Love this yoga studio! It is small yet intimate. There’s a variety of yoga classes to fit and accommodate any preference! This is a yoga studio that accepts and embraces everyone - from beginning yogis to more advanced practices.

What is it about House that makes it a great yoga home?

1. A solid foundation: House yoga has a diverse range of class offerings for yogis of all ability and interest levels. Whether you are in need of a basics class or in the mood for a Power or Meditation class, House has it covered. Additionally, the studio focuses on the integrity of yoga while also honoring that everyone’s bodies are different. You can grow your practice by building strength, improving balance and flexibility, while also focusing on the intricacies of poses.

2. Community is a priority: After attending just a few classes, almost everyone will know your name. That’s because owner, Christa Lapinig, makes human connection a priority at her studio.

3. Extra Features: House holds workshops that could include a hike, chakra cleansing, essential oils, acupuncture, and sometimes goats. Commitment to your yoga practice is ideal but House understands that everyone’s lives and schedules can get hectic so there are different levels of memberships, plus drop-in options (all reasonably priced).

4. The Missing Piece: Luther Vandross crooned that his house was not a home when someone was missing. House is more than a physical space. The instructors are knowledgeable and will challenge you. Beyond that, you will come back for the energy and humor they bring to the mat. It could be the motivation and comfort you might need to get through your day.

You are your greatest improvement project - invest in you. Come namaslay with us. We’ll leave the lights on for you.

I've been going to House Yoga for almost a year now and I'm so glad I did. The range of classes is perfect for someone trying to figure out what they like in yoga and the instructors are incredibly kind, friendly, understanding, and motivating. (I'm always trying to bring my friends for their first class, just so they can see how great it is.)

I've been going to House Yoga regularly for 2 years and absolutely love it! I attend 3-4 times a week, and am so thankful to have found this place! I decided to try yoga after my doctor told me that I should not run anymore. I started with the beginner classes (Monday's basic flow), and slowly learned how to make it my own; to challenge myself. I now regularly like to hit hot yoga, but on days when I need to find balance, I love the restorative or stretch classes. You'll be surrounded by people of all ages and abilities. It is a small studio, but that's what I like about it. No pressure, no judgement!

It’s been a year and a few weeks now since I’ve started doing yoga and Yoga Trapeze House Yoga. I have gained strength, flexibility, muscles, learned to breathe properly which helped me so much with my asthma! I have learned to do poses and headstands with the help of the friendly instructors there. The studio offers restorative yoga and restorative yoga Trapeze which heals and relaxes the body. I enjoy the work shops, there are always something to do or try, like goat yoga, Yoga in the dark, making essential oils coming up soon just to name a few. Not forgetting yoga and wine every Friday night! The laughs and great conversation bringing students and teachers closer. I’ve made many friends!
I recommend everyone going and experience this studio. Get upside and heal your back pains by trying Trapeze. Stretch and flow yourself into a healthier life style. Do it for you!

I rarely write reviews, but after visiting House Yoga studio, I felt compelled to write a review. This place is amazing! The energy you feel and yoga instructors are amazing, especially Christa. She is such a free-spirited sweetheart.. There prices are fair and they even offer free classes. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. If you are nearby and have some free time, check it out!

I've been going to the house of yoga now for about 3 weeks? maybe & I must say that all the teachers are awesome! but my favorite by far is Cheryl Bauer! She is such an inspiring, kind, soul touching person! Every time I enter her class I feel such a sense of peace! I got the one month unlimited but if for some reason I don't get it again I will definitely be going to her classes Monday & Friday!! Thank you Cheryl for showing me such kindness & helping me with what seems to me to be impossible poses!! Highly recommend!
