Finally done, an update about this Gym. So I go to the gym today for a quick workout, but I get stopped by Ronaldo at the front desk because I don’t have a credit card on file. So apparently you need two forms of payment. Ronaldo tells me I need a credit card and I told him I don’t have a credit card because I don’t keep credit cards anymore Because of high interest Rates. So instead of finding me an alternative, he denies me in Entry. Mind you I am paid up it has been paid for the past three years with no break no owed payments or anything. Also, I have recently been to that same gym and had no problems getting in. If you require two forms payments then why not just stop taking the payments out of my account altogether And cancel my membership if it’s that big of a deal. But you didn’t and being that Money hungry will get you nowhere.

Then why look at my account through the app the second form of payment was just my old debit card so why he just didn’t ask for a debit card. If he had been helpful instead of being rude, I would’ve just gave my debit card since I don’t have credit cards. Prices are too high in this economy to be paying for rude service and denied entry even after you’ve already been paid.

Canceled my membership today due to a poor and disappointing interaction with a staff member named Maribel. Never felt that way before, but she seemed as if she wasn't interested in assisting me with an issue I was having or showing appreciation that I was a member. Very unfortunate. I gave 2 stars because I believe businesses are struggling to find quality staff and don't believe her attitude is the overall attitude of Planet Fitness.

Good amount of equipment, wish the cardio equipment was a little less pixel-y and a little more state-of-the-art. I wish they had more expanded hours. Especially closing at 7pm on weekends. I miss the days that PF's were 24-hours. That was their big selling point. I work in theater, so sometimes I don't get off work until 11pm or later. Otherwise, it's a great space that has everything I need. Only thing on the wish list is a sauna, but I don't think any PF has that.

This planet fitness is the only reason I still have my membership. I have tried other planet fitness facilities in the area and the atmosphere is so different. When I walk into the Burlington Planet Fitness they are always welcoming, greet you, and just make you feel comfortable. I also appreciate how diverse the staff is which to me highlights the fact that this facility is for everyone. The one thing I noticed from the very first day is that someone is always cleaning and it shows. I have brought guests with me to this specific location if they are on the fence on getting a membership or not and they always tell me that they get why I love going there. Management at this location should be highlighted and other planet fitness locations should take note because this is how you create an inclusive environment for everyone.

Hi, I’m a Planet Fitness member and I wanted to share that during my visit today, the lunk alarm was going off repeatedly and at such a loud volume it triggered physical discomfort for me I had to leave early. I mentioned to reception but they continued to ring the alarm so I left. My ears couldn’t take it anymore. Within 10 mins it went off at least 10-15 times. This is overuse of the alarm. Whoever is dropping weights walk up to them and tell them so the lunk alarm doesnt disturb the whole gym! I should never have to leave the gym i pay for because the noise. Its very disturbing. It made the space feel less judgment-free for me. Thank you for considering.

If I could give this place no stars I would . I signed up thinking I was going to have access to classes from what the website promotes with the Black card membership. They stated the person went back to school . This been since the summer . When I try to use the massage chair it smells so bad I wouldn’t dare put my body on that .The air is horrible very muggy and sticky in there . This gym has nothing to offer . I have been a black card member since 2019. I was just denied access to the facility, was talked to inappropriately was denied contact info for anyone who could resolve my issue. Cancelled my membership due to this altercation. Looked at the cancelation form states I can use the gym until 12/16; however the manager (who I have recorded) says I can not use the facility and they will not refund my pro rated payment which was billed 7 days ago. She also said “ you are no longer a member so I don’t know why your here’ when I requested either use of the facility or a refund.
These people need sensitivity and customer service training.

Email sent:
As I entered I remembered I had been asked to update my credit card last time I was in and forgot so I let the young lady know I would do it the next time I am in. She stopped me and said you cannot work out if u don’t update your card now.
I let her know I had already been charged for the month but and that I would update it next time I came in. She said I needed to leave. I asked to speak to a manager and was basically told the same thing. I asked for upper management contact information and was told I could get it on line.
I told Jasmine, the manager, I would update the card next time she said i had to do it now and she would call her manager to confirm this. She had me wait about 15 min she returned and said Chelsea,her manager, agreed I cannot come in today unless I update my card (although my card was charged in 11/17 and has always been current) I was offered her telephone number but not allowed to touch the paper with the number on it. I did try to call and was sent to a Google number voicemail. I have not received a return call.
While at the club I was spoken to with such disregard I decided to cancel my membership. Which seemed to be encouraged as the solution. Jasmine said “are gonna cancel because I’m not for this today”. I cancelled and realized I should be able to use the facility until 12/16 which is paid for as per the contract, however she told me I could not unless I gave my credit card and asked me to leave. I asked for a prorated refund she said u are no longer a member you signed the cancellation. I don’t have anything for you.
Another patron overheard the situation and offered to give me the refund from her cash app. This was mortifying. Jasmine and the initial rep smirked as the lady explained something about the system. This whole incident is terribly problematic and embarrassing. Your staff needs customer service and sensitivity training and contact for the franchise owner or responsible party should be readily available.

I am requesting an apology from all 3 employees and a refund of my monthly dues.

I have been going to this facility for a few months now. I am a 5 am member, I
love going then because its not overly crowded. There is a group that is 5 am, and I feel safe with this group. The facility for the most part is clean, however, I have picked up dropped paper towels, only to keep my gym clean. I view the majority of people cleaning before and after use.
I would like to request ARC machines in place of some of many elipticals or treadmills. There are a couple of machines that need repair in the Abs room. The last hip abductor needs repair and the one next to it has been out of service for a couple weeks now. I say all that because I like my gym and enjoy working out, I wish I bad loved it sooner. Just would like to see some additions and repairs to highly used equipment.

Me and my daughter went to planet fitness she forgot her sneakers and had on crocs. She was told she could not wear them on the floor. I asked for the policy and when I checked the policies it states no open toed shoes or Sandals . Crocs are work shoes slip resistant. I explained to the two workers and the manager that she was not violating the policy. I said we are going to go and work out. The cops was called and we was escorted out and banned from planet fitness. I was so humiliated and felt sooo profile and judged. We did nothing wrong but was treated like criminals. The cop was even thought they was over reacting but he had to escort us out because they didn’t want us there. The cop asked why they banned us the worker said because she wants to. I’m looking into a lawyer. I’ve never been treated so badly all my life

Had my first visit today and the gym itself was nice and clean and staff was welcoming. However, I wanted to shower off afterwards and the stall was DISGUSTING– I thought I was going to get a staph infection even though I was wearing sandals. There was black stuff on the bottom of the tile floor and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a month... there was leftover soap/shampoo bottles with a loofah covered in dust. Obviously, no one had cleaned this stall in a long time if dust was collecting and the products were never thrown away. How can a gym not thoroughly clean their bathrooms? That is a health hazard and the Department of Health might get a phone call if it continues to look like this.

I recently moved to Burlington county from Camden county. I was a member at Cherry Hill planet fitness prior to coming to this location. Cherry hill was so much cleaner and up to date. This Burlington location is not really the cleanest gym. There’s dust and dirt everywhere. The machines are a little outdated as well. For instance, i use a different treadmill everyday and i use the incline feature, however, when pressing the button to lower the incline, it simply does not lower.. it’s not a terrible workout experience but it most definitely can be better. To the leadership at this location, please allow this to serve as constructive criticism to do clean more often and update the machines. Also, the mats are so old and tattered. They are literally crumbling! I want to remain a member here, as the location is convenient but i am considering a cancellation of my membership if the conditions do not improve.

Filthy! Tanning room AND booth was filthy. Tanning booth had missing cover for the ventilation poles with sharp metal edges where you are supposed to put your hands. I had to spray the booth's floor and wipe it down before getting in. The room's wall had something smeard on it . The floor throughout the spa is dirty and has dried spilled coffee on it and I followed the dry coffee drips all the way to the dirty locker room. Locker room dirty and missing alot of doors. Somebody needs to clean the place!

My minor son decided to use his birthday money last year on a premium PF membership. He hasn't been using the premium features so he decided he wanted to downgrade to the classic membership. When I went in to switch it I was told I needed to pay $62 to downgrade. WHAT???? He already paid the annual fee when he started the membership. I am assuming that is what the charge was for since it wasn't explained. I have heard of paying the difference when upgrading...not downgrading. At that moment I decided to cancel the membership.

I dislike this location period. It is the people that work here are rude, not friendly at all. These people that work here are very intimidating 😳. Would not recommend and I will not be returning.

I Love planet fitness!! The staff and other people are friendly the gym is very clean 👍😁!! It is only 15 minutes from my house and it is so affordable!!

This is the best gym to work out on and they finally put planet fitness in Burlington no improvements of this gym so I come here sometimes with my dad.
