Lifetime has become very crowded and overpriced. It’s seemingly never ending how many people they want to crowd in the place. Membership value is becoming questionable at $300/mos.

Increasingly disappointed! Over the past year, core membership benefits have been whittled away, with more and more services and classes moving behind extra paywalls - space and time slots that used to be standard for members. It feels like Life Time is getting greedier and less transparent, prioritizing upselling at the expense of loyal members.
Membership fees keep rising, but what’s included seems to keep shrinking, and the club experience no longer matches the premium price. It’s frustrating to see what was once a great value morph into a series of constant upcharges.
If you value having most amenities included with your monthly dues, be warned: Life Time no longer offers the comprehensive membership it once did. I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for fair value.

This club is not worth it for the price.
There are not enough Pickleball courts to meet demand , it's almost impossible to get into open play and most of weight machines are old and not well maintained.
The woman Wendy who staffs the pickleball desk has a terrible attitude and likes to throw her weight around. She treats guests in such a condescending manner, it's embarrassing for the organization that is supposed to be in the service industry.
Will likely Cancel the whole family soon

**A master class in how to lose new business in less than 20 seconds. My experience as a walk-in today:**
Them: [Staring at me silently; no greeting; no smiles]
Me: Hi! My friend is a member and suggested I should check this place out.
Them: We don't provide any complimentary access to our facilities.
Me: [Perplexed, but still hopeful] Oh sorry, I'm not asking for "complimentary" access. I'm interested in seeing what you have to offer.
Them: [Annoyed] Ok, I can look and see if we have any appointments this month.
Me: [Deeply confused] Sorry, I meant I'd love to do a quick tour.
Them: [Stone-faced] We don't accept walk-ins and we don't have any availability today.
Me: [90% ready to abort mission] Oh, you mean I need to make an appointment just to do a tour, and you can't give me a tour today?
Them: Yes.
Me: Ok bye!
To the management–you lost my business for 2 reasons, both total failures of customer service:
1) Policy: Requiring appointments for tours adds friction to the sales process, and suggests that you really don't want my business enough to have sufficient staff present to secure it.
2) People: The front desk staff are the first impression for a prospective new customer–yours couldn't have been less welcoming, which tells me that you don't respect your customers and therefore don't deserve my business.

Lifetime is managed incredibly well here. At times it can be busy and it can make things feel overwhelming. But as a member for over 5 years I have found a transformation in my life. I am always greeted with a friendly smile, patience, and genuine concern - even if I have done something wrong or i have brought a guest with me who may not be used to the culture inside of the gym. It doesn't happen over night but as a member you will find everyday gets better and better. People will mirror what you show them with your own behavior. The karma is real there and I've never had a bad experience since I've started there. Sometimes things can break or need to be replaced and cleaned. That may not happen over night. With great patience comes great virtue. Ive lost weight and made many friends there. I dont think I would still be alive if it wasn't for lifetime. I dont have to name any names because I have developed relationships with 90% of the staff there. I know they have my back just like I have theirs.

A Huge Thank You to the Lifeguards!
My son slipped into the pool and came dangerously close to drowning. One of your lifeguards I believe her name is Carolina (or Caroline) reacted immediately and saved his life. Her quick action prevented what could have been a tragedy. I am beyond grateful. Please make sure she is recognized for her incredible work!

Used to be great! But I pay way too much for the BS that the general manager pushes on us.
1) closing the outdoor pool early for no reason other than general manager says so even though there is still plenty of daylight. I dont get home in time to ever use it now because of this.
2) half the showers closed for cleaning no matter the time I am here to use them.
3) wood in sauna has not been changed in so long. Its all grey/black and discolored.
4) locks on family locker rooms why? Never was a problem previously…

FAMILIES WITH TODDLERS ARE NOT WELCOME.
I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Lifetime, as it has left me deeply concerned and humiliated.
As a long-time member, I have always valued the sense of community and safety that this club provided. However, this year has been a stark contrast, and I am seriously considering canceling our membership.
It feels like families with children are no longer safe and welcome here. In previous years, we enjoyed a vibrant atmosphere filled with friendly faces and well-mannered young staff. Unfortunately, this year's experience has been marred by a noticeable lack of professionalism among the staff, that was hired from shady and mean school kids (seriously, I’m contacting the Board to check if they are actually allowed to work there).
On July 5th, I visited the outdoor pool with my 18-month-old. She wasn't ready to swim, so I sought out the water tables that have always been a favorite for little ones. When I approached a group of staff members who were standing around doing nothing, I kindly asked if they could bring out at least one table for the toddlers nearby, many of whom were upset. Instead of a helpful response, I was met with eye-rolling and dismissive behavior from a staff members especially a girl named Dominique, that said they are not allowed until the break.
When the break started, my request was still ignored, and I felt invisible while the staff laughed and chatted among themselves. Eventually, after I came up for the second time, one of them gave the water table but insisted I return it myself after the break. The table was empty, lacking the toys that should have been included, I saw the toys tucked under the counter. When I asked for the toys that come with a water table, I was handed a single rubber duck (left behind by some kid) and some trash, short guy with a grin said: “you can borrow these for now, but fyi the tables were prohibited for safety reasons a day earlier”, yet when I tried to get clarification from a manager, he said water tables are allowed and toddlers are welcome to play with them.
The overall atmosphere has become chaotic, with litter and wet towels scattered around, and it seems that the staff are indifferent to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
It’s disgusting to think that as a paying member, I have to deal with such attitude and a lack of respect from school kiddos that get paid literally from my pocket.
P.S. after I talked to the manager, nasty school kids brought some trash pieces of toys out and put them inside the water tables, one of the tiny plastic peace that they put there, on purpose I think, got into my toddler mouth and she almost choked on it. Hope they enjoyed seeing us leaving after that, by their happy giggles I guess they were proud of themselves.
The pool staff team are mean, cruel, and nasty. I’m considering canceling my family’s membership, and some of my friends are also considering doing the same after this incident.

Will likely cancel membership. For what you pay for this gym, there are major issues. I joined to mainly workout and play basketball. The basketball courts are closed for the entire summer M-F from 6:45am-5pm for daycare/kids camp so they can squeeze some more profits out at the expense of the paying members. Do we get a discount for not having the services to utilize, of course not. Then the courts are constantly closed for parents night out, individual basket ball lessons, etc.
Additionally the bathrooms are pathetic for the cost of this gym & how many people use it. I'm paying $250 a month for a single membership and the gym is already WAY overpacked and for men they have 4 total stalls - four in the entire gym!
There are kids out of control running all over the basketball courts, upstairs in the weight rooms where they're not allowed to be, running all over the hallways.
They constantly have tacky vendors constantly trying to see you stuff from cheesy jewelry, clothes, supplements, teeth whitening, etc. You can tell that they don't care about the members and are just trying to squeeze every last dollar out of them.

Gym is fine overall. Lots of classes to choose and facility is ok.
However the quality of class varies a lot. For example - if you register Saturday 8am heated Yoga, you should expect the coach on average 10mins late (almost every class she is late by 5-15mins), the worst case was no show .... really disrespectful to everyone. We talk to one manager but nothing changed.
Also I used to get private coach, half way of program, he left....
Used to be much better, now feel over subscribed and quality goes down.

Oversold. Declining quality. The atmosphere of a public pool for $4-5k/year. Not what it used to be.
If you leave your toddler in the daycare, you can expect to come back and find 30-40 kids huddled around a screen watched by two teenagers. There’s no daycare manager at present.
The weight and cardio floor is PACKED, because the club is oversold. There’s often a line for the treadmills.
Worst of all, it’s impossible to concentrate with classes happening right on the weight and cardio floors at almost all times. Instructors for classes happening right on the floor are screaming on speakers all around you with multiple different soundtracks blasting at the same time. You can’t even work out on that weight rack without people doing jumping jacks right behind you.
Yesterday, I was on the treadmill, trying to ignore the class happening next to me and the man taking a phone call on the other side of me, when a child started running around between the cardio machines and banging on the windows. Total mayhem
And there are too few bathrooms by a factor of about 3.
And as if this weren’t bad enough, the club has decided it can eke out a little more profit by forcibly subjecting you to marketing on premise. So they’re inviting Range Rover and other tacky brands to stand in your way and try to grab your attention while you’re attempting to enter the club you’re already paying too much for.
Try giving them feedback— there’s no one to listen, and they really don’t care. Join Equinox instead

Racism-Friendly Gym in 2025
Earlier this morning, my friend and I had a troubling and racist experience in the gym—which directly negates the “Culture of Inclusion” claim.
My friend works for lifetime, he’s a black guy like myself, and right at the start of our workout, an older white man alleged that we were “talking too loud” and interrupting his workout. We were taken aback but still apologized and tried to de-escalate many times. This guy must’ve had or has something else going on. He kept going and got more aggressive to the point where he was yelling at us and causing a scene. He was cursing us out and calling us all sorts of names, to the point where other staff members had to physically remove him from the gym. This was at 7:30 in the morning! The last thing I want to do is cause a scene at my friend’s place of work. I take a lot of pride in being poised and professional regardless of the situation, but this was a lot.
He mentioned that his children attend this gym. As a mentor and someone who values community, I’d hope that respect and inclusion are the standard. I pray for the man who gave us an issue and wish that man all the best.
The (white) lady at the front desk was extremely dismissive when I brought her the issue. She mentioned, “... the incident was noted down”, and I could explain the details to another staff member if I’d like. Then, she turned her back to me and continued with her day as if I didn’t exist. I’m a guest—I’m supposed to be treated with respect, especially if a major incident occurs. Is this the experience that is supposed to make me enthusiastic about returning?
Thankfully, the brother in the front didn’t let this slide and made the GM aware. The GM shook my hand and listened. Hopefully, something comes out of it 🤷🏾♂️ Other members of the staff noted that this member’s behavior was not isolated, and this was just another example, which indicates to me that this type of behavior is accepted and welcomed here. It’s unbelievable that this was not addressed more formally for this type of “club”. My friend is expected to carry on his day as if he works in a safe and supportive space. Shout out to the brother in the front and Jon from the staff, who helped de-escalate and bring this to higher management's attention.
If you are a minority who attends or is considering joining this gym, please be advised and be mindful that this type of behavior is tolerated and allowed. Hopefully, action is taken on this, and consequences are brought forth so that this is not swept under the rug and kept quiet, as many other instances of racism are.

I normally wouldn't leave a review of such low rating but LT cafe at florham park really upset me today with my order. I ordered the green goddess. I paid extra for an additional scoop of vanilla whey protein. Now, because the shake already has protein, when you add more protein to it, the drinks becomes extra creamy and almost always there's EXTRA protein shake (which in person i always have to tell them to pour the extra In a cup, otherwise they just throw my money down the drain and dump it out). Well, I left a note indicating to please pour the extra in a cup. This time i did pick up, so I was curious to see If they would read my indications. They didn't. Then, when I pick up my drink, the drink itself is 1) not blended all the way as the drink had chunks of ice all throughout sipping it 2) chunks of spinach that were unblended 3)and by the taste of it, they either subbed the vanilla collagen for vanilla whey instead of including both, or just stole my money and did not add the scoop of vanilla whey I paid for because the drink barely tasted like any vanilla. It was so disgusting and because I was in a rush to my dentist that is nowhere near florham park, I had to leave with the drink. I called to complain and no manager got to me about this. I ended up throwing the drink in the garbage because I didn't even have time to drive all the way back to florham park to get my order redone. Super pissed as I paid extra and those drinks aren't cheap.

Was very disappointed in this location. I visited on a $50 day pass today and several of the amenities listed on the website for guests/ members were not in service. Locker rooms were under construction, no sauna or steam room was available and the place just didn’t feel clean overall. There was even an additional $40 fee to use the outdoor pool…. I was bit shell shocked as the staff didn’t even care to compromise given half of the things listed were not in use. Even after my workout I went to the smoothie bar and the staff was not attentive whatsoever. Will not be returning to this location, I have been to several lifetimes in the past and nothing compares to the filth, lack of customer service and outdated facility that exists here.

They keep raising membership fees & you get a lot less. During the summer - it’s at its worse.
-Hot tub outside has been broken for a month
- the swim suit ringer in the men’s bathroom was broken so the men were using the one in the family room… rather than fix it- they just switched the broken one from men’s to the family one… the broken one in the family one has been broken for a month
-They can never keep up with the towels on the weekends & will tell members to go inside to go find one when all the lifeguards are hanging out in their chairs either on their phones or chatting
-the jets on the shallow end have not worked in years… it wasn’t until I went to another Lifetime that I saw that was a feature
-Bathrooms in the family room are not cleaned regularly during a heavy traffic weekend
-they are always running out of food on the weekends! Will even shut down the cafe.. not reliable if you planned to have lunch. And they will run out of something major - like chicken for the whole weekend… my husband works in the industry & when that happens… you literally go out & buy chicken.
-if it rains & the pool gets shut down - they drag their feet to open up the pool again when it the storm has clearly passed with blue skys & sunny. They will tell you that the storm is in the surrounding areas & needs to be 10 miles away to be safe for a 1/2 hour… well I also downloaded the app because it really seemed unlikely & when I fact checked them… only THEN they opened the pool
It is simply poorly managed… the amenities are there… but you’re lucky if it’s clean/working for a decent experience
UPDATE:
They have a new food manager & the cafe has done a 180! The food seems to come out in a reasonable amount of time, and you can now order ahead of time.
The pool management still is disappointing. They still can’t figure out how to staff the lifeguards- we’re here on a weekend & they won’t open the slide because not enough lifeguards. If they are increasing the membership & charging new members for pool access- why can’t this be figured out. They even have to pool slide hours as closed everyday so they don’t have to be accountable for it. Another time they actually had a ton of lifeguards but they wouldn’t open the pool slides because no one could figure out how to tie the safety rope & they said they would need to wait for their manager the following day. There was even a birthday party going on & I felt so bad none of the kids could use the slide. Lifetime even charges $250 extra if you book a pool party & elect for the outdoor pool. Thankfully enough people complained that the lifeguards were suddenly able to figure it out.
Do we get a discount on days when we are not able to use the full amenities??

I’m so disappointed with Lifetime Fitness and its café. Their membership is unreasonably expensive, and their services get worse each year. Life Café started a program to sell cups for summer with unlimited specific drinks, but whenever I go there, they are out of one or more of those drinks. Today, I told one of the employees that one of the drinks I wanted was empty, and he rudely said they were all busy. If they sell the cups for about $50 and they are only valid for a few months, they should be responsible for maintaining the service. They know they got their money and seem more interested in making more money from other orders. If they are busy, it means they need to hire more people.

Great gym, been going regularly for 6+ years now. If you would asked me 3 years ago this is a 5 hands down. But in a rush to get as many members as possible the quality of the service and the other members has gone down significantly.
For what we have to pay, the place is too crowded, and no one regulates decorum. Between kids running around like a jungle gym and the entitled folks who act like the own the place (Ex: hold a bench forever without using it, super setting across half the gym, music being played on speaker instead of headphones, not re-racking/re-racking in the wrong place, etc.) The fellow gym goers definitely detract from the experience.
Also- the family changing room is for families, not people who just want more space. My wife and kids used to frequent the pool, I paid a fortune for lessons, but we stopped coming because of the entitled gym goes who decided they wanted to use the family stalls for the space. When we complained we were politely told thanks for the feedback, but nothing has changed. So now we pay for swim at a separate facility.
I travel for work and have visited clubs all over the country. (Multiple clubs in and around Phoenix, Austin, Franklin TN, multiple around Vegas, Miami, other clubs in the NY/NJ area) This is by far the worst one.
If there was an alternative, I'd jump in a second.
That being said, facilities are nice and staff is mostly very friendly.

Even though the experience has not been a perfect one, I credit the professionalism and geniality of the staff at the FP Life Time for making the membership experience a terrific one for myself and my family. The facilities are top-notch, weight room is great - multitude of squat racks means never a long wait - or any - wait for one. Plenty of ellipticals, treadmills, stair climbers as well. Pool is huge and it’s awesome to also use sauna and steam room. Members can be entitled. Even though there are repeated reminders not to do so, cars are always parked alongside the curb outside the lobby, leading to safety hazards and undue stress when looking for parking. Towels are tossed alongside basketball and squash courts even though there are bins in the locker room across the hall. But staff is great and makes up for any of the facility and member shortcomings. Our daughter takes personal training with Kevin and he is always patient and encouraging with her but also highly professional and knowledgeable. Even though it’s been only a couple months, she is seeing strength and athletic gains that will be helpful in her school sports, in her schoolwork and probably life itself. He has even given me useful tips, even though I’m not a client. Front desk staff is always personable and kind, especially Leo, Jocelyn and Cristian who are always welcoming even when it gets hectic. It actually hurts me a bit to see any of them get impugned online since I know it's untrue and unfair.

You might think coming to one of the more expensive gyms in the area ($400/month for a family of 4) would buy you some peace of mind. You’d be wrong. My watch was recently stolen out of my LOCKED locker. I immediately brought it to the gym’s attention and they would’t even make the effort to call the police. Once the police came, I filed the report and The gym employees huddled in the manager’s office and barely looked at me when they came out. I went to the MGRs (Jared?) office two days later to see if there was an update. He wasn’t in his office so I asked the main guy (Mark) at the front desk if he could ask the manager to come to the front desk and he flat out said, “no. Im not going to do that.” When I told my friends in the locker room what happened, it seemed like everyone had a story about stolen items: from watches and wallets to shoes and sandles. Understandably, there are no cameras in the locker room. But to add fuel to the fire, anytime someone forgets their locker code (or which locker they were using) an employee goes on a rampage opening EVERY SINGLE locker in the immediate area. When I asked the front desk to see the log of members who ask for lockers to be opened, they said: “we dont keep a log”. Which makes me believe the person who stole my watch asked an employee to open my locker and simply claimed it was theirs. Which also makes sense why the gym employees have been giving me the cold shoulder. There’s a non-zero chance this is as much their fault as the person who actually stole my watch. I have been a member here for just under a year. I consistently come 5-6x per week. This used to be one of my favorite places in the whole world. After this massive violation of trust, I cant help but feel paranoid when I’m here. And it’s even worse to know if something bad happens in the building, the staff will likely choose to avoid you instead of help you.

I’m not going to be mentioning any trainers names, but the last review by Madison is completely false and out of proportion. I’d know because Madison was MY guest.
I’ve been a member at the gym since it’s opened and have very good friendships with several members and employees. I also used to work here so I know how the employees treat the members.
You might think my review and comments might be bias due to that, but I promise you her review is misleading.
Let me explain what actually happened.
I typically play basketball everyday at the gym. I brought a girl in as a guest and all she wanted to do was play a game of Pickleball. I noticed all the reservations were filled and no spots were open. However, I saw one of my trainer friends playing. (Not mentioning names) I asked him if I could play. He gave up HIS spot for me. I then gave my spot to the guest I brought. Yes I can say I was in the wrong for misleading the trainer thinking I was playing and not the guest I brought, but nonetheless the trainer was nice and greatful enough to give up his spot for my guest to play. Yea she wasn’t that good at Pickleball and I can’t speak on behalf of how the other members felt, but not once did the trainer speak ill of her, kick her off and or anything along those lines and I know that because I was there personally and witnessed everything.
Furthermore, the trainer and I have spoken and I have apologized to him for misleading him. He told me after the fact, he would’ve accommodated us to make the teams even for fun and fair competition as well
Overall, the review was incorrect and I’m sharing my side of the story. Lifetime and its employees treat everyone with the most upright and outgoing personality.
Thanks for reading.

Came in as a guest to Lifetime and not even an hour goes by and I am left extremely disappointed. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Was told by a male trainer in the pickle ball courts I “ruined” a game because I wasn’t “good enough” to be on their team (meanwhile all of the players on my team were very encouraging teammates and friendly) I also told the team prior to the game starting - that I was new to this specific game of pickle ball, but have played tennis and paddle board in the past. I would also like to add that I am a very athletic person and stay in shape daily, so hearing this comment from this trainer was not only disheartening but also laughable being that I am in great shape and highly capable of playing sports. As a guest who was considering joining this gym, I can now say that I will not be joining and I will alert my friends and family to stay away from this discriminatory gym facility. —— It doesn’t take much to be kind to people and if you have a rude comment you are thinking about saying- keep it to yourself, you might lose a customer or two. Do better.

Rude and unfriendly staff. My son is a minor. He plays basketball here. I accompanied him. My son is under his dad's membership but sometimes I take my son there to play. I don't do gym in general and not a gym person. I wasn't carrying any gym stuff and not wearing any gym outfit. They treated me as if I am a criminal or something and stopped me from sitting even in the lobby as if I will use their gym facility? All about money and treating people bad without initiating any quality convo or helping them out. Never ever am I going inside this building ever again.
Also, the swim team try out was horrible. The coach beat around the bush that they don't have a place. When I insisted only then he made clear that my son is an intermediate. Why beat around the bush and waste time? Should have told in advance that only advanced kids make it to the swim team so assess your son's level and only then come to the try out if he has been on any intermediate team, this is not the place. Made us show up for the try out and then recommending other swim facilities as if we can not find ourselves. This place is a waste of time.

They gotta stop letting “kids” work here. Leo provided the absolutely worst tour of the place possible. His vibe was terrible and made me cringe when he asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership at the end. I’d do anything but help you out. He wasn’t even a real agent and does even know my name! Learn some social skills before you start talking to members! Plus, why do you look like you’ve never even been to the gym if you work here??

One of the teacher had to jump in and change the music as the lyrics were inappropriate......please use appropriate yoga meditation music so members can actually have a relaxing session.. similar to other lifetime location.....also the shower body wash, conditioner pumps don't work...

Facility itself is decent, but the 5 stars really comes in from the trainers! I have interacted with a lot of them at this point and I am always impressed by how friendly and knowledgable they are. Big shout out to Christian S who I travel to this gym specifically for. As an adult training in a nonstandard sport I have found his knowledge and flexibility imperative to my progress- especially when it came to not falling behind after an injury and still being able to place 3rd in a recent tournament. He is really able to meet you where you are at and puts in the extra effort to understand you and your goals!

I had one of my worst encounters with a front desk worker named Kia at lifetime. First and foremost, Kia exhibited a complete lack of professionalism. She was disinterested and seemed bothered by my presence, making it clear that she would rather be doing anything else but helping me. Her dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and unimportant as a customer.
Furthermore, Kia demonstrated a severe lack of product knowledge. When I asked her questions about certain fitness equipment and their features, she seemed completely clueless. Instead of taking the initiative to find the answers or consult a colleague, she simply shrugged and offered vague and unhelpful responses. It was evident that she had not taken the time to familiarize herself with the products she was supposed to represent.
In addition to her lack of knowledge, Kia exhibited poor communication skills. She spoke in a condescending tone and provided curt, one-word answers without any effort to explain further or provide additional assistance. It was incredibly frustrating trying to extract any useful information from her, as she seemed more interested in getting rid of me than actually resolving my concerns.
To make matters worse, Kia displayed a blatant disregard for basic customer service etiquette. She failed to acknowledge my concerns or offer any solutions to address the issues I raised. It was abundantly clear that she had no intention of going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Her lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist left me feeling utterly frustrated and disappointed.
Overall, my encounter with Kia at Lifetime was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Her unprofessional demeanor, lack of product knowledge, poor communication skills, and indifference towards customer satisfaction were incredibly disheartening. I would strongly caution anyone seeking assistance at Lifetime to avoid interacting with Kia at all costs, as she will undoubtedly leave you feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

The lady at the front desk, Kia, was absolutely unhelpful. My friends had passes but were unable to get through because they are under the age of 16, yet they have all gotten through multiple times before. They were also unable to use their guest passes which is not understandable, they have used them many times before… Do all of the employees not follow the same criteria? I drove 10 minutes just for me and my friends to be denied access into the facility, even though we have done this multiple times before. What is the point of getting your child a pass if they can’t even use it? Not only this, but she also snatched a physical pass out of my hands, even though it does not work I find it very disrespectful that she thinks she is above others. Who snatches objects from others? Absolutely ridiculous. Lifetime, please get your stuff together so that new members to the lifetime community can make sure they are spending their money wisely, efficiently, and comfortably. Thanks a lot Kia.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of encountering a front desk worker named Kia at Lifetime Fitness, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. Kia's lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills made my visit a frustrating and unpleasant one. Love the facilities, however, the outdoor cafe is horrible for service this summer. Waited 1hr15mins for a kids order of subpar chicken nuggets. The outdoor cafe closes frequently because they are getting overwhelmed. Terrible service. Indoor cafe also closed, and rules prohibiting bring in our own food. Having just raised the food prices, this is not right. Families can’t reliably feed their kids during a day at the outdoor pool.

Really disappointed in this location. I’m paying over $200 per month and can’t get into a class that I reserved AND was right on time for because someone got there before me and refused to leave. This happens consistently and I pay too much money to let it continue. I kept quiet for quite some time and when I finally complained nothing was done. Management - still waiting for my phone call - where are you? Lifetime has great instructors and great amenities but they unfortunately just lost me as a member.

Been a member since they opened yet they continue to disregard the opinions of their founding members and community as a whole. The yoga studios are grossly overcrowded with an inability to even preform the poses properly without touching someone else! This is ridiculous especially post COVID. Their rising membership prices don’t make it any better and they also restricted their membership to only allow a few clubs in the area!! The bridgewater club isn’t even much better yet you have to PAY AS A MEMBER to go that is ridiculous in itself.

Can’t just put D**N hours on family room door so d****sses like me don’t have to find out it’s closed at certain time long before the gym closes WHILE carrying a shivering 1.5 year old. Oh wait, the cleaning crew saw me enter and couldn’t remind me that it will be closed in 5 mins. Why would they, not their jobs.

I have to cancel my membership after 10 years beacause of the rude and unprofessional way that front desk taked to me today and I was so disappointed that this famous gym hire this level of young men with no experience to have a polite conversation with the existing customers for long time that means no care about their reputation any more. :-(
plus he refused to let me get in at this was first time for me this mouth even they charged me unbelievable after a ten years member at this gym. I see he has a small town mentality.
And I’d like to meet with to any one responsible to discuss with in person with a professional way. The way accused me it's kind of harsement.
Thank you BTW Today is Easter 2023.
In my opinion the front desk staff is one of the most important reason for successful business.

You will face 2 issues when you come to life time and I am telling you as someone being a member for +10 years:
The pool program management is the lifetime biggest weakness. Although, Life Time has 3 nice pools, however, I always tell friends that If you are coming to lifetime for it's pool do not waste your money. You will never have the chance to use the lap pool, and believe me it is very frustrating when you dress up and go for swim and will face with the fact that all the lanes are marked/blocked as reserved for kid's swim classes and you cannot use them. They only leave 1 lane open for all the adult members who want swimming as part of their workout. The club has become quite expensive $199/month plus taxes brings it to $250 per month for a single member. With this range of price I expect to be fairly treated as a single member.
And YES, the membership staff are very rude at least at this place, I spoke with Mark and I brought the pool program concern up to his attention very politely and nicely. His response was; "you can use the pool BEFORE 3:30pm or AFTER 8:30pm". I am wondering as a working adult how can that timeframe work. I responded "I have to be present at my job at that time frame" and his answer was "MAYBE THIS IS NOT YOUR GYM". This is the rudest answer you will hear from a membership staff/manager when talking about your concerns!
You will ask, why I am a member, because the gym is nice, spacious and clean, does not smell plastic foams, and it has very good instructors and group classes. Love that part! But the pool is almost unavailable!

Children coming into locker room after swim lessons need to be supervised. Several children/ young teens yelling and running in and out of the showers playing is not acceptable when paying $150+/ month. I workout and come to the locker room after to shower and use the sauna to de-stress. The locker room is not a circus.
Been a member here for over 5 years—I’ve seen this problem also in the summers when people join just for the pool. Kids coming in locker room—leaving wet towels everywhere and running around.
I will say gym itself is great, but the above issue needs some work.
