My fiancé and I tried to schedule a trial class. The first time it was cancelled the day before due to “not having any staff during staff hours” which was odd. We then rescheduled and we asked if we can move the class a day earlier with a few hours notice and instead of being treated with kindness by who I assume is the owner or front desk staff since it was over text. If the new time and day we proposed wasn’t going to work that was fine but the way I was talked to was most definitely rude. The staff in Livingston is much kinder!

This gym is amazing, my favorite class is hot barre none. Ive lost 10 pounds so far, and feel that my skin has improved tons!! You have to try this gym! Also, Great new management here too, maria has been so helpful whenever I need assistance

I love HOTWORX, especially the Pilates sessions! With the infrared heat I get double benefits. I always leave this gym feeling stronger and detoxed. I’ve also noticed my skin has improved. This gum is Super convenient and clean, highly recommend!!

Very clean facility and friendly staff. New to the Hotworx concept but it’s amazing for the body. Definitely recommend. I work a lot so I need something to relieve the stress and tension so their infrared saunas is the best option for someone like me.

HOTWORX Whippany is a total game-changer! I love that I can do Yoga, Pilates, Rowing, Cycling, —and it’s all inside an infrared sauna. The variety is amazing, and it’s WAY more affordable than what I was paying just for Pilates. This studio gives you so much value in one membership. Highly recommend!

Hotworx has been a game-changer for me! It successfully got me back into a consistent fitness routine after a period of struggle. The 24/7 access and consistently clean studio are fantastic. For a single monthly membership, the unlimited classes and gym equipment access are an incredible value. I highly recommend the HIIT Row, Hot Warrior, and Hot Yoga!

Love my membership but have two things I wish could change - 1 I would love more classes to be available at 5:15pm and 2 I feel that the thunder machines are extremely heavy to pull and there is no way to change the resistance. I heard other studios offer machines with water and orbeez for modification for beginners or for a less heavy option.

Buyer beware. To cancel your membership at this place you need to give them 60 days written notice. That’s absurd if you’re not happy and you have to guarantee three months upfront so it’s five months guaranteed to do business with this location. Just warning people. The people were nice, but the policy is terrible

I’ve been dreading going back to the same old gym experience and in a bit of a slump, found hotworx and haven’t turned back since! It’s really invigorating and something new to the routine. I do have to say the infrared is working out my pores. Also the staff has been the next experiment so far, clean facilities and friendly people. This will make my 2025 resolution a bit easier to achieve.

I tried the Hotworx Whippany location for the first time and had an amazing workout. I was looking for a new workout routine to kickstart my post-pregnancy and Hotworx offers 24-hour service which is very convenient for a new mom with limited free time. The hot core class was exactly what I needed to restore the strength of my abs. Can't wait to go back and try all the different classes.

My wife and I stopped by the Hotworx in Whippany this past weekend to kickstart our 2025 resolutions. The lady in the front was friendly, answered our questions and got us started with the free trial. The heat from the sauna takes your workout into overdrive, I’d never had a workout like it. My wife enjoyed the workout as well and pointed out how nice it was to avoid the new years crowds at our usual gym. The private workout concept definitely felt like an elevated experience and I'd recommend Hotworx Whippany to anyone looking to try something new to jumpstart their workout routine in the near year.

I drive 25 min from Wayne to this location for me and girlfriend to try some core workouts and we got asked to pay even though on the website it says a free trial? I rather go to the one in Livingston, I heard it’s so much better! The front staff is rude and give you an attitude when you ask them anything, avoid this place!

Came to this place to try it out to do a free session because I was curious about the hot core. I drove 26 minutes for nothing. The blonde girl in the front kept asking me questions per normal, but then told me since I don’t live in the area I have to pay for the free session??? Mind you I’ve lived in Morris county all my life but recently moved out of the county. Weird vibes from the start, just left because Im not about to have my workout ruined. I just went to Iron Culture in Cedar Knolls for my regular workout. I just wanted to try something new instead of regular weight training. Never going back to that location!

I’m usually not the type of person to write reviews for anything, but my experience with Hotworx Whippany so far has been so good that I wanted to do my part to tell more people about it! I’ve been a member of the Crunch chain of gyms for the last 20 years and it helped me lose over 100lbs. But for the last few years I felt like I hit a plateau in my weight loss and fitness journey so I was looking to try something new to kickstart more fat loss. Then I came upon Hotworx! After my first workout in one of their hot rooms I came out feeling both spent yet oddly energized at the same time. I’m happy to report that I’ve started losing weight again! The extra bonus for me is the privacy I have when working out and the convenience of being able to schedule my workout whenever I need. I work long hours so I can’t always get my workouts in during regular gym hours. Thanks so much Hotworx Whippany!
