I had my 1st experience with Cannabis Yoga 5/17/24. It was a very spiritual and moving experience for me. Our instructor Leslie was friendly and kind. I wished I lived closer to attend more classes. But I will highly recommend it and I will definitely go back for another class in the future 😃

The ambiance at the studio is extremely impressive. I enjoy taking classes here because I feel safe in the space that is I'm So Yoga. The studio offers a range of services from yoga to sound therapy...plus, it also offers teacher training if you are considering becoming a yoga instructor. The owner of the studio is flexible with scheduling and payments. The instructors here are knowledgeable about yoga and meditation. When you've practiced here once or twice it's like you've finally found your tribe. #I'mSoYoga

I took class this morning with Leslie, we started a few minutes late but I’m so glad I was patient because it was one of the best classes I’ve taken in a long time. Leslie is fantastic. I wish I lived closer! I highly recommend!

I recommend not just the classes here at ImSoYogaNewark but also the 200-hour yoga teacher training. I spent the last 3 months refining the knowledge I knew about various yoga postures and also building the foundational knowledge of yoga philosophy, mudras, and meditations. The owner, Leslie, is down-to-earth, social, and willing to open up her schedule when she can in order to help you build your yoga skills. It was a safe space to be myself and I felt supported throughout the training. I highly recommend ImSoYogaNewark!

All great energy! I was honored to be apart of the pop up shop Leslie hosted this past weekend. She is an awesome yoga instructor and overall a graceful influencer. I love her space at I am so yoga, Beautiful, Bright, Peaceful, Colorful, Clean and Open. I was overwhelmed with the great abundance of love everyone gave, the turn out was more than I imagined. Leslie the Yogi is amazinggg! I can't sing her praises enough. She is very adaptive and open to the specific needs and capabilities of each student. I've been attending classes twice a week for the last couple of weeks and I can see myself growing more flexible and definitely more relaxed. Highly recommend, 10/10!

I have visited the physical I'm So Yoga Newark studio, pre-COVID and enjoyed myself, but just last week I completed the 21 days 21 min 21 dollar$ "21 Day Yoga Shred". It was an awesome virtual experience. I was longing for a way to reactivate my physical activity and this was it. Leslie taught the class and allowed spaces for the participants to ask questions, and suggest additional workouts. I recommend taking a class IRL or virtually with I'm So Yoga Newark.

Great ambience! Amazing customer services!
I have attended few classes of Leslie, she is so helpful, lovable, humble and a pure soul. She has a great knowledge about yoga asanas along with their modifications which makes the class comfortable for all.
I have also attended few classes of Fela. He is a Hatha yoga teacher. His class is really meditative. Like Leslie, he is also very down to earth, helpful and knowledgeable. I loved his classes too.
As per my experience, I highly recommend this yoga studio.

What a fantastic venue. My yoga instructor was making sure no one was left behind. She was very knowledgeable and made the environment comfortable for a first time like me. I'm definitely into making this my space for yoga as I now have a year membership. The perks that come with it are great. I highly recommend this space. Clean, comfortable and I'm supporting a local business woman!

When I walked in I was treated like a king! I asked the staff to address me as Prince Chris Boo Boo and without even hesitation they did, so I got to give them props for that.

On this particular day I went I was also wearing a certain pair of yoga pants I never really felt comfortable in, as all my others were in the laundry. But the atmosphere and everyone in there was just so welcoming they made me feel more comfortable in my ugly pair of yoga pants (p.s. I think my friend was telling people to compliment me tho to keep my spirits high but I’m not 100% sure) either way everyone in there was so friendly!!

I’m definitely going back here again, and when I return I’ll definitely be wearing my nicer pair of yoga pants to prove to all my hater$ prince Chris boo boo still got it!

The venue itself is a great venue! But everything else was a major disappointment . I chose this venue to host an event because it was local and wanted to support the small business in the community BUT I I walked away from my event feeling cheated out of my time and my money.
I recommend having a lawyer look at the contract before you sign on the dotted line because there a pleather of ridiculous fees. I was cheated out of my set up time that I had to pay additional $25.00 for and they never offered to compensate me for their negligence.
