Both these gyms are awesome. From the staff that runs them, to the equipment, equipment works properly, bathrooms are always clean, and plenty of parking. This is a lifters gym. It’s geared to actually getting a good workout in. Not a gym littered with influencers with cameras on tripods or sitting around.

Burn & Blast is an awesome gym - I love the Long Branch location but having two different locations with 24 hour access is so helpful. I went to one of the public brand name gyms for years and it was time to upgrade to a true lifter's gym. I’ve been going to Burn and Blast for years. I even had Ronnie (owner) train me and set up a nutrition/ workout plan early on. It was fantastic. If you’re looking for an old school hardcore gym with modern equipment then you need to look no further.

As a mom of 2 young kids who works full time, convenience and affordability are my top priority. I’ve been a member to a few gyms in the area, but Burn and Blast is by far the best. Some of the equipment may look intimidating, but many have QR codes that when scanned, it brings you to a video of Anna and Ronnie demonstrating how to use it. They are open 24/7 and no contracts! If you want to cancel, just email them. You don’t have to jump through hoops like other gyms. I started personal training with Anna and she’s amazing! I feel stronger and more confident after every session.

Another reason they are amazing is they have allowed my special Ed students to gain valuable social and vocational skills by volunteering their time at Burn and Blast. Several local businesses turned down our program, but Anna and Ronnie didn’t hesitate when asked and they have been so welcoming and accommodating to my students.

This Gym Rocks! Ronnie and Ty are great guys and chuck full of knowledge, whether you are a newbie or a vet. Great equipment, easy location - Ursula Plaza is very convenient. I love this gym all year around, but especially in the summer (Seven Presidents beach is just across the street. Finally, and importantly, it attracts a good crowd, positive vibes all around!

Is too hot in the summer ( no AC ) and too cold in the winter ( no heat ). But the bill comes month by month..

Have 5 months using this gym, and that machine is not fixed yet .

Burn and blast is a great gym with great equipment, accessibility, and staff. I would recommend this gym over a competitor any day!! The culture and overall aesthetic is good for anybody from just starting out, to competitive lifting.

I was only at Burn & Blast for a few months, but they were good ones. Very convenient to my apartment near the beach. They have a lot of equipment and it's never overly crowded. I am going to miss walking over and getting a good, quick workout in! Hopefully I can come back soon. Best!

I went to the west long branch location to train. Sign up was easy and the 24 hour access/no contract/no cancellation fee was awesome. Loved the arsenal strength stuff!!

Ronnie and his staff are one of a kind. After 3 back surgeries and worrying about hurting myself. The burn and blast staff started taught me proper form and helped me gain my confidence back with lifting. I’ve never felt stronger in my life. My overall quality of life has turned out better. One of the best gyms in the area, Only trained here for a short time but am glad I signed up. Amazing and unique equipment that is hard to find in the area. A great atmosphere in both locations being surrounded by like minded individuals with similar goals in mind this is the place to be.
