This is the best workout ever, my absolute favorite. If you are looking for a full body workout that will make you feel strong and look toned then look no further. The coach, Alish, is experienced and will encourage you to achieve your goals. The music is upbeat, class is fast paced and leaves you feeling energized. Highly recommend it.

Alish is the best in the game. I am fairly active and his classes push me, challenge me and work my body in a way that has not only made me physically stronger but mentally stronger as well.

He genuinely cares about the progress we make and coaches in a manner that is supportive towards the goals that we have set.

This bootcamp is intense, but in a good way, like leveling up your skills. Alish really knows his stuff and gives great feedback. Plus, the community is super supportive, always there to help each other out. It's a great way to push yourself and learn a ton. Iron bootcamp is one of the greatest classes I have taken. Alish, the instructor, always pushes us to give it our all. He encourages us to be the best version of ourselves. He incorporates cardio, weight lifting, agility, concentration and more. Won’t find anything like this around here especially for the price!
