Grant helps get results! He can help with your pain reduction or fitness goals- not just what you might think about for stereotypical "yoga." When I started with Grant I had knee pain on & off for 15 years and wasn't sure if I'd ever be able to run again. I had most recently done physical therapy with some success but still hadn't reached my fitness goals and was frustrated with their focus on just the knee as I felt weaknesses in other areas of my body from having kids were impacting my knee pain. Grant took a much more holistic approach to the problem and suggested we strengthen my upper back and core (without me even mentioning this could be linked to the knee pain). This significantly reduced my pain and I have been able to return to 2-3 miles 2x a week and have even started Cross Fit and am loving that. I would highly recommend him for those who have pain that won't go away and/or athletes looking to break through fitness goals. He does a free assessment and will only take you as a client if he thinks he can help you, so definitely give it a try.

Grant is really one in a million. The scope of knowledge that he has along with his delightful, compassionate nature make him a wonderful teacher and partner in getting to a great place with your health. He seems to me to be like a powerful combination of physical therapist and yoga specialist. He customizes all of the things that he suggests for your body and issues. He has taught me more in 3 sessions than anyone has my entire life. Understanding and changing how you move and specifically leveraging your glutes (butt muscles) to move properly has made a world of difference for me. Highly recommend Hidden Warrior Yoga.

This guy rocks!! And when i say that, i truly mean it.
He gets being human and needing to be healthy.
He's not a muckity muck who looks down upon you if you don't know anything about fitness or muscles or working out.
Grant meets every person right where they are. I've been working with him for over 18 mths. I don't want to ever stop. He challenges me, keeps things fun, educates me, and improves me. My kids even noticed a change in me and now they goto Grant too.

I came in broken and tortured, wrecked and ravaged, a mere shell of my former glorious self. Grant set right to work putting me all back together again. Hidden Warrior? More like Apparent Savior. I had terrible shoulder pain from an ice hockey injury a decade and a half ago. Grant taught me the right stretches, breathing methods, and posture positioning to repair my body. I have never been stronger. (Scored 2 goals and earned an assist the other night, without any pain to complain about). Thanks Grant!

Grant and his Hidden Warrior are actually a "hidden gem". His knowledge on the body and how it works FOR you is unparalleled. His commitment to his clients is deeply rooted in a sense of purpose. I absolutely love every one of Grants classes - he is thorough, he adjusts his class to his students needs, he’s a fabulous and patient teacher, and my body has changed significantly due to his guidance and care. I have been going to Hidden Warrior Yoga for several years. Grant was able to figure out my physical problems (shoulders, sciatica, etc.) and work with me to fix them. Attending his zoom classes during the pandemic has given me something to look forward to several mornings a week. I highly recommend this non-traditional yoga class.

I was happy that Grant teaches exercises which enable us to develop skills and strength needed to do traditional yoga poses. Most of the time in other classes and video programs, I have struggled to achieve and hold the poses with proper breathing. Grant provides more of what I needed from a teacher : good beginning instructions and examples as well as feedback on how to do the work properly. He is friendly and relaxed during the class.

I have had a lot of yoga teachers over the years. I can honestly say that Grant is the best ! My wife and I found him by chance as he was close to where we are living. He is also the most knowledgeable, and tailor's each class according to to the student's needs. On top of that he has a winning personality. Cannot recommend him enough !

Hidden Warrior Yoga is not your “one size fits all” studio. Grant is an amazing instructor with immense knowledge of the human body and how to make it function at its optimum. He structures each class based on the students needs. He moves around the room during class and monitors each students positions as well as help them modify a position if they are uncomfortable. His positive energy is contagious and encouraging. I always leave class feeling stronger both physically and mentally.

Hidden Warrior Yoga was exactly what I was looking for. I was seeking classes for strength and balance and of course, relaxation. HWY provides all that and more. Grant is very knowledgeable, attentive to postures and positions, and structures each class to provide maximum fitness for all attending. The studio is welcoming in a minimalist way which is fitting for these classes. I have found fitness and a Happy Place at Hidden Warrior Yoga.

My experience with Hidden Warrior Yoga has been very positive! Grant is very knowledgeable and the classes are fun and innovative..Hidden Warrior Yoga is not a "one size fits all" studio. Grant takes the time before every class to check in with each person to see how they are feeling. He then designs that class to address the needs of each person.
Everyone gets the care and attention needed and that is what makes
Hidden Warrior Yoga different from other studios.

Hidden Warrior Yoga is my go to place to relax. Location is great and I love the atmosphere of the actual studio. It's a really well kept "hidden" gem in Plukemin. What you get at HWY is a different experience from normal yoga studios. Yes, there are classes with the typical yoga poses and meditation afterwards if you are looking for that. But there are also classes that cater specifically to your needs that day. Owner Grant Clark incorporates yoga, meditation, and NKT like stretching that somehow always miraculously make me feel better both physically and mentally when I leave after an hour. If you want a more personalized authentic yoga experience and are truly looking to feel noticeably better after every session. I highly recommend HWY.
