I have worked with Kristin and the IronPlate Studios team for both exercise and nutrition. Kristin is fantastic- she's very easy to work with, provides straightforward advice and has regular check ins with her clients. My results (nearly 20 lbs lost) were not only achievable, but I've sustained it over time!

The IronPlate exercise program is tailored based on your experience. She is able to modify based on your needs. I've always enjoyed working out with Kristin and I know others who had a similar experience.

I would highly recommend Kristin and IronPlate for your fitness and nutritional goals!

I started working with Kristin in 2014 when I felt totally defeated and fed up with my physical health. She designed a program that worked for me that focused on nutrition and personal training sessions. I held myself accountable for going to the gym between sessions and eating better and lost 30 pounds. Kristin pushes and motivates me when I need it and is also supportive and understanding when I’m frustrated and need to vent. Since the pandemic started, I switched over to virtual training and find that I’m still getting the same kind, driven and knowledgeable Kristin. She customizes my sessions depending on the equipment (or lack of) that I have in my house and constantly introduces new workouts into our sessions. She gives me feedback on my form and checks in to make sure the weights I’m using are appropriate. I appreciate her sticking with me for so long and helping me to feel stronger both physically and mentally.

I have worked with Kristen from IronPlate Studios for a long time and have found her approach to be part trainer, part dietitian, part life coach, and 100% a motivator! The move to all virtual personal training has been really great - she creates sessions that fit with what I have available at my home, and in my space, and I still see results. Highly recommend!

My trainer and myself both caught staph infections at this facility. I would never stop foot in there again, especially with the current pandemic.

The owner fired my trainer after requesting health insurance for the staph infection and never responded to me again.

This is a warning for anyone that cares for the health of themselves, and there families.

My experience working with Iron Plate at their studio in Hoboken has been outstanding. Each and every team member is knowledgeable and motivating, I couldn’t be happier! I quickly moved to Face time sessions when this “ shelter at home “ order was put into effect. I was skeptical at first but it’s is working like a charm. My Face time sessions are the highlight of my week and a super mood booster in this difficult time. Highly recommend!

My journey at Ironplate started nearly a year ago. I was unhappy with my weight, felt sluggish, and as a college athlete I needed to gain a competitive edge. Kristen is truly my second mom now. She makes sure I hold myself accountable while also helping me work through any struggles I’m having with my journey.

The other trainers are fantastic at what they do and really have a wide range of knowledge. They are also so personable, they make the gym atmosphere fun! Numerous times I came in with injuries that put me out of sports. The Ironplate crew reworked my program to avoid the injuries and continue to get better as an athlete. I’m excited to continue with Ironplate as they grow and add their new yoga programs. Definitely the one thing missing from my workouts.

Now almost a full year later I’ve lost over 20 pounds and my muscle mass has definitely increased! But most of all I feel energized. I also may or may not be addicted to working out, but is that really a problem?

Absolutely recommend IronPlate Studios! I have known Kristin and the IronPlate team for almost 10 years now, and absolutely love coming here for my workouts. What I appreciate the most is the individual attention each trainer gives to his or her clients. Each trainer takes the time to understand your goals and tailors the workout to suit your needs and fitness level. What I have also come to appreciate is how flexible and helpful the team is outside of the studio time as well. I spend much of my time traveling for work and from the very beginning of my IronPlate experience, the team has always been available to help me make better choices on the road – whether it be understanding healthier food options or how often / what kinds of workouts are needed for me to meet my goals. Definitely recommend!!!

Love working with the team at IronPlate! I enjoy the fact that I can come to a private studio and get 1:1 attention without the distractions of a large gym. My trainer is 100% focused on me and my goals and can adapt the plan as I progress. I've worked with several of the trainers, and all are extremely knowledgeable and are committed to helping me be my best self. I totally recommend IronPlate Studios. I've been going to IronPlate for a little over a year now and have been able to obtain my goals with the help of Kristin and her staff. I originally started out just training there, but eventually worked with Kristin on my nutrition in order to start losing some of the baby weight I was having a hard time getting rid of - Kristin was able to develop a plan that met my needs as well as able to help me meet my goals and was always available for questions and support. While my first few workouts were tough - Kristin and her staff encouraged me to stick with it, not give up the results in the end would be worth it. Highly recommend IronPlate!

Just finished my first 6 weeks of training with Caitlin using the BRAND NEW IronPlate Online! Could not be more thrilled with the experience!
