When I first joined the gym a year ago it was a great place to go to. It has every Machine, free weight, workout equipment you would ever need. The quality slowly declined over time. The music would stop, the temperature control would be out of whack, there would be no soap, no paper towels, nothing to clean the equipment with. Then the water fountain broke and took months to fix properly. If those are things you don't care about and bring your own lysol wipes, then this gym is for you. It is reasonably priced like all other PFs and Retros. Not a lot of cardio devices, aimed more towards bodybuilders.

It's a decent gym. Classes are very good and high intensity. The people are very friendly. However, sometimes they can be inconsistent by cancelling classes and not informing people. That's very inconsiderate! Equipment is outdated so don't expect anything state of the art. But overall it's a family environment in there and that's what keeps me there along with paying $20 a month. Can't beat that!

My second home, I am here 6 days a week and I have never felt more comfortable in a gym before. The staff here is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is great for those who are very focused on serious personal fitness goals. This gym has a great community of people who are friendly and helpful - I've never felt uneasy about asking for a spot. If you are looking to distance yourself from the casual gym experiences such as Planet Fitness and move into a closer knit group of individuals, this is far and away the obvious choice.

Great gym, a little smallee than most but the people that go here are all working towards the same goal. Not a gym where you see people hogging the bench to take selfies and that kind of nonsense. Might seem intimidating at first especially if you are new to working out but everyone is very nice and approachable from what I have seen. They also have in house and out of house trainers which I thought is really cool. No contract $22 a month with tax. You will enjoy going there.

Worth the drive. Equipment is what you'd expect of a gym that is more geared to experienced lifters. While it's not the newest equipment they have pretty much everything you'd need. Friendly and helpful staff, easy to cancel, would recommend.

Great trainers who are serious about fitness. Jess is awesome if you are serious about getting in shape. Her classes are usually full body. She's also a health and phys Ed teacher. She's always switching up the routines. It's a fun atmosphere!

members here typically drive dangerously through the White-Horse "Circle" disobeying all traffic laws and just being aggressive, impatient, and ignorant. many times i will see these lunatics speed insanely through the "circle" or even more obnoxiously, just pull right out on to 206, without looking or even slowing down slightly and force motorists into the left lane or worse, have to slam on the brakes due to the inconsiderable roid-head. ignorant, bulky jerks.
no more creatine psychos! clearly overcompensating for something they are SERIOUSLY lacking, and im not talkin' driver etiquette, naw mean??

Great setup for people serious about weightlifting. There is a much bigger focus on freeweights than any other gym I've seen in the area. Very affordable as well.

Decent gym but the customer service is the the absolute worst!!!! Wayne, the Manger, needs a wake up call or he will be out of business soon. I had an absolutely mortifying experience trying to cancel my membership. 10 months into my contract I wanted to cancel. They gave me the run around, said I could not. I had to wait until the contract was up. I came in on month 12 tried again, they gave me the run around again and threatened to put me under another contract since I still had an active account with them. They're exact words "Well technically, your old contract is up so you are under another one!!" ....I still can't believe it they said that (a bold face lie). 13 months in I attempt again. Now I am notified of a 60 day policy! (It would have been great if I was notified of this back on month 10.) Finally on month 15 my policy is "terminated." Bottom line they give you a REALLLLLLLY hard time if you ever decide to cancel. Otherwise classes are great, people are great, and the Gym is decent!
