I’ve been training with Shane for over 3 years now and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I’ve never thought of myself as a lifter, but the environment at PowerFit makes lifting feel like a home away from home with supportive coaching, and equally supportive people cheering you on. Not only can Shane train the physical side of things, he cares about the mental side too. Give it a shot! It’s scary but 1000% worth it!

This place is home to the not only great coaches that see potential in you, but some amazing athletes that encourage others. I've had the pleasure of being coach by Shane for over 3 years. He strives in you accomplishing your goals whatever they may be (losing weight, toning/gaining muscle, strengthening your bones, better mental health). He pushes you to be and do your best. All the other coaches I have worked with only cared about you seeing your results in anyway possible even if that meant doing it in an unhealthy or unrealistic way. Shane wants you to reach your goals and be able to maintain them by being practical. His gym is not just a place to come and work out, we are a family atmosphere and that's what keeps everyone wanting to come back.
