This GYM is great with tons of equipment! Just a heads-up, the STEAM room hasn’t been working for a while and they keep saying waiting for the owner to fix it, and the SAUNA could use a little TLC, maybe a good cleaning specially the floors would do wonders.

I have recently started going here. Although my boyfriend has not gone here in years, he was a past member and highly recommended it. It is closer to our home, and more convenient in terms of my schedule. Membership prices are actually reasonable in comparison to other gyms. I also added for an extra $2 a month, the 24 hour access. They offer lots of classes, which I hope to find time for. It is a little smaller, but there are plenty of machines. They also have a sauna, massage chairs, tanning booths and offer red light therapy. The gym is very clean, I never smell anything and I never feel overheated. The girls’ locker room is really nice as well. They have good protein shakes, drinks, and sell t-shirts. Never gets overcrowded, but there are busier hours of course. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The other members are also very nice and do not mind helping if you ask. Mostly everyone there is approachable, so you should not feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or intimidated. Apparently, they used to have a daycare, but not anymore. However, it is not a big deal, just go whenever you have free time. I’m still getting used to it, but quickly becoming more accustomed. Also, parking is no issue here because there is plenty of space. There’s also a Rita’s next door if you want to reward yourself. I was never an avid gym goer, but I actually look forward to coming here. It’s a great atmosphere and worth trying.

One of the best gym I’ve ever been to, equipment is great. Smoothies are always good (PB&J add banana is the go to), people are amazing and the staff is incredibly kind. Andy great job with the place! Thank you to all the staff Jordan, Kaitlin, Jenna, Emma, Marissa and Riley. I hope to see you all again. Maybe in Utah this time! Also Ryan is a true gym bro! I wasn't sure about posting a review because I can't speak for the rest of the gym but eventually settled on the fact that this should be made public. I was thrilled to find the 5am spin class while in town visiting my dad for the week. I tried one class out, got there 15 minutes early and there was NO instruction. Just the "instructor" yelling at ME over and over again about needing to turn my resistance up (as soon as class started" When she got fed up with me apparently not having it up high enough, she comes down off the stage and turns it ALL the way up where it won't go any higher. After that, I ended up leaving the class and was out $5. I am a certified personal trainer, I also take spin on a regular basis, turning someone's resistance up like that is dangerous and can blow out their knee which is why i finally settled on sharing my experience because i would be very surprised if this instructor is even certified. This "instructor" never introduced herself, never actually gave any value to the "class", was just a bully because apparently outsiders are not welcome in her class.

This is a phenomenal gym. Awesome machine plate equipment. They have a serious weightlifting section and plenty of cable machines. High weight dumbbells. They fit so much equipment in a smaller gym and it’s laid out perfectly. It doesn’t feel cramped. I would rate it a 5 but there is a major issue with the sauna. I never get to use it because everyone jacks it up to 107 degrees Celsius which is 224 degrees Fahrenheit despite having a sign posted that says keel the max at 100. There is no oversight of this. If you turn it down, someone puts it back up. Who goes in a Sauna at 224 degrees…they are going to find someone passed out in there. Best range for health benefits is 140-185 F. This is like being roasted in an oven. Management please fix this somehow it’s one of the main reasons I joined your gym.

I travel around a lot, and of all the gyms across the country I've been to, this one remains one of my favorites that I wish I was still going to. Great gym with a great atmosphere! The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the gym has all the equipment you could need. Also has a pretty great protein shake bar inside the gym, and the membership is surprisingly cheap, especially considering what you get with it!! Do be aware, there's a lot of people at this gym (because it's so awesome) so you may have to wait on a few machines, but the gym goers there are very willing to share between sets 👍 10/10!

When I decided to check out Jersey Fitness I wasn’t expecting much but wow, this gym is exceptional! The sauna is really nice and they even have red light therapy. Not to mention the variety of well maintained equipment that can cater to both new and experienced lifters. 10/10

Well I used to go to edge but I moved to pennsville so I joined planet fitness and for what I do its not right for me. This gym is. It has everything you need and more. The staff is really nice and the best thing about it is they are 24/7. So if you live in pennsville this is the gym to go to!!

Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice facility with a surprising amount of equipment for the space. Great variety of cable machines and serious weight lifting equipment including squat racks and deadlift platforms. Classes and sauna offer a nice premium feel without the premium pricetag. Walked in pretty late with my husband to take a look at the gym. We wanted to see if it would be worth driving to from Delaware (tolls and membership fee). We were greeted immediately and when we advised we wanted to take a tour, the owner was called over. He gets us and proceeded to take us around the gym explaining how it came into existence, how the gym dealt with the issue of closure during Covid, projects in the work, future goals already in motion, and his own personal background. The gym is extremely clean, updated, has every piece of equipment, and on top of that has great decor. It's a comfortable place to be in and the membership fee is fantastic for everything you get including owners who care about their community.

As someone who travels, it's hard to find a decent gym. I've been coming here off and on for years. The equipment is in good shape and they just bought new squat racks to boot. I like their no hassle contracts for the short term. I don't get any used car salesman vibes from them. Everyone is nice to me as well. This is why I'm a repeat customer and will continue to support this gym.

Clean and functional. I enjoy the smoothies as well. I wish they would keep 2xl and 3xl shirts in stock like they do with smaller sizes. Different bodies come in and not all are small. Plus it was what I paid for in my membership but have yet to get a shirt.... it's been weeks now of asking.

This place is awesome. You can work out here without being judged. Everyone is so friendly. The owners are great. Very helpful. You can workout by yourself or there's even classes you can take if you want. There's also free daycare for parents with little ones! They also have tanning, (new bulbs) works great. And they also carry the red healing body light. I heard about it reading about NASA and how the healing light works. And they have massage chairs to! You can always get something to drink here. Even protein shakes. Very good. You can order it the way you like it. I get chocolate peanut butter with bananas. I could write a book about this place so I'll stop with, for 20 bucks a month....you get all this and can bring someone with you to work out! I'll upload pictures later
