Heatwave is such an amazing hot yoga studio. It’s honestly one of the hottest I’ve ever been in, and I love that they offer so many different classes- from slow flow vinyasa, conditioning and yoga sculpt, to power flows, there is truly something for everyone. Whether you’re brand new or super advanced, you can find a class that will help you level up your practice.

The owners (Ariana and Michael) are so genuine and welcoming, and they’ve really created a space that feels like home.

I love Heatwave!! I started out as a total beginner, and this studio has helped me grow so much in my practice. The instructors are super supportive, patient, and honestly just really good people. The community here is warm and welcoming. everyone shows up with good energy, which makes every class feel fun!! Heatwave has become one of my favorite parts of my routine. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about trying hot yoga

I have loved this studio since I first walked in the door! Ariana and her crew bring the right energy! At the end, that cold towel and option to shower are nice a bonus. Not to mention when I buy the multipack of passes I don’t have to worry about them expiring if I don’t use them right away.

I don’t even live in the area, but after visiting Heatwave Yoga this week… I wish I did! Eric and Ariana were absolutely amazing — their energy, guidance, and kindness made every class feel like the warmest (and sweatiest!) hug. 🧘‍♀️💦 I came in as a visitor, but left feeling like part of the family. Truly the highlight of my week, and I’m so sad to go… but already counting the days until I can come back❤️

I had such a wonderful first experience at Heatwave Yoga! From the moment I walked in, Ariana, the owner and my teacher for the day, took the time to personally show me around the studio and make sure I felt completely comfortable before class began. The location is great—right on Main Street in Belmar—and the space itself radiates warm, welcoming vibes. The atmosphere is inviting, the energy is positive, and you can tell Ariana truly cares about her students. I left feeling refreshed, centered, and already excited to come back. Highly recommend!

This is my go to spot! Every class here is amazing. My personal favorite is the famous Sunday Service with Arianna which is an INTENSE class, enough to quell your inner demons. I also enjoy Camille's Friday morning class because she always has a unique flow which provides a great stretch and great music. The space is very large and immaculate. 10/10

Absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for. The teachers know your name, see your body, and meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new to yoga or deep into your practice. There’s no pressure, just powerful guidance, beautiful encouragement, and an atmosphere that fosters growth at every level.

Classes are challenging in the best way—motivating, strengthening, and incredible for flexibility. I’ve never felt more supported or more safe; The instructors are deeply knowledgeable and creative to keep me wanting to come back for something new each day.

My entire body is throbbing.
I’m not sure if I lost myself or found myself. If I died or was born. Sometimes you kick life’s arsh, sometimes it kicks yours. Either way Ariana is here to kick ours.

Seriously though, I’ve never met a yoga teacher who takes ownership of your practice with you. She genuinely makes every class feel so personal, pushes you further than you believe you can go and is always able to give you meaningful coaching and corrections with love and intention. Whether it’s her hot power flow instruction or one of her teaching classes, I always feel stronger and more inspired whenever I leave Heatwave Hot Yoga. 🥵 🧘‍♂️

I hope this place stays a fixture in Belmar for years to come!

I recently tried out Heatwave Hot Yoga in Belmar and I’m in love! The space is beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the moment you step in. What truly sets this studio apart is its diverse group of teachers, each bringing their unique style and energy to the classes. The room is the perfect level of hot, and the music is awesome too (the acoustics are so nice). Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, there’s something for everyone here.
