Nick is a great coach who cares about the goals and balance of training with every athlete. He focuses on keeping fitness sustainable as well as helping you reach for those big goals you didn’t think possible. He coaches with rooted in exercise physiology and adaptive experience. I would highly recommend Nick and his individualized coaching to any athlete!

I am glad to have met Nick again after a while and this happened to be right when I was beginning to get active again after a couple of surgeries. He helped me ease back into running and fitness in general. It is an absolute pleasure working with him. I love how he organizes community fitness programs, the entire P3 crew rocks !! I am constantly impressed by his knowledge in health science and his innovative fitness programs adapted for everyone’s specific needs.

I am fortunate enough to have worked with Nick and P3 Fitness for the best part of four years. In that time, he helped me achieve goals that I would've never thought possible. As a coach, he repeatedly finds a balance between ensuring my specific plan is both maximally functional and something I can adhere to & enjoy. I lost significant weight, improved my overall health, and stepped up my fitness, athleticism, and endurance. I have been able to complete and improve my time in several 70.3's, full marathons, and countless smaller races - and more importantly, I have learned a great deal about how to value & embrace the process of improvement and training rather than fixate on the outcome. If you're in the market for an endurance coach or someone to help encourage positive lifestyle change and prefer a bespoke approach, I cannot recommend Nick & P3 Fitness more highly.

Nick develops personalized training for athletes of a wide variety of backgrounds and abilities. I started training with Nick a few months ago after not being able to run for seven years due to knee injuries. Prior to my injuries, I competed in mid distance track at a nationally competitive level. Nick helped me ease back into the sport I love so much with smart training plans adjusted for my abilities.
What I love most about Nick is his genuine passion for triathlons and commitment to building communities for multi-sport athletes. His P3 community keeps me accountable for training and pushes me to get better each week. Unlike to my former coaches, Nick focuses on long-term, sustainable training. I appreciate his specialized knowledge, dedication, and fun approach.

I highly recommend P3 Fitness. Nick coached me through my most ambitious triathlon season to date. We set our goals back in February, he implemented a challenging, yet reasonable training plan through two Olympic Triathlons as well as my A race, Ironman 70.3 Atlantic City. As a an over 50 age grouper, i know this would be a challenge with my demanding schedule. Nick’s coaching and training plan saw me through three successful and smooth finishes. I can’t thank him enough !!
