We specialize in Pilates Reformer as well as a variety of Studio Classes including Barre, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barbell, Core, Tabata, Circuit Training and more. Snizhana did an amazing job -- she was expert at (1) providing a mirror for the movements, (2) providing timely recommendations and reminders to help maintain proper form, and (3) proposing modifications when she noticed shaking muscles or general exhaustion. Since the time I took my first class at InMotion, I have been hooked! The studio offers a variety of formats, including Barre, Yoga, Strength and so much more, with modifications for all. The instructors create a fun, high energy environment to get you motivated. The studio and locker room is kept pristine and is extremely welcoming. I am a woman of color in her late twenties the classes are great and the instructors are amazing. However the front desk receptionist is not welcoming to people of color, I’ve visited this location twice and received a not very welcoming intro on both occasions. I feel as though since everyone is a PAYING member we should all be treated the same but I guess not. I wouldn’t come back to this studio because of this sadly. I do think the instructors are great but I rather not attend classes somewhere when I walk in I have to deal with an unpleasant receptionist who quite frankly makes you feel unwanted and unwelcome.

I joined inMotionFW in 2023 thanks to a friend's suggestion. I'm a group fitness fanatic who needs variety in my workouts to stay consistent. This place delivers on that and has a warm and judgement-free environment to boot. The staff and owners are so welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. There's a real community vibe here that is diverse, encouraging and kind. And they also happen to want to sweat, move, be challenged and get strong 😅🧘🏾‍♀️💪🏽

In addition to yoga, strength training and cardio classes they offer small group Pilates reformer classes which are the icing on the cake for me. As of April '24, Sandi teaches most of these classes and her expertise is so evident in the way she effortlessly calibrates movements for each student based on their skill level and any injuries. No two reformer classes are ever the same with her. I leave her classes feeling accomplished, strong and balanced.

They have a lovely locker room area with a shower and all the amenities you'd need to go from work to workout to a night out. There's also a cute waiting room that you can hang out in if you arrive for class too early.

The most amazing fitness studio ever! The variety of classes allows me to have a well-rounded workout routine. Some of my favorites are Barre, Vinyasa Yoga, Kickboxing, and Body Pump. The instructors are all so welcoming and motivating. It’s been about a month since I moved away from the area and I already miss the studio so much!

A great variety of classes. The addition of Pilates reformer classes made this my go to exercise studio. Instructors are well educated and prepared. They take the time to ensure each participant is using proper form and they give personal modifications as needed. So glad to have found such a warm and inviting studio!

InMotion Fitness & Wellness - where to start! I have been training with the owners/other instructors for several years (who are all AMAZING, but I've followed Sandi specifically). I'm biased to barre, but there are all classes - strength, yoga, cardio based, mat pilates!! When the empowering Sandi and Marci decided to branch out and form this community, by far the best thing from lockdown was built. Not only is InMotion a group fitness studio, personal training, and health coaching, but they are so much more - you don't just "attend" a work out. You gain a huge community who encourage you to be your best and push yourself. If you cancel several classes, they'll check in on you. The classes are also small enough that we all get attention, with all instructors focused on our form. Accountability is the key and what has changed my life and will change yours. If you don't believe me, come give InMotion a try and I guarantee you will never look back :)

*Note they also offer LIVE zoom classes and an online library to do anytime! I travel quite a bit and I zoom classes from wherever I am! Hotels, family homes, or simply from my own place in the rain!

Update: inMotion is now offering Pilates Reformer personal training and small group sessions. I started using the Reformer once a week as I've always had back issues. The resistance from the Reformer is helping me keep my form in core work and aiding me in improving my other workouts with a stronger awareness of how to keep my core engaged and not tweak my back. It's also a crazy tough workout, you can get in amazing arm work, planking, and more. I had never used a Pilates Reformer before but now I'm totally a fan.

I am so happy I joined inMotion Fitness & Wellness, I feel like I’ve found my fitness home. The owners and staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and ready to help you reach your fitness goals. They have created a warm and supportive environment for their clients. I love the variety of classes offered and always look forward to going to the studio. I love Vinyasa Flow, Barre and Bodypump, and these are only a few of the many classes they offer! I have also started taking Pilates Reformer classes and I am hooked! Pilates Reformer with Sandi is amazing. Never having used a Pilates Reformer before I never realized what a great workout it is. I recommend Inmotion In Fitness not only for their classes that you can take in-person, on-line or on-demand but being able to also use the Pilates Reformer is an added bonus. Best studio in the neighborhood, I feel pulled to workout. The instructors are encouraging and engaging. I could feel the difference in my body already. I’m more energetic and flexible( what I was aiming for).
The classes I wouldn’t miss are Aly’s yoga and Marci’s all sessions. You have lot more options to explore like Barre , bodypump, Pilates , tabata etc.,.
You also have option on how you like to take classes, in class or on zoom Or mix of both depending.

This is the best gym in NJ! Take all the best coaches and classes from your favorite gyms, and inMotion is it. Every class feels like you are in a small group personal training session. The coaches give so much attention to every member in and outside the class, it’s a wonderful community. Barre, yoga, body blast, HIIT, body pump with weights, hula hooping, cardio- they have it all. And you can access classes virtually too. This is my only gym membership now!

I had an awesome experience last night! I took a barre class with Sandi last night and used muscles that I haven’t used in quite some time. It was an energetic class with a very knowledgeable instructor. Sandi gave great instruction and modifications with perfect adjustments to my form when necessary. I travel around a great deal for work and am constantly trying out new fitness studios on my travels. InMotion has been one of my FAVORITE studios to date. They offer a wide variety of classes to keep your routine fresh and interesting and the instructors are so welcoming and fabulous! 10/10 would recommend. Apart Together in Motion has been the best thing that has happened to me during this crazy and stressful COVID-19 pandemic. I was always at the gym and never thought I’d stop. But I found that I really love the workouts, both live zoom when I’m home and all of the recorded classes in the content library which I do when I get home from work. While in my basement I never felt alone. Beyond great workouts, the instructors are amazing people. In tough times like these, to find a new community of dedicated, caring people doing so much to help us stay strong, happy and sane!! I feel like I hit the jackpot!! So even as we hopefully are moving out of this pandemic I am happy to say that I will continue to workout from home in the amazing company of In Motion Wellness and Fitness as I live near Philadelphia and the beautiful in person studio is in Princeton NJ. I couldn’t ask for better workouts or better instructors. It’s the whole package!!

A friend recommended this studio and boy am I glad I joined! They have a very liberal virtual rate (unlimited classes per month, cancel anytime) which worked for me, although other plans are also available. I started by taking a variety of classes 4x a week starting January 2021. Even though the classes are virtual, the teachers interacted with me and made comments to improve by form. By early July I had lost 20 pounds without changing my eating habits! I attribute the weight loss totally to joining inMotion. By taking a variety of live virtual classes (Barre, weights, active Yoga, body combat, zumba, etc) I was able to start slimming down at a healthy pace and build and tone my body. I also occasionally used their on demand library to work out when my schedule did not allow me to join via zoom which was a great freebie.
I recently went to an onsite lesson and was also very impressed. The studio space is clean and well appointed (showers and lockers) with pleasant surroundings, good equipment, spacious and convenient. I would also recommend a live membership if it works for you. Whether live, zoom or hybrid, I highly recommend inMotion Fitness and Wellness. The women who run and teach here are dedicated, hard working, committed to helping their clients and pleasant to boot. I am very happy I joined and will definitely continue and maybe even enhance my membership with additional offerings. I highly recommend inMotion.

Apart | Together In Motion is a great community. Not only is it fitness minded, there are other activities to get to know people and contribute. They have fundraisers, a book club as well as they have many resources shared by the group members. The fitness schedule covers many different types of classes for all types of interests (Zumba, Yoga, Strength Training, Bar classes plus more). During covid and due to the weather most classes are now Zoom. During the warmer weather the classes have been outside. The instructors are very professional. I love being part of this community.

I can’t say enough good things about Apart Together in Motion. We moved across the country during the pandemic and have been able to continue our workouts with our favorite trainers from home. I have the content library membership and can do my workout on my own time, with occasional workout buddies. New workouts are added daily! Continuing to workout during this crazy time has helped reduce stress and maintain fitness. I also somehow managed to lose 20lbs during all of this! I love that I can take my workouts anywhere! The trainers are SO good and extremely knowledgeable. The workouts are constantly changing and I’m always learning something new!
