The 10-Week Challenge was exactly the reset I needed!
The combination of a well-structured nutrition program and consistent five-day-a-week workouts helped me build a strong foundation physically and mentally. So much fun, exercise routines change every day. Instructors provide modifications and more challenging exercises depending upon your requirements. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. The max group is so friendly and I have met a lot of new friends.

The instructors especially at 5 am are so motivating, energetic and most important caring and helping you be the best you can be physically, mentally and emotionally.
