Jay Cin Fitness isn’t just a gym near Fairfield and Caldwell, NJ — it’s a full-service fitness and personal training center built for busy adults who want real results. Our locally-owned studio helps men and women over 30 lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident again.

We specialize in small group training, 1-on-1 personal training, and custom fitness programs for busy moms and dads who want faster results without wasting hours in a big box gym. He’s constantly investing in new equipment and staying up to date with the latest, most effective training methods that keep every session fresh and results-driven.

What stands out most is his consistency and genuine care. He tailors each workout to my needs, challenges me safely, and always finds ways to help me improve. After a decade, I’m still learning new techniques and seeing progress, which says a lot especially after having 2 kids.

I've been working out with Jay for over 5 months and I can't say enough great things about him. Was a little surprised when I met him - doesn't look like your typical trainer. He's phenomenally smart about health & fitness. He's been a terrific coach for me, I'm down about 25 lbs and have regained much of the muscle tone that I'd lost over the years. He's a total professional in the gym - doesn't waste a minute. Jay has an incredible inventory of equipment and does individual and group training classes. I'd recommend him for anyone who wants to get in shape - even if you have some injuries and weak areas like me. I feel amazing and plan on continuing to work out with him for a long time!

I joined Jay's program a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. It has been one of the best experiences I've had with any gym or exercise program.
I'm not a morning person but I actually look forward to joining his 7am group a few times a week (as hard to believe as it is!). Jay's engaging manner and endearing personality makes this morning routine bearable and (almost) fun.
His knowledge and experience as a fitness coach are vast; his ability to design training regimen and guide exercise to accommodate tear and injury issues is superb. He does it while keeping workouts interesting and engaging.
The program benefits from assistant coaches working along Jay. Sam is constantly available, helps keep an eye on proper form and is always ready to provide on point advice.

I was bit hesitant to join here. Took trial classes and then I liked this place. I workout max 2 times a week.
All the trainers are good. They try to understand what our goals and work with us. The group classes are really great. They maintain individual goals even in the group classes.
The trainers make sure the form is good while we workout and they are little pushy to see we improve.
It is a good place to workout.
I would definitely recommend the place.

Not a standard gym. If you are looking to for group fitness with a very personal touch, this is for you. You go at your own pace and they will gladly modify for injury, level of fitness, etc… workouts are programmed and varied and the space is very well organized and neat.

I have seen more results in this short amount of time than I have in my many years of working out elsewhere. Jay is really awesome at tailoring the workouts special for each person. Jay has helped me transform myself to become so much more confident in and out of the gym. As an athlete, who has struggled with an eating disorder I would be hesitant to listen to hunger cues.

Since going to Jay I have absolutely fell in love with strength training, I properly feed myself, and I can genuinely say I have never physically and mentally felt so amazing. I am so grateful I have the opportunity to go to Jay everyday, it’s a family atmosphere, and has helped me truly feel comfortable in my own skin.

I recognize how my body has changed, and I’m so proud of how much more muscle I have. I have been hitting times in the pool that were dreams of mine.

Reflecting on my time with Jay...mentally and physically I see how much I have grown. I don’t define myself as my eating disorder anymore, I can say that wouldn’t have happened without going to Jay.
