IFS 24 is a great gym. I stopped in at their Main location which is IFS Premier and started with personal training, Robert the owner was cordial respectful and prompt with setting me up with a trainer. After a few private sessions i was ready to get back to it myself. Granted it had been over 10 years since i stepped into the gym they made me feel comfortable and like family. I have been coming almost every day for 6 months now and i couldn’t be happier with my results, Robert and his team have given me the desire and passion to better myself again, and i always feel like it’s a non judgmental zone when i work out, which is highly appreciated. Highly recommended IFS Premier or IFS 24.

I love IFS24. Have no problem getting on machines, the equipment is state of the art, and the gym is very clean. Most importantly the gym culture at IFS is encouraging and promotes positive fitness and goals. I’m glad we made the change from Planet Fitness to IFS.

Favorite gym I have found for myself. Have tried a few gyms and always lost motivation or desire but this gym is keeping me motivated to get stronger and keep pushing. I look forward to coming to IFS during my weekly planning. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The owners are so friendly and also provide great seminars from time to time that are so eye opening and knowledgeable! My wife and I love this place so much after being recommended by our close friend who extolled it's greatest to us for months! Best decision we made!

I've been a member at IFS for more than 10 years and decided to add the convenience and flexibility of IFS24 to expand my workout options. IFS24 is first class all the way with plenty of top notch equipment in a bright, clean facility. My only regret is that I didn't add the IFS24 membership sooner.

As an existing member of IFS Premier, I was thrilled when a 24-hour sister location opened. As a full-time working mom, I needed the flexibility to train at very early hours. IFS 24 accommodates my busy schedule, provides an impeccably clean environment, and offers high-quality, well-maintained equipment. Due to the facility’s secure entry system, I feel very safe training solo during off peak hours. IFS 24 also offers Trainers who are always super knowledgeable and friendly. A wonderful place to train, especially if you require extra schedule flexibility.

This is the best 24 hour gym that I have belonged to! My partner and I have gone at almost any hour of the day and never had to wait to use equipment due to crowds. It has everything that will cater to any workout you choose. It is also incredibly ORGANIZED and CLEAN! The gym’s layout is perfect for movement in case it happens to be busier than usual. Last and most importantly, the owner and staff are extremely nice and approachable!

I'm an avid gym-lover, but was very uneasy about open gyms until I went to IFS 24! There's a phenomenal variety of equipment from machines, barbells to free weight dumbbells. The staff there are super knowledgeable as well, and I never have to worry about asking a stranger to spot me. This gym has given me the opportunity to try new exercises that I would have never felt comfortable trying in a standard gym.

Man, this gym has been a game changer! In our local area, most 24-hr gyms are far away or overpriced. IFS24 is perfect! It's a 2 minute drive from my house, making it super convenient to get to. It's clean and always tidy and it has all the strength training and cardio equipment you need! Having 24hr access is such a great perk. I've already come many mornings before the sun rises! Staff and ownership are kind and friendly!

If you live in Butler, Kinnelon or any of the surrounding towns, IFS24 is the gym you're looking for!

I recently joined IFS24 to supplement my IFS class membership and I am so happy that I did. IFS24 allows me to work out whenever I want so it fits into a busy schedule wonderfully. The gym is immaculate and the machines are in fabulous condition. Best of all you can work with a trainer in order to familiarize yourself with the machines as well as plan a workout. Both IFS and IFS24 have the trainers to make you successful. I myself, have been working out since 2015 and I have never been in better shape. P.S. I am over 60 and not intimated here at all. That is the major difference for me and many other members. I think that is what is most important.

I’ve been a member of IFS for the last few months and love it. I appreciate it being open 24/7 so I can get in a workout whenever my schedule allows. There’s lots of great equipment and the facility is super clean. They have trainers there sometimes that are available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this gym.
