I’ve been going to Monroe Bootcamp for the past few months and I can feel the difference. The workouts are high intensity, high energy and target a range of muscle groups in each class. Each of the coaches have their own style but the goal is the same, which is to get you in better shape for whatever your goal may be. As someone completely new to working out, I was a bit nervous going in. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to keep up or know what I was doing. But from the moment I walked in, the coach and rest of the group were so welcoming and encouraging.

The class structure is easy to follow, yet it pushes you just enough to feel like you’re making progress. Coach offers modifications if you’re starting out, and always emphasizes listening to your body.

If you are a beginner and thinking about joining, do it! You don’t have to be in shape to start, you just have to start.

I've been going to gyms on and off for years. It's never been easy to get motivated to work out. That all changed yesterday. I started a 28-Day Reset Challenge with Coach Ajani Malik at Monroe Twp. Boot Camp. This was probably one of the best workouts I've ever done. Coach Ajani kept the group moving and he kept us motivated! There was cardio, strength training, stretching and even some kickboxing. I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to the next workout!

Good workout session. The session is for 45 minutes. It has around 10minutes of good warmup and the rest is hit workout. Mostly cardio(running, punching and kicking the sand bag) and core.
The coach motivates you. He will help you and guide you throughout the workout. So, it is definitely worth it.
The only thing I wish to have is the post workout warm down stretches. This is just my personal preference.

When I saw Monroe Boot Camp post on social media, I was intrigued and tried to sign up to get more information. However, after looking at the times of the workout, I left the request halfway because the timings would not work for me. I didn't expect any return calls nor did I try and call them. However, Coach Ajani called and after I mentioned to him about timing issues, he insisted I look at the workout schedule and try to join the group. We texted back and forth few times and I mentioned to him that I would try to fit his group timing to my schedule. In the mean time, I asked him to send me his registration link and payment info.
I am a retail business owner and I work long hours. Even with good intentions of joining his workout, I couldn't make the time and didn't want to sign up and then cancel. So, I text him and let him know that unfortunately this is not for me for now and I may rethink it later.
Coach Ajani's response was: "We could have saved a lot of time by you saying that in the beginning instead of requesting me to send you registration and payment link."
WOW! Is this how you do business?! I am glad I didn't join. With that type of attitude, I wonder how long you'll be in business.

I have done some classes with Ajani and I can say I really love it. The trainer is knowledgeable with 20+ years of experience and motivating. The workouts are intense which was what I was looking for, but he also makes some modifications to those who need it.

It is great to have an experienced trainer there motivating you to do your best and guiding you through the group workouts. The group is not that large so it’s good because he can still have sufficient individual focus.

He has also been very supportive, flexible and available to answer my questions.

Just few weeks ago I was a "couch potato", today with the decision, expertise and sincere care of Ajani , I am more energetic and exercising daily. He knowledgeable and has an idea of the just right type of exercise for different body type.

Ajani is positive and motivates the class to do our best. The classes are high energy and upbeat however he provides modification when needed. Everyone is included no matter your level. I've only been taking the classes for a couple of weeks but I can feel the difference in my body.
