I have tried a couple different gyms and it's difficult for me to find one that works since I am multiply disabled, mainly i am partially blind. I have been a member at this gym for a little over a month so far and I love it! Not only am I reaching my goals of shedding my extra weight, but this is one of the most accommodating I've ever been at. People are just so nice, and the trainers are understanding. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! I am about halfway through with my first MAX Challenge experience and have loved it thus far. Having a great community of friendly faces each morning cheering you on during hard workouts has been super motivating and exciting to be a part of. I’ve been going to The MAX Challenge of Clinton for a month, and it’s been a wonderful experience. Mark provided the warmest welcome, followed by the wonderful instructors and friendly students who all welcomed me with open arms and help learning any of the exercises that are new to me. I’ve most enjoyed the variety in each class, the camaraderie and support of everyone in the room, and the results I’m seeing by making this a regular part of my day. The instructors are great. Definitely know what they are doing.

My friend called me late one night asking if I'd join a 10 week fitness challenge with her. We are both busy, working moms who seldomly find time for ourselves. I agreed and set a goal for myself: to make time to prioritize my health. We are in week 5 of the challenge and feel great! We take the 5am class because it works best with work and all of the kids after school activities. Each day, a zoom link is sent as well with a prerecprded workout just in case you need to workout from home. The entire Max team is
comprised of real people who have completed their 10 week challenge and stay on because it positively impacted their lives. They are kind and motivating. They take the time out to call and check on you and work hard to assist you in feeling your best!

I was an avid CrossFiter not to long ago but the a few major life events happened I haven't gone back. But the Max is a great place to pick back up get your body moving and learn to eat better. This place is amazing and FUN. I feel encouraged and motivated through their team's energy, caring and knowledge. The 45-minute classes are perfect because they jam-pack them with creative and diverse exercises every day and the way they incorporate weights/balls/bands/etc. make it even more challenging if you want to add them to the exercises. They are always there to answer questions on proper exercise form, nutrition and make it a holistic approach with power talks at the end of each class. They truly support their members and I wish I found them earlier. Take a chance and see what it's all about!

This past month I discovered the MAX Challenge of Clinton, and so far, I can say it has been a fantastic experience. This gym offers effective and fun 45-minute sessions that range from cardio to muscle training and kickboxing! The workouts are constantly changing, keeping everything fresh and exciting. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress. The owner and class members also contribute to the positive and exciting atmosphere at the gym.

What can I say about the MAX Challenge Clinton? Probably more than my allowable space here, but can sum up my experience very simply - immensely rewarding.

I have been very mindful about my exercise habits for the past 15 years, but I have never experienced anything like this. Mark Larose runs a great ship here. He brings an overwhelming amount of energy to this program and has a staff that brings that same spirit every day.

In 10 weeks, I lost 28 pounds, went from a 34” waist to a 31” waist, increased my stamina where I went from being winded at 10 mins to going 40mins of cardio and feeling great. Also, it really putt a dent in my stress level and lowered my BP!. I learned that I could eat cleanly and still enjoy eating and never felt like I was starving myself or asking myself to do something with my eating habits that I couldn’t do. My wife and I go every morning at 6 AM and take on the challenge with 25+ energetic, fun and supportive people. When we are there, it’s being part of a family.

I highly recommend anyone that wants to really make a difference in their health and exercise habits to do this. Trust the program, enjoy it, adapt to it - you will see results and be happy with everything you do with it.

I’ve been a member since April 2021. The gym is clean and we wipe down our weights after each class. The trainers are supportive with the nutrition plan and motivating. Love going to classes here. The workouts are fun and challenging. I definitely wouldn’t do these workouts on my own, so it has been great to be a part of this gym, growing stronger with every workout. Can’t say enough good things about The Max Challenge of Clinton. My got up and go just got up and left. All of my regular tricks to get myself going just were not working anymore and I was having a hard time doing anything. I didn’t know what to do so I decided to give The Max Challenge a try. The combination of the coaches and camaraderie immediately resonated with me. Being surrounded by others of all different fitness levels who are pushing themselves to their max motivates me to keep going at times I would normally quit. The Max Challenge is just the structure I needed to give myself that extra push to get going and keep going.

What a different experience.. I walked in with no idea what to expect and knowing no one, a couple of minutes later I felt like I was in a room with my friends. The community atmosphere makes this very different than anything I've experienced before, Such a great energy at 5am and so inspiring with the ending motivational talk. Not to mention the music was SO right. What a great place to be, you'll have to just try it for yourself!

Great support team. Jillian is great at reminding us to pay attention to our form. That’s so important to me because I tend to get lazy as the workout progresses .
It’s great to see Rom and Lauren join us at times . I think they really care about the business and their members.
The gym itself is very clean. People are friendly and encouraging .

Great atmosphere. The trainers are very motivating and know how to keep you on track to meeting your goals. They offer many different class times, from early mornings to later at night. They walk you step by step for the nutrition and if you have any questions or need clarification they are very easy to get ahold of either through text, email, Facebook, or stopping by. It’s convenient to get to off 31 or off the side road. The work outs all have different modifications to fit each individuals level. The hardest part of this program was just taking the first step and committing to bettering yourself. Everyone is encouraging give it a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

The Max Challenge of Clinton has been a life changer for me. The experience with the facility, staff, and most of all the members has been like no other fitness center I've been to. The support you receive when you become a member is overwhelming and it makes you adopt such a positive attitude. The guidance in nutrition and the support/motivation when completing the workout is above and beyond. The owners, Ron and Lauren, make every interaction with you personal and they have a true passion to help people succeed and live a better lifestyle! The instructors, Megan, Mark, and soon to be Jillian are also amazing and are the biggest motivation in and outside of class!
