Kris is a miracle worker!!!
I am back pain free for the first time in over a decade.
Kris was able to figure out the causes of my back pain in the initial assessment session and has been helping me in resolving it thru personalized corrective exercises. The extent of her human anatomy knowledge is amazing and she is a great motivator and healer.

Kris made my chronic knee pain disappear.
I had multiple ligament tears on both knees 6 years back. The pain made my lower body and knees really weak over the years.
I reached a point where steroid shots were the only solution offered by doctors. My gait was wobbly.
Kris saved me in less than 2 months. I had accepted limping as my new normal, till i started my sessions with Kris.
From the first session itself my healing process started, both mentally and physically.

By the time I saw Kris, I had already spent 3 years working with a personal trainer and had countless PT and chiropractor visits for a lingering disc injury. At 39, I did not want to be "walking on eggshells" to ensure that I wouldn't aggravate my back with my daily routine.
After my first conversation with her, I knew this experience would be different - and it was.
During my initial assessment Kris identified more about my basic anatomy and what was contributing to the pain than any previous professional in all of my many visits and sessions with them. Many people use the word "holistic" but Kris truly embodies this philosophy and practice.
Within just a couple of sessions Kris helped me reset and begin to reprogram my movement patterns. I could not believe how quickly I began to feel the difference and, after a couple more sessions, I was basically pain free.
She has been a gift to me - a true healer who I am grateful to have found and worked with.

Kris is simply amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!
Before I met Kris going back a couple of years. I was diagnosed with shoulder impingement. I lived with shoulder pain for more than a year and it got nothing but worst. Everywhere I went for treatment they looked at nothing but the symptoms. I suffered two injury setbacks. Having as a result a labrum tear with subcapularis tendinosis.
Then great things happened I found Kris and after just eight sessions with her; the pain is practically gone. I have back my full range of motion and now I'm working on building my shoulder strength so I can live pain free once and for all. Honestly this is the best I've ever felt after I got hurt.
There is more Kris also found I had a very weak core. Therefore she has taught me how to move correctly to prevent injuries. She has also added new movements patterns to my excersices program to help me build the strongest body I can possibly have.
However that's not all Kris will amazed you with her knowledge and what she teaches you about the human body and the body-mind connection. She will teach you how to treat your body as a whole. Meeting her is definitely one of the greatest experience in my life.

Kris has helped me heal my shoulder and back pain issues all while being gentle and reassuring in the process. Kris has changed my son's life! He had a lot of back issues due to a series of growth spurts. She did a thorough evaluation and came up with an individual plan of exercises to help him stand straighter. She is able to tell if he is engaging the right muscles. As he has gotten stronger, Kris changed the exercises to keep him progressing. My son stands straight, has increased confidence, and feels so much better!

I have been working with Kris for about 7 months now. When I first came to her, I had very bad lower back pain due to an injury that had occurred weeks prior. Throughout the years, I have experienced occasional back pain but no where near to what I had experienced this time around. I was hospitalized for 4 days, had great difficulty moving and would periodically get back spasms. After this injury, the doctors recommended me seeing a surgeon. The surgeon took a look at my MRI report and I had both ruptured and herniated disks in the Lumbar region from L2-L5. After seeing this, the surgeon gave me two options: proceed with surgery or physical therapy. I began physical therapy but saw very little improvement. At this point, I felt hopeless.
I received a recommendation from a family friend who had worked with Kris before. I scheduled an appointment to meet with Kris and for the first time ever, I was given an in-depth explanation to the cause of my pain. She explained everything in great anatomic detail and reassured me that I would be back to my original state (pain free) and strong again with time and training.
After the first two sessions with Kris, I started to see drastic changes. She gave me exercises that helped strengthen my core and I slowly began to do things that I couldn't do such as bend down. Working with Kris these past few months has been a true blessing. She really understands how the body works and was able to help me find the root to my problem. She has taught me so much about my body and has made me feel strong and confident again.

I am a health and physical education teacher in Pennsylvania. I have been in pain with 9 disc herniation's for the past 8 years. I have been to many chiropractors, physical therapists and orthopedic doctors to seek help for the pain I was in. In my search for a C.H.E.K practitioner, I found Kris Timpert just before Christmas (2016). Shortly before meeting her I also tore my right meniscus and was told it could not be surgically repaired. I was taking high doses of advil and naproxen to ease the daily pain I was in. Kris had a very caring and inspiring way about her and I loved her from the start. Her love for what she does and knowledge of the body is amazing! She challenges me to remain positive and to focus on the work she gives me each meeting and not to go beyond. I have been an athlete and a pusher my whole life and because I trust and believe in Kris she made me realize that sometimes less is more. I am currently taking no meds and I am out of pain just as she promised me. I travel to meet with Kris 1 time per week from a 2 hour distance and it has been one of the smartest and most rewarding things that I have done for myself! I still have a little way to go to reach my full potential but I have TOTAL FAITH in her to get me to where I want to be.

When I first went to see Kris I had very bad back pain and I could barely bend over to put my own shoes on. I had seen doctors and physical therapists but not until I spent time with Kris did I get rid of my pain. She helped me find the root of my problem and not just put a "band-aid" on what had been currently bothering me. She has made me strong and confident. I can now do whatever physical activity I choose without the fear of injury.

My son had injured his knee during the soccer game. After 2 months of unsuccessful physical therapy, we had come to Kris for help. In just few sessions, Kris was able to help my son to recover and heal. He is now playing tennis and soccer again. He continues to see Kris to further strengthen his body and to learn how to exercise correctly. I would highly recommend Kris to anybody who needs to fully recover from an injury and wants to improve their strength.
