We really love Kids Strong. The coaches are always so kind, patient, and engaging the children. The place is clean, organized, and all the equipment look new and well-maintained.

I’ve noticed how much this program has helped my daughter physical, cognitive, and behavioral development. It’s an activity that combines fun, movement, and healthy habits in the best way. We’re very happy to be part of this.

It is a good place for kids. They love it. A couple of concerns I found are that classes are crowded and the annoying part is the cancellation. We tried to cancel for our kid and they said to give a month's notice. So we are a little disappointed. We are paying for an extra month for no reason. They should tell everyone in the beginning.

KidStrong has helped my son boost his confidence immensely. My son has select mutism and social anxiety, and I would’ve never imagined him leading his classmates in reciting the school mantra as he’s just done!

Absolutely terrible experience. When I tried to take my son out of KidStrong because he wasn’t getting anything out of it, they suggested I switch my daughter for the contract and proceeded to charge me for BOTH children WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They took hundreds of dollars from my card without my consent and didn’t take my calls. They haven’t responded to my emails or text messages since. EXTREMELY disappointed. This is a fraudulent business. Don’t go here!!

Great place for the kids to build on there self esteem but the turnover in staff is a little high and sometimes you might have 20 kids in a class and other time it will be 5 I feel they should have a cap 10 kids per class allows the coaches to have more interaction with the kids and more space for the kids as well .

The kidstrong team is amazing when including every child and adult into a "family oriented" setting. They are there to help empower our children but they do a lot more than that. The motivation, understanding, and care they put in every lesson is very comforting. I know they have my child's back as well as mine. With me being disabled, our coaches have helped and assisted me and my daughter when needed (i haven't given up on myself) and on top of that, no correct shirt size for my daughter, the coaches asked if they could help me design her shirt (cut it, tie it, make it look fancy!) With my arm being disabled, I cannot do that, and it touched my heart so much I cried a little knowing that kidstrong has our back and will help in any way they can. That sealed the deal for us. We feel accepted no matter the situation and are welcomed with solutions for any problem we may have. We love our coaches!!

Our first experience at a class at KidStrong was amazing. The coaches were wonderfully patient and kind to my sensitive kiddo, who takes some time to warm up. They weren’t pushy trying to get him to participate, just gently encouraging and really high energy. They made it so fun, he couldn’t help but participate! We can’t wait for our next class!

Our experience with Kids Strong—specifically at both the Voorhees and Mount Laurel locations—was absolutely disheartening. I enrolled my son, who has minor autism, and was completely transparent about his condition from the beginning.

We first went to the Voorhees location, but they rejected him. Hoping for a better outcome, we tried again at the Mount Laurel branch. There, he was accepted, and I paid a $50 registration fee and $189 for classes. After just one week of attendance, they suddenly told us he didn’t need one-on-one support—and then immediately rejected him again. This kind of back-and-forth is not only unprofessional, it’s deeply unfair to a child with special needs.

They told me we would get a refund for the $189, but only $139, was returned. They kept the $50 and hid behind the “registration fee” excuse, despite the fact that they pushed us out after one week. Francesca and Jackson were both involved in these decisions and communications.

Let me be very clear: it’s not just about the money. It’s about the careless and inconsistent way they handled a child who deserves stability, understanding, and support. You don’t play games with special needs kids. You don’t flip-flop week to week and disrupt their progress just because you can’t make up your mind.

This entire experience was a huge letdown. If your child has any kind of special need, I urge you to look elsewhere. Kids Strong may market themselves as a supportive space—but in our case, they failed to deliver even the basics of compassion or professionalism.

Thank you for your response, but with all due respect, it doesn’t change the fact that my son—a child with minor autism—was mishandled by your team. He was first rejected at Voorhees, then accepted at Mount Laurel, only to be told after one week that the program was no longer a fit. That back-and-forth isn’t just a scheduling issue—it’s a deeply unsettling experience for a child who depends on structure, trust, and consistency. You don’t get to experiment on neurodiverse kids like they’re part of a learning curve for new employees. My son walked into your program with hope and left confused, disappointed, and feeling like he didn’t belong—all because your team failed to assess him properly from the start. Saying it came from a “good place” doesn’t erase the damage. If you truly respect families of special needs children, then take accountability—not just with words, but with better systems, better training, and most importantly, more care. Because kids like mine don’t need perfection, they just need to be treated with dignity.

KidStrong has been an incredible experience for my kiddo with adhd. When she started, she had limited upper body strength, but I've seen such a transformation in her since joining. The classes have not only helped her gain strength, but they've also boosted her confidence immensely. We even have a medicine ball at home for practicing our KidStrong powers.

The positive environment, complete with fun handshakes and friendly introductions, makes her excited to participate. Today, she achieved a major milestone by mastering the rope hang thanks to coach Steve’s help! I couldn't be prouder of her progress.

KidStrong has truly helped her grow both physically and socially. I highly recommend it to any parent looking to boost their child's strength and confidence in a supportive atmosphere!

It’s a good place for kids to burn off energy, but the class sizes are a bit too large. The coaches expect the kids to sit and listen for extended periods, which can be frustrating when the goal is just to let them get active.

Be cautious when signing up — we were overcharged for multiple months instead of one. Despite several attempts, neither my wife nor I could get in touch with anyone to resolve it. No response at all. Very unprofessional, and it seems like the facility could benefit from more experienced management rather than just having young staff running things.

06/16/2025
In reference to your 24-hour response time policy, it’s clear the urgency on your end was only triggered by this Google review rather than addressing the actual issue. You incorrectly charged our account twice in one month (on the 2nd and the 11th), and then demanded bank statements and transaction screenshots to resolve what is clearly your internal billing error.

To date, we have not been reimbursed for these unauthorized charges. Instead, you are now attempting to push us into cancellation with a $258.00 buyout, which is entirely unreasonable. The Better Business Bureau has documented multiple similar complaints about KidStrong involving billing issues and poor resolution practices.

We will not be canceling our membership under these conditions. We intend to continue attending sessions each week, as we are entitled to under the membership you continue to charge us for. This situation reflects a concerning pattern of negligence and we won’t accept being penalized for your mistakes.

I wanted to love this place, however, there are many issues that made me want to cancel my membership. First, my son is 18 months and was in the walking - 2 class. On the weekends, there is only 1 Saturday option with 2 classes - 9:30 and 10:30 and there is no ability to interchange. The 10:30 class was the only one I could enter my son into and it was too close to nap schedule so he was very cranky. Second, the structure - WAY TOO structured and LOUD. These are young toddlers - asking them to sit on a dot while you explain instructions for exercises that they cannot understand is silly. In addition, the music is unbelievably loud and for a young child in a small space this is very overstimulating. Third, despite receiving a million calls and texts when I showed interest in the class online, it has been 1 week and I'm STILL trying to cancel my membership - I've called, texted, emailed and no one is responding. This is unbelievably unprofessional. For a working mom, a cancellation process should be seamless and easy. Making this process difficult for your customers is just wrong. As of today, still no response from this facility to cancel a monthly $165 membership (for only 4 classes a month mind you) that has a 30-day cancellation window. Hopefully you can read between the lines, here.

Took a trial course and my 3.5 yr old took to the area and the coaches very quickly (she can be shy at first). The activities are engaging and meaningful.

I can see how this will help boost young children's confidence and social/emotional strength. Their approach is highly effective.

For reference, I am a public school teacher and there is great teaching happening here.

KidStrong Mt. Laurel is amazing. My experience started off with an incredible intake phone call. I spoke with a staff member for almost an hour about my daughter and any struggles she has and how KidStrong could help her.
Secondly, I love the staff that are at the center. Coach Tochi, who is one of my daughter's teachers on Saturday, is amazing. He keeps the class moving and focused. He is also incredibly kind to the students and goes out of his way to create and maintain relationships not only with the students but with their families (immediate, ie parents, and extended such as grandparents). He is the reason we make the trek over from Pennsylvania every Saturday for KidStrong. He connected with my daughter her first class with him and she has not wanted to go to any other class.
Thirdly, all of the staff members have been really helpful and encouraging such as Brooke who has answered every little question I have ever had.
I highly recommend KidStrong Mt. Laurel.

My children have been wanting to attend a gym and because of their age they are not allowed to work out at regular gyms.. kid strong was the perfect place for them to go to a gym with peers & learn while working out and having fun. The whole atmosphere is very friendly from the staff to the parents of the kids. The coaches are amazing with kids. I took my twins to a class and twin A did amazing, she was loving all the obstacles and little games. The staff really shined in how well they managed and handled my twin B son. He was super high energy, fooling around and rowdy, being difficult for participation during the class and the coaches all knew exactly how to ground him, try many different techniques, even explained to me and assured me that the behavior is typical in the beginning. Both of the kids enjoyed it so much. We signed up for 6 months! Twin B benefits from a parent involved class so he and I will be doing that until he is ready for independence following the class. Twin A will be doing the independent class on her own! The coaches really want the kids to succeed and you can tell they really care ! The whole experience was so inviting.
