The Max workouts are fun, functional and cater to all fitness levels. All you really have to do is show up consistently (log on remotely if that’s your preference), follow the instructor’s lead, go at your own pace. At the end of a 10-week challenge you’ll feel healthier and more energetic and the physical results you’ll witness will blow you away. Scott, his trainers and membership staff are super helpful and make you feel like family. Highly recommend taking on a challenge.

The Max Challenge is exactly what I was looking for in my fitness journey. The workouts are fun and easy to follow and needless to say extremely effective. I saw a big improvement in my overall strength, toning and weight loss. The coaches are fun, highly energetic and empathetic, Scott is running a great ship there. MUST join! Oh and I love the playlist!

The best! I haven’t worked out since my second one was born. Definitely out of shape. Scott and Kim guided me to be on the track at my own pace but still pushed me harder. They always prepare classes that are full of fun but make you sweat a lot. I was definitely motivated and find myself stronger and healthier! You won’t regret. (Jessie)

The Max of West Windsor is a fun place to achieve your fitness goals, I have been going Max at West Windsor for about six months now and look forward to going each morning. The work outs are great and can be customized to your fitness level. Scott and other instructors are great, good music makes the workouts move fast. The workouts are always varied and no 2 days feel repetitive, you will not get bored.

The Max Challenge is a great fitness center that combines nutrition and fitness to MAXimize your results. They have wonderful fitness instructors that coach you on the daily in class exercises and you will NEVER feel intimidated taking a class. Drop in on a class and take it to the MAX! I really enjoy the Max challenge in West Windsor. There are many class times and you're not tied to one, so you can go whenever fits your schedule. The workouts are well organized and thought out, and the exercises can be made easier or harder depending on your fitness level. Also, no two workouts are the exact same - they really make an effort to keep things varied and fun!

I joined the 10 week Max challenge this January to try out a total body workout. The program is awesome, at the end of 10 weeks I was toned and lost around 7 pounds. The classes are full of rigor but fun and never the same. I signed up for yearly membership and look forward to my hour at MAX every week day. It’s a great workout regimen for folks of all activity levels.

I have been doing Max Challenge for over a year now and this has disciplined my workout habits after numerous failed attempts @Gym membership. I need to be motivated and like group exercise, Max challenge allow me to do exactly that. I feel healthy, more energized, more agile & better stamina, no more panting or huffing. I have been part of Max Challenge for sometime but due to COVID pandemic I had to stop the program, during which due to various reasons I gained back lots of weight and started feeling exhausted even after small walk.
I wanted to get back to active life, so reached out to Scott who as always welcomed back. Starting April 2023 I joined back program, Scott and his team helped me to reduce 14 pounds in 7 weeks. I enjoy Max Challenge program due to very interesting, innovative and not routine workouts, which helps me motivated to continue program.
This time I also focused on my diet (previously never cared about diet), which helped further.

The Max Challenge gym has been a game changer for me. They always have a variety of activities and exercises that make the 45 minutes go by so quickly. It’s a comfortable atmosphere with all levels available so it works for everyone. The instructors are great and always fun. They lead the classes and help whenever needed so the moves are done properly. The instructors help with nutrition as well and will give one on one advice if need be. I’ve enjoyed starting my days at the Max gym and I’m so glad I decided to join and move everyday!

I joined The Max September 2022. It's the best thing that I've ever done for myself. Being a stay at home mom you tend to everyone else's needs. Since becoming a member my life has changed dramatically. I have more energy and a better attitude. I definitely recommend Max! Scott is a wonderful trainer. Kim is also a great trainer as well.
