Krista is absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable about working out during pregnancy and how to use/train your muscles to help you feel strong as your body changes and grows. She is so passionate and educated to her clients. I was experiencing SI joint pain that moved around during pregnancy and she took every session to assess the pain with me and change movements and workouts as needed. Happy to say since then I have been pain free. Krista knows what she is doing and you can really trust her with your health and your body as you progress through the trimesters. On top of that she is so kind and compassionate and always there to lend a listening ear! She is THE BEST! I can't recommend her enough!

Krista is one of the most wonderful humans I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I worked with her in the last few months of my pregnancy (prenatal bootcamp class). From the get go Krista was so warm, considerate, and readily shared her wealth of knowledge around birth and physiology. I felt so safe and supported in a way that was needed during a vulnerable time. Krista was mindful of my individual needs and how far I wanted to push myself in each class. She ended each class with a meditation that was the highlight of my day. I gave birth a few months ago and I truly feel that the core breathing techniques Krista taught me played a huge role in my short active labor and fairly quick core recovery. Krista went so far as to check in on me when I was not feeling well, before, and after my birth. She is a gem and I can’t recommend her more.

I attended Krista's Pre-Natal and Post-Partum Boot Camp class towards the end of my third pregnancy with the intention of staying strong and safe before and after labor. From the moment I met Krista, I felt incredibly welcomed. Krista is warm, loving, caring, patient, considerate, just to name a few. I genuinely felt safe and held in her presence and I have taken the many techniques she taught with me and continue to incorporate them in my daily life. I highly recommend Krista !

Krista is one of a kind and highly recommended. I felt so comfortable with her through my pre-natal workouts where I was able to focus on slower controlled movements to connect with my body in preparation for labor. Definitely scope out 1 Strong Mother if you are looking to be put at ease, add some meditation into to your routine and show up for some therapeutic conversations!

Krista is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I have ever met. I’m so glad that I have been participating in her postpartum bootcamp class for the past 6 months. It has made such a difference in my physical and mental state! She knows so much about the human body, form and technique, while providing a kind, welcoming presence that makes you feel accepted and taken care of. Thanks for everything, Krista!!

Krista creates a supportive environment that puts mothers first. She listens to her clients and shares invaluable knowledge of health and wellness for postpartum mothers and their families. She understands that not all post partem women need the same thing at the same time and sets up each class so that no matter where you are on your post partem journey, you can benefit from her class. I would recommend any and all new moms to take Krista’s class, she will have you feeling stronger by the week.

I took Krista’s 6 week postpartum class at Embodied Physical Therapy. It was a fun way to start to get back into light workouts and to bring awareness to my pelvic floor and core post-baby. Being able to bring my baby and not worry too much about keeping her quiet was a huge bonus! And meeting other new moms was great too. It was obvious Krista knows the anatomy and physiology for all of the exercises and breath work. She is so sweet, and genuinely cares about all of the mamas and their babies!

Where do I start first about this amazing woman and her business !! I hired Krista as my doula for my first pregnancy and I am so happy I did, she has been absolutely hands on, educational, and just so supportive of me during this first mommy journey which we know is full of all emotions. She’s very knowledgeable of the whole birthing childhood world. I love her different approach and views on what’s the best and more healthier holistic natural ways of giving birth and raising a baby. I have gone to multiple classes of hers for prenatal yoga and pelvic floor exercises which should be a must for every expecting mama, I’m telling you it makes such a difference in your everyday lifestyle especially when you read and hear about how much your body changes which can cause you to be uncomfortable because of the shift in your body growing and changing due to carrying your little nugget. Krista was always available or got back to me the same day when I had a simple question and she made me feel so comfortable I can literally ask anything and never felt judged. She even would send me pictures, videos or refer a YouTube or social network page that would explain, show me what I was asking which is exactly what I need because the “baby brain” side effects they talk about is definitely TRUE for me! I really would recommend her to anyone who has never heard or even know what a doula is, she is absolutely the lady for you and you won’t be disappointed! She’s super supportive, easy to talk to, and will even come to your appointments with you and advocate for you if needed so you know your getting the best care there is. She even has her own social media page to check her out and see what she offers. I cannot wait to have her with me when I give birth and for my postpartum because I know she’s going to be everything and even more of the support I will need as a new mom.

Krista was a part of my pregnancy journey since I was 12 weeks pregnant. She helped me every step of the way. Once it came time for my delivery, all the work we did together from breathing to pelvic floor exercises really helped me during labor! She is so kind and genuinely cares about you and connecting you with your little one in the womb. The meditation we practiced really helped clear my head especially during the end of my pregnancy. I would recommend Krista and her program to any mom to be or postpartum mom!

Weekly prenatal yoga with Krista has been a vital part of my pregnancy. She’s prepared me with both the physical and mental tools to feel prepared to take on child birth.
