I wish I could give 10 stars! We held my twins 5th Birthday at Monmouth Gymnastics and the service we received was beyond our expectations. Victoria executed and tailored all of our needs and wants perfectly.
We booked a double party and had over 40 kids and over 40 adults. From the second we walked in Jenn and the rest of the staff at Monmouth Gymnastics were just simply amazing. They are all so organized and extremely detailed oriented. They treated our outside vendors with respect and made their set up very easy. Our party was a broad spectrum of ages and each child was entertained appropriately for their age.
It truly was a magical experience for our friends and family. A true core memory for our girls and we will forever be thankful for that.

We had our daughter's 4th Birthday party at Monmouth this past weekend! It was very well run and we did not feel rushed at all. The instructors kept the kids engaged and moving the whole party! Of course a few kiddos were nervous or got distracted, but the coaches were able to encourage them to try out the skills or activities. They never pushed anyone to do something they weren't comfortable with and made them feel just as special sitting and cheering on their friends! 2 years ago we attended our friend’s son’s 3 year old birthday party. This year we returned to celebrate our boy’s 3 year old birthday. I’m so happy we did because the kids had a ball. The instructors are friendly, attentive and great with the kids of all ages (varying from 2-9 years old). The facility is very clean and organized and everything ran smoothly. Rude Staff Experience

I was quite disappointed with the staff's behavior during the party. Firstly, there seemed to be inconsistency in how parents were treated. Some were asked to leave, while others were asked to sign waivers to be on the floor, even if their children were the same age as mine. Consistency in rules would be appreciated.

As the party progressed, more parents ended up on the floor, yet it felt like the staff selectively focused on certain parents, including myself. My intention was never to disrupt the party, but rather, I was genuinely concerned about the supervision of my child.

Realistically, it's challenging for the staff to watch all two and three year-olds at all times, especially with so many children present. This situation left some children unattended, which raised safety concerns. Finding a balance between safety guidelines and parental presence is crucial for the well-being of all the kids.

Despite these challenges, I believe there's a way for staff to communicate with attending parents more respectfully. I observed the staff being rude to several adults, and it's essential for a more courteous and understanding approach to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

I would strongly suggest investing more effort in training your staff to effectively communicate their expectations without resorting to disrespect in front of other parents during future parties. A more courteous approach will undoubtedly provide a better experience for everyone involved.

My son, Jack has autism and has been going to MGA for 10 years. We love every coach there, especially Hunter, Xavier, Gianna, and Ally. He attends classes there weekly, and we have also attended many birthday parties there, including his own. We have only had positive experiences and find the staff to be extra caring and attentive because he has special needs. I would recommend MGA without hesitation!

Attended a birthday party over the weekend, and Sydney not only yelled at a child with special needs and made him cry, but then was extremely rude to the parent when asked about what happened. Will never come back here or refer a friend. Awful experience.

While I appreciate that the safety is and should be number one concern. This could have all been handled much differently. Sydney could have addressed the child in a much kinder way, she could have responded to the parent when asked what happened in a much more professional manner, she could have even apologized for making the child cry. This is a place of business but it is also supposed to be a fun and memorable experience for children. The way she handled herself took that away. I hope there is at the very least some training in how to handle this type of situation properly in the future.

Gym coaches are incredibly under paid, lack experience, and show favoritism in class. The owners don't care about the coaching issues that exist and focus only on their "bottom line". This is clearly evident as the owners turned a blind eye to flawed coaching prevalent for years in the past leading to a widely publicized coaching suspension. If you care about your child's mental health then I would avoid this place at all costs.

We had such a fabulous experience at Monmouth Gymnastics for our daughter's 5th birthday party! Jenn, Tessa, Erica and Ava ensured a fun and safe environment for all of the children, who ranged in age from 2.5 all the way up to 12.5! They supported the children and met them at their own level, whether they needed extra encouragement, space to explore their own capabilities, or a new challenge. They kept the energy up and the kids excited and engaged during the activities. The flow and pace of the party was great. The parents were able to be separate but also observe and relax! I had my daughters third birthday party here and we are so happy with our choice. From the booking, MG was really great about answering all my questions and making adjustments for me. The party was the absolute best time! Xavier led the party for the kids and the amount of energy he exudes is just not humanly. He is great for the children and so patient. My daughter absolutely loved him and he gave so much special attention to her. The kids really loved the bounce house and foam pits. The party coordinator, Jenn, did everything for us and the room looked so adorable. I had to worry about none of it! As a Brooklyn group, we all really loved the pizza. I did request the downstairs room bc we are a young group with parents needing to assist and while I know they can not guarantee any accommodations, they did give me the downstairs room despite us being the middle party, which I REALLY appreciate and it didn’t go unnoticed. My girl has been making obstacle courses for all her toys and tumbling all over the place (and very well I might add! Thanks, Xavier!!). Wow, I came here on a whim early summer looking for adult gymnastics classes, knowing darn well those are few and far between in any gymnasium… and I was blessed to be connected with one of their coaches for one on one personal training. The warm, welcoming environment; the exuberant and joyful coaches; the smiling kiddos; even the colorful design on the walls was so inviting and calming and downright motivating! I was able to return to a fitness routine with a gymnastics lens, reminiscent of my childhood years of gymnastics instruction. We recently has our sons 4th birthday party here (3 years ago we had our daughters 4th birthday here too!). We went back and forth with going to a trampoline place or other large amusement center but the idea of the kids not being together and just running around all over the place discouraged me, I really wants our son to celebrate with his friends. I immediately remembered how amazing our daughters party was and asked my son if he wanted a gymnastics party. I am so glad we opted for Monmouth Gymnastics. I received so many texts after the party from parents about how much fun their kids had and what a great choice Monmouth Gymnastics was. I highly recommend this and we will likely be back next year! I brought my kids to Monmouth gymnastics 8 years ago when their old gym just was not challenging them enough. It was clear right away the coaches were experienced and knowledgeable. My daughter gave up a spot on a team with another gym because we knew that she would learn more here.

In the 8 years since we first started at Monmouth the sport of gymnastics has really changed. I watched as Monmouth has adapted to these changes by providing additional training to their coaches and changing their coaching practices to evolve with the times.

My daughter has been training at Monmouth gymnastics for years, while visiting NJ on vacation. Jade really helped her develop skills and technique that she wasn’t learning at other gyms.

My sister went to MG Elite looking for the best gym within close proximity of our house. As for our story, we are not disappointed. MG Elite taught my sister so much, and I saw how much she improved with the outstanding coaching at every meet. MG Elite could have had the opportunity to keep teaching my sister, as well as other young girls with amazing dreams the steps they needed to take to achieve them had it not been for the recent downfall of many coaches. While there is little proof these accusations are false, there is little proof they are true. I’m NOT trying to downplay anybody’s experience, not at all. A prominent coach of this gym is currently suspended from USAG for child abuse, and continues to attack her former gymnasts online with no remorse for her actions. I can not imagine that with multiple gymnasts leaving this gym with extremely traumatic experiences that continue to haunt them that this is a good place to send your children. I added poor communication because of this gym not properly acknowledging the harm they have inflicted upon many young women and girls.

We have been a part of MG family for more than 4 years. We loved the gym and made it from Little Stars to Junior Advanced. The gym is well equipped and clean, the staff is fabulous, all couches are amazing (Ms Adelina rocks!), the front desk is very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, we had to move to a different state and will miss MG so very much! Now, as we are sampling gymnastics facilities in a different state, we understand how fortunate we were to be under the care of the team of dedicated, attentive professionals at MG who walk hard gymnastics journey hand-to-hand with their students. My son has been going to Monmouth for 2 1/2 years now and absolutely loves it, ALL the coaches are great and he loves every coach he has worked with. Not only are the coaches wonderful but the front office is as well. Monmouth has always been extremely accommodating and professional and especially now during this difficult time, I had many questions and concerns and they have answered everyone of them with understanding and kindness. Monmouth Karate Academy is a great Martial Arts School. Servicing Morganville and the adjoining areas of Marlboro Township. Easy to see off of Campus Drive. Great for Physical Fitness, Self Defense, Discipline, and Self Confidence. A great family like atmosphere. Highly recommended for the Traditional Martial Artist. Sensei David Rosenberg is Amazing. The disrespect from parents of this team astounds me. Why instead of waiting till the parents get there to let them know that the area was reserved? If there was no signs around the area how is one suppose to know? So throwing their stuff away was logical? What is this teaching the kids, that it is ok to bully? This could of been taken a little better by the parents of this team and maybe be humble and let them know that you had reserved the spots and also apologize about the situation. But instead because you paid you're entitled? You hide and delete reviews and post on Facebook and here? Be an adult and own up! I cannot understand how people like this even act like this. This business acted very unprofessionally at a competition today. They threw away belongings of parents and children on opposing teams for being in “their spot” within the competition facility. At an event for kids, some adults acted disgraceful. If you want your children to be taught class and good sportsmanship, this isn’t the place you want to go.

I am a competitive gymnastics mother. To hear about what this team's parents did to another team's belongings is disgraceful. It is wrong and could have been handled in a way that should have reflected grace and kindness and an opportunity to teach their children was wasted. Then to add to it, when this gym was contacted and given the opportunity to reconcile and workout what had happened, they ignored another opportunity to show humility and kindness. This is not a place where I would want my child to be influenced.
