I had the pleasure of dropping in at this gym while visiting the area, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a great energy that motivates you to push harder. It’s clear that the community here is strong and supportive. Thank you for the warm hospitality—I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Love love this gym. As someone who is new to a crossfit type of workout this gym has been incredible to me. The coaches guide you and make sure you are correctly learning the different kinds of workouts. They encourage you to take your time but at the same time push you to get to the next level. The community is the best as well. Thank you so much primitive for making me excited get up and get to the gym everyday!

Amazing experience!! The community at this gym is second to none and you will notice it from day one! The facility is exceptionally clean, friendly and well maintained. Our coaching team is dedicated to safety and making sure you’re prepared for each daily workout.

Our owners Pat and Bryant are dedicated to the wellbeing of the community we have and allow ample time between classes for stretching , mingling and cooling down.
