I am incredibly aggravated and irritated by this membership. You took my $49 for the stupid annual fee or whatever which I did not even know was a part of the $15 membership as I am a broke college student and was going for the cheapest membership. Not only did it go in once but it went in again another time and it just keeps taking my money and giving it back I couldn’t even make my payments the other day bc they keep making my account negative!!

2 times in a month where I couldn’t get a workout in. 1st time due to them being locked out. 2nd time just sitting in the parking lot with no notice as to why they are not open. It’s terrible that you have to hope that your gym will be open at the time they say they are. Especially when youre waking up early expecting for them to be open then to have to go back home cause you’re just sitting in the parking lot with no explanation.

Am in town for 2 weeks on business, so I NEEDED to find a gym awhile I’m down here; two LOVELY young ladies Chloe & Ur Mom(hey that’s what it says on her name-tag) were very FRIENDLY & HELPFUL and I signed up for a monthly pass for $20/month and I will transfer this when I go back to NY. This has been my home gym for years, amazing place to workout, they keep adding new equipments so thats also a plus. The only thing is that, I miss late open gyms, I miss the gyms before covid when theyre open either 24hrs or til very late. This gym is open only til 7pm on the weekends which is very restrictive for other members. I hope that gets better in the future.

I tried out a day pass here. Very friendly front desk associate. Spacious enough gym and not crowded at all. Personally not my vibe aesthetic and types of people wise but there’s a decent amount of machines. Not super high quality machines and there’s not much to do but obviously the decent prices and no-contract option is what is most appealing. I’ve been to various types of gyms so I’m basing my rating off of that.

I have been a member for years and the men employees are amazing and are supper nice the women on the other hand just give dirty looks and are disrespectful your a gym your job is to smile and b nice to people I bet they wouldn’t like it if I gave them shitty looks oh but I’m actually a paying member so yeah planet Fittness do better ! Really a great gym, not just planet fitness in general but this specific location. Place is always spotless and Employees are always working, plus they are all super personable and friendly when you walk in. Rachel specifically though is really the heart and soul of this place. I visited Planet Fitness for information about the Silver Fit program from Cigna for my mom and received outstanding assistance from Ryleigh. She cheerfully verified my mom’s eligibility, helped her get set up with the app, and scheduled us to meet with a personal trainer. The trainer will provide an orientation tour of the facility and offer workout instructions. Ryleigh’s friendly and helpful attitude made the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This is probably one of the best PF in the country. I travel a lot and have been to at least 60 - 70 PF’s across the country, so I can confidently say that with my chest. Currently there are other locations closer to me but although I have tried them a couple times I always end up back here and that is solely because of the employees. They are seriously the most hard working gym employees I’ve ever seen. You go to other clubs and you see just a completely different work ethic. The crew here is on another level, everything is consistently spotless, from the bathroom and showers to the equipment. They are literally never just relaxing, they are always cleaning something or helping guests. Even the temperature inside the gym is consistently perfect. Like I said I’ve been to every PF in the area and I can confidently say that if you want to grow your other locations just take each team member here and give them their own club.
Even outside of the gym industry you just don’t see employees that care or take their job seriously these days, if you are in a position of higher management at PF and see this don’t sleep on the girls and guys here at this location, they all deserve a raise/ promotion.

This gym has enough equipment for many people to use. There's plenty of cleaning liquid and paper towels to clean the equipment before and after use. It's great that you can see on the app if there are a lot of people at the gym at any given time. I also appreciate that there's exercise routines and meal plans on the app. Overall this is a great gym.

It was my first time lifting there, and honestly, the lighting alone makes me happy. The atmosphere, the employees being genuinely nice, and the cleanliness of this spot is refreshing. They may not have the newest coolest equipment, but they have the OG basics, and they work phenomenally. I'll probably be going there for every lift outside of leg day. 9/10.

Worst experience of my life. Started off pretty smooth but as I continued going consistently, that's when I started noticing how awful things truly got. Me and my friend were harassed, followed, insulted, aggressively approached, and I was charged way too much for the classic pass. My friend was fat shamed too, so much for the "Judgement Free Zone." Just rude people in general. The classic pass is supposed to charge you 10 dollars a month, instead I got charged 25 dollars a month. It should be able to take the money out automatically, not manually. Not to mention the late fee, the manager told me that they process the information a week before the actual payment like what??? It isn't even my fault either, it's the whole Planet Fitness processing system. They probably charge late fees just to get more money. They're money hungry, I'm telling you all.

Pulled into the parking lot and there was a gentleman passed out blocking the first 3 spots. It was a bit concerning so when I told the front desk that there was someone passed out in their car taking up 3 spots they looked at me like I was crazy, rolled their eyes and said “oh it’s fine, he is our opener”. Once you have a membership it’s very hard to cancel. There’s no number for the gym and you can’t cancel it over the phone ! You have to go in person or mail a letter stating you canceled! I moved and had to drive an hour away to cancel my membership! I tried telling my bank to stop payments from them and they did. Planet fitness chose to use another way and charged me!

They make it difficult to terminate membership when someone leaves the state. They say send a letter, then claim they never received it vs sending an email that can be verified. How convenient. The fact that they require either in-person or USPS to terminate membership just proves that they are driven by greed and not customer service. To top it off, they charge an annual fee after 2 months and then won’t refund a pro-rated amount when terminated. I’d rather pay $80+ to the Y then support a place like Planet Fitness. I’d give zero stars if possible.
