We offer well-rounded workouts that target all major muscle groups while also teaching proper boxing techniques. Our training is completely safe for both kids and adults—perfect for anyone who wants to learn boxing or self-defense without the risk of injury. The training schedule rotates by day, featuring Boot Camp, Boxing, and FitBoxing sessions. We also offer an MMA Self-Defense group led by Coach Pavel.
Kids Classes
Our kids classes are fun and engaging, teaching boxing through playful fitness activities. Children build strength, speed, discipline, and confidence in a supportive environment. Classes are divided by age groups: 4–7 and 8–13 years old. Teens are welcome to join adult classes.

Training with Coach Mika over the past few weeks has been an amazing experience. She teaches the fundamentals of boxing, but also challenges her students to build on what they learned from week to week. In addition to boxing, she also starts training with workouts meant to build your strength and to subtly teach you boxing movements. Coach Mika is very patient with beginners and believes in her students.

I went to Mika for years, she's a master at her craft and the coolest, kindest, most incredible human being. She could whip anyone into shape and my favorite part is how she can pin point every muscle and know exactly what is needed to work it out. Fitness is not just about esthetics, its about health, with her postive enthusiasm and knowledge, she will push you in ways you never knew, but you will end up better for it.
