celebrating your progress, and reminding you why you started. The atmosphere buzzes with encouragement rather than competition; everyone’s there to lift each other up, literally and figuratively.

For me, it’s more than a gym. It’s a space where effort meets empowerment, and where every member leaves feeling like the best version of themselves.

Harding Personal Training is an amazing place to work out! The small class setting makes it easy to get personalized attention while still having the motivation and energy of a group. The trainers are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive — they really take the time to help you reach your goals at your own pace. I feel extremely energized everytime I come back from my workout. This is the perfect spot to stay motivated and see real progress!

I have belonged to several gyms since Covid, and Harding Personal Training is by far the best! It offers small--six or fewer participants--classes led by caring professional coaches. You can sign up for different classes each week depending on your schedule and which members you enjoy working out with. The coaches know everyone in the class and personalize workouts for members as necessary based on each one's level of fitness and/or restrictions. (I'm not making this up; they really do that!)
In addition to making it easy to participate in small class, Harding's model and its coaches encourage community, so you always know who is planking alongside you.
Another outstanding feature is Harding's focus on members over 40. That means no loud, heavy metal music blasting and no intimidating 20-somethings showing off their beautiful bodies as they prance around in revealing workout wear. (Sorry, guys.)
Give it a try. You won't regret it!

I joined to improve my health and lose weight. The entire team have been so supportive and kind to me as I have progressed step by step. As of writing this review I have lost 40lbs but more importantly I am so much fitter and flexible than I was a few months ago. I totally enjoy going and have recommend numerous local friends to join.

I had a great experience these past two weeks. I enjoyed working with Carole and Nate. The workouts are perfect for me. It helps that we can adjust to my fitness level when necessary.
The gym and equipment are very nice and clean. The nutrition consult was helpful. I feel like the last two weeks were the start that I needed to attain the healthy goals that we set.
The other members have been very nice, as well.

Recently started my membership because my wife is a member and loves the workout, trainers, and especially, results. Small class workouts are personalized and target critical muscle groups. I’m loving this program! Great personable instructors who will get the most from you yet will adjust program elements accordingly to accommodate your unique issues as well as developmental progress. The programs are challenging but, now having a few weeks behind me, I couldn’t be more pleased with how my body (and outlook) are adapting. Looking to get back in shape, perhaps drop a few pounds, get a bit stronger, feel better, then Harding PT is the place to be. I highly recommend you check them out.
