I had a problem with the combination of the lockers in the men's room and not only did a staff member explain how to enter my combo on a locker, he came and showed me!!! Great personal and always there to help!!!

I like this gym. I've been going to this gym for multiple years and they only thing that has lead me to rate this as a 4 star review is the fact that it use to be a 24 hour gym, but I'm sure there were reasons like not enough people showing up at night. And I'm a person who works nights and sleeps during the day, and when I'm off, which is usually on the weekends, they close at 7pm so it makes my schedule more of a hassle to deal with because of the time.

Tiring of the Hammonton store. Between the poor maintenance of equipment, 10pm closing time, the fact that they threw my regimen into chaos by getting rid of nearly every machine that I was using, and now yesterday they wasted over an hour of my time (I was there at 7am when they supposedly open and left at 8:15am and still no one was there to open). What a poorly run business.

Me and my daughter have been going now for close to 2 years. I have been a black card member and my daughter is usually my guest, unless she is using her free summer (high school) membership. We absolutely love it here. They are a very clean facility and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They always make us smile and feel welcomed. There is such a wide variety of different machines and equipment and it’s just an uplifting environment. We look forward to our workouts every day!!! Thank you Planet fitness 💜💜

Repeatedly I stated the treadmill belts are extremely loose .I should not be able to stop them with my feet .Yet 7 out of 10 treadmill machines aren’t tightened to specifications .Sicklerville location same thing .They belts jerk back .They aren’t going to learn until someone gets hurt .It throws the whole display off.Instead of doing the proper maintenance they look the other way .I blame District management for doing nothing .They just don’t care .Also why should teens work out free while people like me have to pay? All they do is sit on machines and text .Geeez I wish I could confront owner face to face .Wow .Another fitness chain needs to come and put them in their place .Right now they the only show in town.They forgotten where they come from.Update May 2024 -Now we have a bunch of kids hogging all the machines.Screaming , horse playing .I did a whole workout while they are still hogging the same machines .Its every evening now .Bring a friend program -it’s like a hangout now.Update -Hammonton has new treadmills now

I am a member at 3 gyms in the Medford/Shamong area, and this one is BY FAR the best! SUPER clean, staff are always super friendly. A good array of different machines as well.
Best Planet fitness I’ve ever stepped foot in for sure! You can clearly tell the manager is well respected and takes good care of their staff, because they are always working hard and happy :)

Great gym, the staff is pleasant and helpful. Since the gym is so huge, it allows the equipment to be placed further away. Always a calm and peaceful environment and plenty of equipment to reduce wait times, but most of the time it is not too crowded. Black card membership is best since they have all massage and tanning equipment.

My bank shut down my debit card and sent a new one. I did not realize it was attached to PF until I received an email to update payment which I did. I was charged a $15.00
late fee for this that the owner says he cannot refund. Must need money I guess.

This Planet Fitness location does suffer from woefully inadequate free weights, like all of them, but the staff is friendly. They actually let you work out without blowing a purple alarm and repremanding you because a fat pink haired troglodyte might be offended by physical intensity.

Decent gym overall but the fact that it’s not 24 hrs is a brutal hit to the gym and the fact that they close at 10 and even earlier on weekends I’m sorry but weekends is when everyone has time to workout why have such terrible hours and during the week atleast give us until 11-1130pm or offer a discount for the fact I’m paying the same as people at other gyms who have 24hr access

Wow 😳. I wish this was my home PF, it's huge. All the machines seem fairly new. Dumbbells look a little old, but that's okay, lots of room for when you need to use them. At least 5 smith machines. Each body part for the most part has its own little area; abs, hips, stretching. Bathroom/locker rooms are very clean and also very big. You don't even need to bring your own lock if you don't have one/forgot it. Some lockers come built with their own lock. Plenty of room for parking and if you need to run errands, the Walmart is right next door. Employees were also very nice.

Hammonton Planet is way cleaner and all the equipment is in way better shape than my home gym in SIcklerville . I was forced to use this gym because the stair climbers in SIcklerville are broken and unplugged. If I lived closer I would definitely make Hammonton my home gym.

I like everything about my local Planet Fitness facility. New, modern, entertaining, a staff attentive and looking for ways to help you. Nice job, guys! After a workout I like to use the Tanning beds. Sometimes, the Tanning rooms are not as sanitary as they should be...especially in this time of Pandemic. My recommendation, waste baskets in the rooms and not outside in the hallway, trash and litter baskets should be emptied every 3 hours, or as needed, Tanning room floors mopped 3 times per day. I am not OK with someone else's Tanning oils on the floor of my Tanning room and spilled on the machine. Love you all,,,but I think we can do a little better

Shame on the Planet Fitness staff for allowing racists to come here and harass people and not be removed! Two old people were threatening and saying racist remarks to my nephew and his friends because they were using the machines they wanted to use. When my nephew went to staff they told him there was nothing they could do. This is ridiculous and planet fitness should be ashamed of themselves for allowing harassment to take place here! If you don’t want to share equipment maybe we should go back to preschool and learn how to share!

I don't like the guy with the ponytail always wearing a coat 1st he wouldn't sign me in for massage chairs because he's busy now to day he signs me up for the chair with someone in it while the others are empty and not being used guess he has a problem with customer service for my type of people

I have never seen a gym so clean, While i was there last weekend there was a crew of employees tilting over every piece of equipment and cleaning the bottom of the machines and the floor.
not only did they vacuum the floor but mopped it as well.
All employees are extremely friendly as well!!
