Great location to the point where I go out of my way to continue to go to this location in spite of moving a bit further away. I took a star off because since the last manager left, the music has gotten louder. Not necessary when most of us have our own music via our ear buds. Mine are noise canceling and the music is loud enough to be a distraction. Please turn the music back to where it was before.

currently am traveling and stopped in to this planet fitness to work out. I have a membership out of my hometown and have gone into this one before with no issues. Upon arrival, Amy informed me that she could not find my membership information with my phone number and did not help much in finding a solution to allow me to work out. She did have me reach out to a club back home where I could have possibly joined , which they said was the wrong club, they could view my membership agreement number which she would not take even though it proved that I was an active member. She did not have any resourceful options to allow me to work out even though she was the manager, according to her. Very disappointed with how she handled that situation.

This is a great gym. It’s clean, always friendly, and not too crowded. It’s a comfortable, welcoming place to work out. The staff is courteous and so are the people working out. One thing I’d like to see is a few more adjustable workout benches by the dumbbells/ Smith Press and more dumbbells. Keep adding new equipment and fix the ceiling in the abs room :)

I visite this gym in april 2024 for vacation of 15 days for Wrestlemania 40. If I still remember you that means a lot, so than I don't want people to get fooled like I did, I hate injustice.
I informed a person who was registering for this room, and who assured me that I would only pay $10 offer at that time and $5 for cleaning costs (which I had been told) and before leaving, I was told that I had to pay $10 again to unsubscribe, I argued for a long time and it was impossible to have a commercial gesture, I was robbed and really not honest with me. I am open to knowing everything about the rules etc ... but if I am not warned then you really do not know how to treat people properly and do business with them especially when I am a French tourist who knows America to be good negotiators, so let me say that you do not represent America, if I come back I will not go to your place or else I will cut you short with your fake sales spiel and I will teach you to be frank, I did not mince my words when you scammed me, by writing here it is the same thing and if I come back I will put another one too. I am not a person who likes inequality but abuse a customer, very bad for business and your little contracts on your little screens to sign, good technique also so that people do not read everything. scammer

I did not have a pleasing experience. For some reason they allow men in the locker room/ bathroom while women are showering. I’m sure that they have a standard procedure and are not supposed to allow this however they did. When I complained I was told the manager was unavailable and I had to wait. Their excuse was that he was cleaning. At no time did he announce himself or ask if he could enter the shower area with me. I am highly upset with this establishment. I have never had this happen at Planet Fitness and will be reporting them. I need to know their procedures and policies.

Solid planet. Clean which is saying something with these places here lately. easy to get to plenty of parking. Staff was super friendly. Members were friendly and clean. For the most part all the machines we're working. It was never real crowded when I was there I think I visited about five times. Just the traveler who's been a well over a hundred different planet fitness. I gave him five stars as far as planet fitness goes especially in the past year company seems to be slipping a little bit with their cleanliness and staff. This place seems to do what they're supposed to do and how they're supposed to do it.

The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience. Skinny white female with long straight hair during day shift. Instead of descalating the situation she was being so aggressive and kept telling me that it did not matter and that she didn’t care. The Manager from Kaighns Ave was the complete opposite. He knew about the situation and told me that I could actually continue to enter the facility as long as I took care of the outstanding fee by the end of the week. I came the next day and paid it off but the manager at the Barclay Farms Planet Fitness was horrible. She didn’t want to work with me at all, even after she knew that one of her associates had made a mistake. Horrible experience. I had paid a week prior the regular monthly fee but one of her associates forgot to add the annual fee and it was still outstanding. Can’t believe that’s how they treat/speak to customers. Don’t recommend this gym to anyone.

The first shower stall doesn’t have any hot water. This shower stall is handicap accessible so this should be a priority to get fixed. When I spoke to the front desk about it they said it’s been broken for a very long time but they haven’t gotten around to fix it. I don’t get it.. why not fix it especially if you advertise as handicap accessible

I appreciate the staff!!For example, I was exercising on the step walker and my ear bud fell out and I immediately contacted the staff and they tried and tried to get my ear bud but could not. They placed an "out of order" sign and contacted the people who work on the machines to come. I gv my name phone # and wihin a week they clld me and i got my ear bud! I was thankful and grateful for them helping me! Hands down customer service is the bomb!!

We joined in mid-July and visit Planet Fitness at least three times a week. My wife and I have been enjoying our experience and look forward to our workouts for the following reasons: This Planet Fitness has always been clean and well maintained. The wide variety of exercise equipment is new and “state of the art”. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The facility has never been crowded when we visit at 6:00 AM. The club members are chiefly older folks like us and the cost is affordable for retirees. As mentioned, we are enjoying our Planet Fitness membership and have recommended our club to friends and family that seek to improve their physical fitness in a positive environment. We’re very pleased with the facility that we visit and it has had a positive impact on our overall fitness, we look and feel better and who couldn’t be happy with that. Dan & Lorna Martin
