A corrective movement fitness company within downtown Princeton. Due to our client base unique and diverse needs, bodies & goals; we help simplify their fitness journey through functional movement. We specialize in
strength, posture, post surgical, prenatal, postpartum, sport specific, injury recovery, weight loss, toning and muscle growth. We guide you through a myriad of disciplines to reach your goals. Those disciplines may be through: Flexibility, Balance, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, HIIT, Breath Works, TRX , LIIT, Speed, Agility & Boxing. With your goals identified, begin your journey with your Prime Omega Fit trainer. All done within our studio, but we also do home trainings as well as having a RN on staff for shots at home.

Keith and Caitlin are truly incredible trainers, and wonderful people to boot.
Keith was a strength coach at Princeton university and is a top of the line expert on the body, movement, and strength.
Caitlin is especially wonderful with mothers and does great prenatal and postpartum work. And she’s an example herself of transforming your body into a pillar of fitness and strength.
The way they can explain and adapt exercises, controlling the pace and keeping you motivated is amazing. They Push you enough to steadily growth in strength to meet your goals, but not too much that you’ll give up.
They are flexible with scheduling and offer a real community. Keith is a connector and you can easily get to know other people who train in the area. We are so lucky to have such world class trainers locally. I’ve

I had a personal training session with Caitlin today. It was absolutely awesome! The studio had a primal feel with unique equipment and the session had a variety of movements making it a fun total body workout. Highly recommend!

After 21/2 years of working together I'm still impressed with the attention to detail and emphasis on using the proper form while performing the various exercises. Most of all the workouts are fun and go by fast.

Keith is an amazing trainer and really helped me to be more resilient, injury-resistant and strong. He has a great personality and will make you do things you thought not possible. Caitlin and Keith are fantastic trainers! I worked with Caitlin after I had a baby and tweaked my back from all the pick ups. She helped strengthen my back, core, glutes and everything really. I love that she met me where I was at, postpartum and weak and emotional…she is excellent at motivating, making everything fun and empowering you to understand your body and proper form. I am so much stronger now and feel so grateful that I can pick up my now much heavier baby without pain! Can’t wait to take live classes in their new space!!

I have been training with Kratos for over a year now and have seen incredible results. Even when I want to quit, he finds a way to keep me motivated and get me through the rest of the workout. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the exact form every part of your body needs to be in to achieve maximum results. He designs and tailors his programs consistently so it’s never boring or repetitive. Kratos is hard but also very personable and his expertise and passion for fitness has helped me achieve many of my goals.

I have been fortunate to have good trainers in the past. This time I am beyond impressed by knowledge and expertise. Keith is very thorough in creating proper training and exercises depending on the needs and abilities of the client. He knows human physiology really well and is able to address limitations due to past injuries or disabilities to safely exercise, improve function and monitor success. I highly recommend this place!

Caitlin is an incredibly attentive and skilled trainer. She keeps her top-notch workouts interesting with plenty of variety, while tailored to target specific muscle groups for maximum impact. The success of each client really matters to her, and she is flexible with workout modifications and customizations; when I asked her for stretching advice for a particular area to help with posture, she went out of her way to check in with me to see how it was feeling. She keeps the energy up and keenly watches your form even in virtual class.

I have been working out with Caitlin since 2018. I started with in person personal training sessions and saturday morning bootcamps, then I moved to Maryland and had a few months hiatus. With the pandemic they started offering virtual classes, and they are amazing! I am so glad to get to work out with Caitlin again consistently.
