The pf shower room is genuinely disgusting. It needs to be cleaned up. This is in the bathroom for literally over 2 weeks. That is a bloody scab that has been there for weeks. They don't use any chlorine to clean the showers which is why there is a PUDDLE OF BIOFILM. DISGUSTING! How are they gonna go from $10 to $15 and still be a disgusting gym. There are literally $10 gym still that are in cleaner and better condition. Shame on this pf.

Also, everytime a complaint is submitted, the only response from the owner is to "talk to a manager". You own the gym...take some responsibility in the business you own and do something about it. Totally unfair to pin it on your employee's after a certain period. A fish rots from the head down.

Ive been going here for over a year and before today, have never had any issues. The morning staff needs to be held accountable and it seems as though no one does that. We waited outside this morning until 5:20 AM along with many others (gym is supposed to open at 5) and no sign of any employee, so we left, along with many other upset customers. Not sure what time they finally got there but it is so unfair to wake up early and not be able to workout before work, especially when that is the only time of day you can go. Extremely disappointed…. exploring other gym options in the area now.

I had a medical emergency at the gym this afternoon they called 911 made sure I was as comfortable as I could be and gave me a bottle of water while we waited for the ambulance to come. They called my emergency contact for me so my contact could know what had happened and could go and pick my truck up they even held on to my keys for me so they could give them to the friend. Thank you to all the employees and especially to the gym member that stayed right next to me and didn't leave my side until the paramedics showed up. This lady (the gym member) made sure I had a cold compress on my head as I was sweating so bad it was pouring off my head. She held the water bottle for me so I could drink the water and not spill it. She also made sure I stayed covered up the entire time as I was in the shower when the emergency happened so I was only in a towel and she made sure my body was covered up the entire time

I feel I've been profiled. I've been attending planet fitness in Sicklerville since 2016, and have never missed a payment. Today was informed that I needed a second form of payment which I did not have with me. I was told I couldn't work out today and that my membership would be canceled even though i've never missed a payment because payment comes directly out of my bank account. They wanted a card that was attached to the bank account that payment was coming out of and because I didn't have the card they canceled my membership on the spot. I informed them of this before.I did not have a card attached to that account because of credit card fraud I experienced. Again, I've never missed the payment. I tried to explain to that that it was coming directly out of my account. But that wasn't good enough for them even though I've never missed the payment. I asked several times to speak to the owner but was denied access. I went a bit further and asked them if I could bring something the next time, Again I was told no. Just to be fair, team members that did know me mentioned to me that they needed updated back up payment information. When I explained to them that it was coming out of my bank account and I had never ever missed any payment no one ever stopped me from entering in all these years, nor did anyone say your membership will be canceled if you come again without a second form of payment. In fact the other team members were always very courteous . Today I met two team members whom I've never met before and who were not the most courteous. These two refused to even let me bring something on my next visit. This is outrageous. I could really understand It if there have been problems with my account being paid on time but since the year 2016 that has never ever been the case. I really wanted to talk to the owner.

1) soap dispensers are either never filled or come out in tiny amounts. Probably a company policy to save money.
2) hours suck on weekend. Keep it opened until 9 am. Probably another company policy to save money.
3) trash cans are oddly spaced. I shouldn't have to walk halfway across the gym to get wipes.

This is a very nice gym it appears clean. The guy that gave me the tour was very nice . I actually started to join the same day but was a little turned of by the annual fee as I just paid the annual fee at my current gym. So I figured I would try the gym because it’s closer to my house and asked for one day pass for tomorrow because I just came from my own gym and this other guy at the front desk says oh you have to come back and ask for one because that’s the way we do it. Call me crazy if you want to, but I was completely turned off and just left. Just bad customer service in my opinion. Bad for business.

I have been going to this gym for about 3 years and I truly never had an issue but on 5.24.23 instead of going to my other gym i went to planet because i keep this membership because it’s convenient. I was working out by the squat machine and I was approached by a worker. I was told I can not work out without shoes on. Which I never heard that before but I did not argue. So i slide my crocs on so i can proceed to finish my work out. He stopped me looked in my gym bag and stated you need to put sneakers on we do not allow crocs. At this point i felt like I was being profiled because on leg day i was always have my crocs on and i never heard that rule before. The worker kept mentioning we cant allow you to work out if you don’t have sneakers on. I decided to cancel my membership after 3 years. Because nobody could find on my membership agreement no crocs were allowed. On top of that there was plenty of other people in the gym with their crocs on working out with no issue on and no one to approach them. I felt like this happen because i was black.

Great gym, although the workers in this planet fitness always tend to just disappear or stay in the storage room when you need them, there isn’t any free weights either, which is fine but free weights help with muscle contraction and stabilization muscles.

My issue is that the workers disappear, I was in great need of help when i accidentally locked my locker and the code changed on accident and when i looked for the workers, they were gone.
