It’s nearly impossible to get a good workout because the machines are always occupied by people sitting on them and using their phones. It’s frustrating to have to wait around for them to finish scrolling instead of exercising. Management really needs to address this.

Great manager and great place.
I have noticed lately that members are sitting at a bench with 5-6 sets of dumbbells at a time. No one else can use them. It’s very inconsiderate. Also leaving stuff all over the place and getting sloppy.

The Cherry Hill location is very convenient, the staff are always friendly and the place is clean. There are plenty of machines for everyone to use (especially at 6am). The black card has its perks and is well worth the monthly fee. I began my fitness journey early this year and never enjoyed going to the gym. PF has made it easy with tons of locations and I now enjoy working out. Thank you PF!!!

Had a very bad experience. The general manager is very rude and unprofessional. Openly talk about my personal account information out where everyone could hear and was very rude about it. I felt so disrespected that I'm canceling my membership and going back to edge fitness

It’s unbelievably inappropriate what they did to me today , i just move to this side of neighborhood and when i came into gym some bald men literally force me to kick outside. Even though I explained my situation and told him to i wanna change my main club to here , he didnt even listen me and didnt wanna help me at all. The bathroom is always dirty old urine stains on the floor and the sinks are always dirty. No tissue in the bathroom stalls . Very disgusting. Also a homeless person showers there everyday and leaves her luggage in the bathroom it smells really bad in the bathroom

The manager was yelling at me for placing my fleece on the treadmill and he didn’t tell anyone else to do so. Then he went back to me yelling stop behaving like a child or I’m going to cancel your membership. I’m always a well behaved member he didn’t need to be rude, he allows members to disturb others when they play out loud their music. It really bothers me he threatened me with canceling my membership!!! I pay for it and I respect others but I felt insulted.

The dirtiest bathrooms of all the gyms I been to. Sinks are dirty , no bathroom tissue in bathroom stalls and same urine stains from day before on the floors. Very concerning considering it’s a gym also they are charging a monthly amount for an unsanitary facility

Would recommend this gym for beginners. :) I came here for a free trial to see if I would like this gym. A staff member, I think his name was Elijah, was welcoming and gave us a tour. Have told them several times to cancel my membership and they refused too. Saying I can only cancel it by coming in or writing a letter. Just cancel the membership. Meanwhile they keep billing me every month.

My family wanted to come to Cherry Hill Mall I hate driving across that died awful Tacony Bridge they wanted to go to the mall thank God for Planet Fitness being there because it's short It Make My Day a whole lot better having to go there and I can come to Planet Fitness and kill a couple hours the location is fine tremendous just like all other Planet Fitness locations the staff was nice these drinks that I get 50% off are way overpriced even with the 50% off $2.12 for a less than a dollar in any other store Gatorade is ridiculous but the gym itself is tremendous

This has been my main club for several months now!
This location has always been the best! If this is your main club you’ll definitely feel the family environment here! I have been to a couple of Planet Fitnesses in Jersey and a few in Philly and this is the best one by far.

Very clean, good selection of machines, layout is the best and most logical. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and one of the best things is the gym etiquette of the clientele. Most people re-rack their weights whereas at other locations there will be dumbbells and plates strewn all over the gym.

Also as a bonus the lockers have combination locks already on them as opposed to other locations where you have to bring/buy your own lock.

I've been going to Edge Fitness in Cherry Hill for the longest time. But during the holidays, the parking lot in that shopping complex is so incredibly crowded, you get stuck. Also, traffic on Rt. 38 backs up everyday at rush hour, taking time away from my workout. The Planet Fitness is closer to my home, no traffic, no parking issues, always super clean and never busy enough to use a treadmill or a weight machine. It's time to quit Edge and stay at Planet Fitness.

The location is a gem. I didn’t expect it to look the way that it did. It is laid out very well. It’s spacious and clean. I love the location of some of the lockers. They have them outside of the locker rooms with I love. They also have the latest equipment. I didn’t notice not one piece of equipment out of service. They also have a lounge area for Black card holders, how posh.

Great lighting and super-clean. Something about this location lifted my mood. Unlike other Planet Fitness locations, this gym felt brighter. It felt more like a luxury fitness facility than a weightlifting warehouse. The BlackCard Spa has a comfy waiting area as well. Although this location is a bit far from me, I would go out of my way to come back here when I need to feel like I’m indulging myself.

I have a membership at planet fitness! Great deal for $1 down and $10/ month. You just can't beat it. Only downside is the hours of operation are limited if you are a working professional. I used to go to one in the past where it was 24 hours as now it's too packed by the time you come and most machines are occupied/ unavailable immediately. I wish 24/7 hours of operation was still the case, but, nonetheless I do enjoy planet fitness.

So I just joined planet fitness as a black card member due to all that is offered, however I didn’t have a great experience the first day going there as I arrived at 5:30am there was no one at the front desk to great me and if there’s one employee in the am I understand they have other stuff to attend to however I was on the treadmill for 45 minutes and still no one was at the front desk as I had wanted to use the hydro massager so I moved on to my next workout and spent about 20 minutes in do so and still no one even as I was leaving no one was there now I gave it the benefit of a doubt and went back to this location a second time and guess what ? The lady was there at the counter then I was there for two house and I set a schedule this time prior to working out and it was never conformed so yup I missed a massage and waited at the desk for 15 minutes 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is my "home" gym. Brooklawn is closer but that place is awful. I absolutely love this PF. It's the cleanest one. You literally always see one of the employees doing a deep clean no matter what time of the day). I've only had one issue, and even though it's a crazy major one, I still choose that gym over any alternative. I actually had someone break into my locker, and steal all of my CC. Literally spent more than $2000.00 at the Cherry Hill Mall in an hour. I didn't find the gym particularly helpful when it happened. There were only 3 other females in the gym and even though it happened in the locker room so they wouldn't be able to get camera footage, I'm pretty certain they knew who did it. Other than that, lol, it's an awesome place to work out. It's never so busy that you can't get to a machine (even one you are waiting for) in ten minutes.
