Wow! This hot yoga studio checks off all the boxes. The instructors are top notch with a variety of them offered so you cant get bored. The space is super nice, perfect amount of heat, loved the music , super easy parking and class sign up. All the people are very kind and a wonderful group to practice hot yoga with. Not too crowded and not too empty. Overall a wonderful experience. ll be back.

I have been practicing here for over 15 years. This space has challenged me and supported me through so much. The heat is second to none, the layout is perfect, the instructors are very knowledgeable and offer an amazing space to practice. They will guide you but encourage you to learn to be your own teacher and modify or expand in ways that work for you. The music is great and the different teachers present their own unique styles. Over the years this has become a great community but what’s even more special are the days you can show up without having pressure to interact or speak. You can come to stay in your lane and just work on yourself and leave with a glow and shed some layers and drop some of the background noise. This I haven’t found elsewhere. Thank you Jersey shore ❤️‍🔥

None compare to JSHY in its energy, atmosphere, and community. I took a hot yoga class early Monday morning.. I've been a hot mess ever since!..(no pun intended!).. The last Bikram class I took was nearly 10 yrs ago & since I've been practicing for a good solid yr I thought I'd be OK. Not so!.. I really struggled Had to leave the room which is something I NEVER do.... I wanted to burst into tears.. I just felt so vulnerable so defeated.. I felt very attacked by the instructor like every comment she made was directed at me but in a very negative way...its always been the very opposite of that with all my other instructors.. Very uplifting very positive .. So to experience this in the place where I've always felt so nurtured strong and safe was very traumatic to me.. It opened the door to fear. self loathing ..doubt... All my insecurities that I've worked so hard to extinguish.. I haven't been to the gym since and I can't seem to stop hating on myself.. This is the hard part.. This is the part where the real work comes into play.. Finding my own peace.. My own strength.. It's not all sunshine and roses..
