I joined Revamp early September 2022. This is my first time having Cole as a trainer. I tried gym. It didn't work out for me. I was looking for someone who can do the training in person, near my home and very flexible when it comes to my busy work schedule. If you’re struggling to make time for workouts like I did, I 100% recommend Cole as your personal trainer.

I work from a desk remotely for 8-10 hours a day. I recently started experiencing lower energy and back pain due to my work and lifestyle. I was worried that getting back into shape would be difficult.

I started training with Cole recently and am now 5 or 6 sessions in. Cole’s high energy is motivating and his training style pushes you beyond what you think you can do. He also pays close attention to your form and helps you workout the right muscle group.

Even though it’s been a week, I went from getting dizzy in 15 minutes to lasting a full workout session. I don’t plan to stop anytime soon.

Checked REVAMP out on a trip home visiting family. Cole knows how to custom design a workout (strength, boxing, core, cardio, stretching) Every session is unique and focused.
