Different workout every time. Only 45 min.but you work your butt off it's a good time.instructors are all amazing.worth every penny! I love it!
Updated review * I took a few years off ,life got in the way and I find myself out of shape now but,I am confident I will regain my health and fitness with the Max of Brick. I LOVE it more than ever ..always fun and extremely motivating and encouraging. Best gym around!! Join you won't be disappointed .all fitness levels. I’ve always been a gym rat, started back in the 70’s after I finished playing ball in college. No matter how long I stayed away or how much weight I gained, I could always fight my way back to being in shape with out too much of a problem. Yup, once I got back to the gym, it was only a matter of putting in the time, it was like magic.Well, I’m 71 now and the magic is gone. The days of bench presses and squats using the Smith machine are over. Just doesn’t work anymore. Very discouraging.
All three of my sons were athletes and are now in there 40’s. They did the 10 week challenge a couple years back and the results were amazing. But I figured they were a lot younger than I am, the program wouldn’t work for me. They told me over and over again, just give it a try, you’ll fit in.
Well, hate to admit it when the kids are right and I’m wrong, but they were absolutely correct, I can do this thing.
I was like the tin man in the Wizard of Oz when I walked thru the door. Getting more toned and flexible every visit I make.
It takes a little time to get the menu part straightened out, but once you start seeing the results, the pounds coming off, you start getting more eager to push a little harder.
Anyway, long story short, it works for me.

I love it, I joined 7 weeks ago, I definitely need someone to push me and tell me what to do, I have gone to the gym for years and then I broke my leg and years worth of work went down the toilet in the 7 months it took me to recover The Max in Brick is like a family, the trainers are patient (especially with me I am not the most coordinated person)they show me and then if need be give me a lower impact variation, the fellow members are so supportive too, I would really highly recommend The Max, I’m just sorry I didn’t start sooner.

I didn’t know what to expect at all! The max has exceeded every expectation. I would recommend it to anyone apprehensive about starting a weight loss journey, disgusted with their gym, tired of their routine, bored of the same old workout, or to someone who’s never exercised a day in their life. It meets every level (minus heavy weight lifters/body builders). I needed something fresh to get me motivated again (gyms get so monotonous) and this is perfect! It’s like having a private personal trainer with a few friends. Awesome. Motivating. Effective. Do it.

The Max Challenge of Brick has been the best decision I have made for myself in my life! I joined a little more than 4 years ago and haven't regretted it for a one single moment! I have had my ups and downs throughout that time, but I never gave up!! More importantly the MAX never gave up on me! The trainers are motivating, and inspirational in their own rite because all of them have been members! They all know the program, they've followed the program and they know it works! The Max Challenge of Brick is so much more than just a gym. The trainers are so motivating and I actually look forward to my workouts! I have always hated exercising before I found the Max. I was hesitant to join this at first, especially considering I already had a gym membership and these classes were twice the cost of my gym. But I absolutely LOVE it! While I'm not in it for the actual challenge, the classes are at times that are convenient for me, are still challenging and everyone is extremely nice and helpful. I wish I had done it sooner!

I am so excited to have found The MAX. Life and injuries had gotten in the way of my exercise routine. Thanks to Denise and her wonderful team I am back on track. When I started the classes in October 2017 I was scared to death; I couldn’t even jump three times in a row without getting out of breath. It turns out I didn’t need to be afraid. I was welcomed with open arms. When I couldn’t do an exercise the instructors gave me alternative moves. My classmates have become my MAX family!
