This place is amazing! Joe is an incredible coach, and the community he has is AMAZING! I love it so much that I literally drive 3 hours every week to visit them and train on Fridays. Not only is this facility great for learning and getting better at weightlifting, but it's also great for just getting stronger and healthier. Everyone cares about your success, and that's what I want in a gym. If you live in the Freehold area, and you're not a part of this Fit Fam, you're making a mistake! Do yourself a favor and call them today! Thanks for all that you do Joe!

I recently held a seminar at this gym, owned by Joe, a national-level athlete with over 20 years of experience in sports. It’s inspiring to see someone with his expertise actively involved, sharing valuable insights with clients and aspiring athletes alike. The gym itself is spacious, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere. While it can be a bit tricky to find, as it’s tucked between houses, you can always call Joe directly for detailed directions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to train or learn!

I’m definitely not the prototype of someone who would be a member of a gym like this.
However Joe and everyone else have been very supportive despite my age, health, and lack of previous experience.
If you are looking for treadmills and machines with no help and you fend for yourself like the other gyms have, then you are in the wrong place.
If you want serious training where you are being helped to set and achieve your personal goals and get results, then this is where you should be going. They will show you the right way to do lifts and other exercises whether you are at the early stages of your training or you are an experienced weightlifter.

The past 3 months at this gym has brought be a new sense of what it means to be an athlete. I came to talk to Joe about a new passion of mine - olympic weightlifting and ever since our first meeting he has succeeded in teaching me new things about myself & as an athlete. He is one of the best coaches I have had in my life and I am very excited to keep working there with him and all the amazing people I have met through the gym as well

I follow my coach here and I cannot express how happy I am! The team is welcoming and the vibe is just right. They have a coach for all your needs and will find ways to get you to your goals. If you are looking for a positive, fun and clean place to lift, this is the place. They also host competitions and mock meets!

I work with Joe & the team at Marble Weightlifting through remote training. The experience has been outstanding! They take the time to get to know your strengths and weaknesses, work to build a program suited to your needs, and remain responsive over time.

Even if you're not in Central Jersey to go in person I would highly recommend their remote training. This is the 4th program I've tried and my gains and improved technique with them is by far the best!

When I transitioned from CrossFit to Weightlifting, all I had was an online coach outside US. When I decided to compete in my first meet, I didn’t know what to do so I contacted Joe who was the organizer of the meet. In his immediate reply, he assured me he and his staff will guide me through and they did! I went to the meet alone but came home with my new coach, supportive fellow lifters and the membership to the gym! I live and work 50 miles north of Freehold but it’s so worth the drive. I’ve never seen anyone who is as passionate and dedicated weightlifting coach and mentor as Joe.

Thank you Coach Joe for preparing me for my second trip to the Arnold! Being a person never involved in sports or physical activity growing up, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come! I struggled with the barbell in CrossFit and now you’ve got me competing!! Age should never determine what you chose to do. I love that I’m part of an awesome team (of all ages and levels)! I know I have a way to go …. Thank you for getting me where I am today. The work continues! At almost 73 yrs old I know I can do this forever!! Thanks again Coach ..

In the New Jersey area, I can think of no better weightlifting club/gym than Marble Weightlifting. I was looking for a place to hone my skills and get stronger, but I got so much more. I found a community of like-minded individuals who formed a team and support one another to achieve every single one of their goals, whether or not they are in the sport. The owner/head coach Joe is caring, professional, knowledgeable, and puts mileage behind his knowledge. He tests his programs on himself and tweaks them to cater to individual athletes. If you are looking for a weightlifting club to become a better weightlifter (or learn from the ground up) and join a team of people with goals similar to yours, look no further than Marble Weightlifting.
