First off I would like to say that I came into this experience very nervous and guarded, being it’s been a good 8 years since I’ve truly worked out. Chris, the owner, was very welcoming and supportive from our first

What truly sets this place apart is Chris, himself. He’s not just knowledgeable—he’s passionate, patient, and incredibly motivating. His attention to form and technique ensures you’re progressing safely and effectively.

My only point of contention is that he doesn’t know how to count! Seriously—your “last three reps” somehow turn into seven more.

As I reflect on my journey, I realize that October 5th, 2024, marked a pivotal moment in my life. Weighing 248lbs, I felt lost and disconnected from my body. The pain in my knees was a constant reminder that I needed to make a change. But it wasn't until I walked into Kazier Fitness that I felt a sense of hope and renewal. She is also very educated when it comes macroing food and extremely thoughtful. When I told her about my high cholesterol she did so much research on my behalf. Kaizen has been my favorite gym I have ever joined. I joined at a time where I hadn’t worked out in a few years, so through hardwork and determination, they helped me get back into shape, but more importantly, helped me get back my confidence. Now I am able to instill fitness back into my daily life and go to the gym, run a few miles with ease. I also genuinely appreciate the way they went about it too. I’ve been to a few gyms where it feels like you’re working out with a drill sergeant. Not at kaizen, it seems like the trainers at Kaizen have been able to master the ability to be kind, compassionate with pushing their clients beyond their capabilities but not so much that it makes it unbearable. It’s quite an art.

I absolutely love going to Kaizen! I did 1:1 training with Jen to start and she's incredible. She has taught me so much, has pushed me to do things I never thought I could do and I am so much stronger already a couple of months later. Their semi-private classes are so fun and they always give individual attention, which I really appreciate. Seriously every trainer here is awesome.

The best gym ever! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of age. Moreover, I’d recommend it even if you’ve had surgery or suffered a serious injury and are looking for a place to recover.

I’ve been a member of Kaizen for 2 months now, doing both semi-private and private training. When I joined, I had a very stiff knee (from an injury in 2019) and a bad ankle (from a serious injury in early 2023, which required surgery if it didn’t improve). Additionally, over the past 5 years, I had gained some weight and lived a fairly sedentary lifestyle. I also have flat feet (low arches), which caused knee pain (among other issues) due to improper tracking of my patella. Needless to say, my fitness was in poor shape when I joined.

Since joining Kaizen, I’ve been working on my knee and ankle with Donny. It’s been just over two months, and I already feel a huge improvement. My knee, ankle, and legs feel fantastic. I can do exercises I haven’t been able to do in a while—like squats and lunges with ease. I can now hike trails rated as “moderate” to “difficult” on AllTrails. I’m no longer afraid to pick things up from the floor or tie my shoelaces without sitting down on a chair. Donny’s approach is methodical, and he puts a lot of effort into getting your fitness up to speed. He takes a personal interest in your health and is committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Plus, he’s a fun and positive guy to work with—especially on those mornings when you’re gearing up for a challenging session or a workday.

Last but not least, the semi-private sessions are fantastic. I’ve trained with Chris, Jenn, and Celine, and they are all wonderful, patient trainers. In a class of a maximum of around 8 people, they still manage to give individual attention, ensuring your form is correct, keeping you motivated, and making sure you get the most out of the sessions.

I've been working out at Kaizen Fitness since October 9,2024, and I'm thrilled with the results so far! My personal trainer, Celine Ezik, is phenomenal. She brings so much energy and focus to every session, making sure each 1-on-1 workout is impactful. Even when I've struggled with certain movements or showed up late, she adjust seamlessly, maximizing every minute we have. Her dedication and punctuality make Mr look forward to each session!
My workouts begin at 5 a.m., 3x a week, but I often find myself coming in for more. The positive vibe and sense of community at Kaizen Fitness are.truly addictive! It's a 17 minute drive, but it's absolutely worth it. Besides my 1-on-1, I also attend the 5 a.m Fitness classes with Jennifer, who's just as amazing. She leads each session with such enthusiasm that my initial goal of 3x a week workouts quickly doubled!
The entire staff and fellow members are friendly and supportive, making Kaizen Fitness feel like a second home. I couldn't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a motivating and fun environment to reach their Fitness goals!

I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I have to. I've had memberships to different gyms but never stick to it because they never kept me motivated. So I saw Kaizen Fitness online doing a promo for a fitness challenge and joined. This place is amazing. The trainers are top notch-they know their stuff, have great energy, and treat everyone like a friend, which i love. It's such a positive place, and they have classes that can meet everyone's schedule. I don't dread going to work out because you feel like you're with a group of friends, so it takes the "ugh" out when thinking about going to the gym. This is a special fitness studio, and I would recommend it to anyone to give them a try.

To call this “just a gym” is an insult. I’ve been coming here over the past 11 months and in this time have lost over 50 pounds gained self confidence and joined a family. Because when you come in through those doors that’s what you become here is part of a bigger family. The coaches really take the time of day to work with you to help you achieve whatever it is you are striving for be it in a group or private lesson. Quite honestly my personal trainer, Jen, has literally transformed me physically and mentally which was far beyond what I was expecting when coming here. She has taught me the virtue of Kai Zen which means little changes over time which is exactly what happened little by little my mind and body progressed everyday to where it is now. This virtue is something I use now in my day to day life. So to surmise when you sign up here you’re signing up to more than just a gym. Best gym ever!
I recently completed the 8 week challenge where I attended Kaizen about 4x a week and this challenge in particular provided a nutritional plan. I started this challenge feeling exhausted and lazy both physically and emotionally. I can proudly say that I am down 4% body fat, 6lbs lighter and best of all I feel energized and motivated to keep striving to reach my best self! The trainers at Kaizen design challenging workouts that pushed me to perform at a level I did not think was possible. Big shout out to trainers Jen, Chris and Kim for being excellent at what they do and always pushing us to challenge ourselves even when we are close to giving up. I cannot recommend Kaizen enough!

I want to start of with this review by saying how happy I am to be part of this gym. I’ve never been a gym girlie but coming here has kept me accountable and motivated. A big part of my confidence has to do with the best trainer a girl can have my girl Jen. She has the most amazing energy and vibe ever. It can be 6am or 7pm her energy level she brings is unmatched. I have lost 43LB with the help of a good diet but also working out. Having Jen as my trainer means having someone who celebrates with you all your accomplishments whether is inside the gym or out. Great gym and empowering atmosphere - I highly recommend! My membership is for semi-private classes (meaning the classes are limited to a max of 10 guest per session), which gives the trainer the opportunity to get to know you one on one and focus on correcting each person’s form. All 4 trainers are well knowledgeable and approachable. I also love the community here…we cheer each other on and take notice when someone doesn’t show up for a long period of time.

I’ve met Chris a few years back as my trainer, He helped me a lot with not only with my physical fitness but also my mental wellbeing. I’m very happy he got his own gym because I believe he is there to really help people who are not only struggling but also striving to be better even if they’re at their best already. Not only is he giving help to his clients but I see him help his co workers and co trainers. I attended classes with them and I felt assured and it’s safe to say he got them on the same page to just help people. All I can say is, I wish the schedule could have been more accommodating especially to night shift workers like me. I recently visited a friend in New Jersey and followed him to a drop in session at Kaizen. Travelling and staying fit is an arduous task but my friend assured me it would be worth it. I have major gym anxiety and from the moment I stepped in I felt so welcomed! It truly felt like a judgement free zone which immediately made me feel at ease. The gym itself was clean, well lit, with updated equipment and a variety of machines. Plus, a gym with such great attention to detail to have hair ties, deodorant spray and hygiene products in their bathrooms... sign me up!

Now on to my friend's personal trainer Jen... what a gem! She has such a presence to her! She is respectful, powerful, encouraging, super personable and pleasant and will push you to be better in a way that makes you want to go back! She is also very knowledgeable about the body and nutrition and shares that knowledge to provide a tailored experience for you. 10/10.

I hope my friend knows that a session with Jen is now a permanent fixture on my New Jersey calender!

An assessment was made of me, and I was assigned to be trained by Jennifer Reyes- she is absolutely excellent. I know this should be a review of the gym, but I HAVE to speak about my trainer.

Jenn: unmatched professionalism, and highly motivational. There aren’t enough good words to describe. I have so much fun working out, that even when it gets hard I am still excited to go. She sees my weaknesses and works on them. She has been helping me uncover what my goals are, and we have been working to achieve them. She encouraged and motivated me to join group classes to help diversify my workout routine. Her personal training does not end there - she helps me track my nutrition, and checks on how well I have been sleeping, literally the whole package. She is also ALWAYS reading, and so you know she is not only up to date, but also using evidence based methods to help her clients achieve the best.

Even though Jenn is my personal trainer, all the staff warmly greet and check in whenever I am in the gym. I am extremely happy to have found this new family and I highly, wholeheartedly, and unreservedly recommend them.

I recently completed Kaizen’s 8-week Transformation Challenge and what a great experience it was! Not only did I lose 4% body fat during that short amount of time, but I also became so much stronger in the process! The trainers were incredible! I attended most of the 5am classes with Jen—what a way to kick off my mornings. She found ways to motivate me—even while half asleep! I also had the pleasure of taking some classes with Kim—she sure knew how to push me— I was stronger than I thought! She challenged me to believe that I had the power to push thru heavier weights! Chris had dynamic energy during his power hour sessions that I attended. And Donny really helped me with mobility recommendations to do at home. Overall- they are a great group of trainers! In addition to the outstanding staff, their app made it simple to sign up for classes. It also had great meal options. While I didn’t utilize the meal tracking portion of the app much, there’s certainly value to it if used consistently. Kaizen gets a 👍🏽 from me! Check them out—they won’t disappoint!

Just finished Kaizen's 8 week challenge and I could not be happier. Their guidance and attention was nothing short from perfect. They listened to my concerns and adjusted the meal plans to my wants and needs to help me reach my goal at the end. Chris (personal trainer) is phenomenal- he always pushes me to my limit in addition to tailoring our workouts to my needs. Guillermo deserves all the stars!! What a wonderful human. He's been training me this year after I had my one year old. I hadn't been back in the gym since her birth and I'd never worked with a personal trainer before. Guillermo is such a sweetheart who will still push you to reveal your hidden potential. I'd come straight from work to the gym dog tired and somehow, G still would find a way to make me still give 💯 during our sessions. He's gifted in being able to balance structure and professionalism with compassion and kindness. I never feel judged or overlooked when I work with him. I can’t recommend this place enough! I started going in July because I was stuck in a rut with my workout routine and wanted to try something new. Not even 2 months later, I am down 12 pounds and already seeing so much muscle definition. I take the 6am group classes with Jen and Chris - they are both amazing people and really keep you motivated the whole time. There is also an awesome community of people who attend the classes - and everyone has different levels of fitness/skills but the classes are built for everyone to succeed. It is so rare to walk into a gym and feel like you have been friends or family with everyone. They make you feel comfortable IMMEDIATELY.
The training is exactly what I need, not only showing you what to do, but correcting your form. I sweat non-stop in these classes (I pretend it is fat leaving my body). I love that they are small in size, so it feels very personal. Everyone giving each other a fist bump at the end of class feels like mission accomplished.

Chris has built an amazing program!! My husband and I were both in a fitness rut and joined Kaizen a few months ago. Chris and his team have completely transformed us, mentally and physically. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling, and you can tell how much they truly care about your success. I have been working with Jen, and she is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve worked with personal trainers in the past, but all of them paled in comparison to Jen! She pushes you to levels you didn’t know you could reach, while at the same time she is meticulous about teaching proper form. I could feel that all her slight adjustments were minimizing any joint strain while also ensuring that I get maximal results from the movements. I cannot recommend Kaizen and Jen more highly- give them a chance and you will not be disappointed!!

I've had such an amazing experience working out with Bri at Keizen. I started with a free consultation which i found she went above and beyond, the consultation itself was not just measurements and a scale like most places, it also consisted of exercises that allowed Bri to help me with my goals. I've never enjoyed having a personal trainer as much as i enjoyed going to Bri. She kept me motivated, gave me homework to do at home on the days i did not go train, she followed up with and always had a plan ready for me. I am so happy i found this Fitness Center. By far the best fitness facility I’ve ever visited and became a member of. For someone that loathes fitness and exercise, the staff makes my experience enjoyable each time I train. My personal trainer is Brianna. She’s knowledgeable, punctual, pleasant, and always challenges me beyond what I thought I could do. I appreciate the fact that members are there by appointment only as I typically hate crowded gyms. On a busy day, I’ll be there with 2-3 other ppl training with their coaches as well.
