I’ve been going to Revolution for a little over 4 months now, and my results have been incredible. In that time, I’ve lost 15 pounds, gained muscle, and lowered my body fat percentage. I genuinely love going to the gym now, which I never thought I would say!

Matt is a great coach and person. From the start, I told him I do better with outside motivation and don’t do well with holding myself accountable. He never made me feel bad about that; he worked with me, and we’ve used it to my advantage. He’s created a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that makes showing up easy. I’ve also accomplished things in the gym that I never would have even tried on my own.

I really enjoy the small group training sessions because you get the help you need as well as the encouragement and comfortability of working out with others. Matt has also given me support with nutrition, which has made a big difference in my progress.

There were times when I felt discouraged, but Matt helped me push through those moments and keep going. I now feel more confident in my abilities in the gym, more confident physically and I feel better mentally as well.

I highly recommend Revolution to anyone looking for a positive, motivating, and results-driven fitness experience! I’ve attached before and after pictures to show how much progress I’ve made so far. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey at Revolution!

Before I found Revolution, I was unsuccessfully searching for a gym that I actually enjoyed going to. When I started working out at Revolution I knew I found an excellent gym! As an athlete for most of my life, after I stopped playing my sport I felt lost. I’m the type of person that I need someone to motivate me, keep me accountable and give me specific feedback if I’m doing the exercise wrong or right. Revolution is the place that I found all of this!! This gym is an amazing community of people of all ages & abilities that come together to share a space to workout & enjoy each other’s company. There are three large traditional gyms within five miles of my home and work. I have belonged to all three at one time or another. Hated going to the gym. If you're looking for small-group personal training, Revolution Fitness is the BEST choice in the area!! I've been to a lot of gyms and personal trainers and this has been my best experience yet. After two years of showing up 5 days a week I still look forward to showing up every day.
The other clients are all great people, real people, down-to-earth and fun to spend time with.
Matt is the head trainer and brings his A-game every day! Fantastic guy and super knowledgeable about strength training as well as food/diet strategies for better health and getting you lean and looking fit!! He really is committed to everyone meeting and exceeding their goals, no matter how widely varied.

Matt @ Revolution has been instrumental in building my strength and flexibility after two lower back surgeries. My core strength has built slowly over time, which has allowed me to bring myself up to a point where I feel as good physically as I did in my mid-twenties (47 now).

Aside from the above, the atmosphere at Revolution is amazing with great people. Matt honestly cares and will push you to continue to grow past what you think your individual limits are.

Highly recommend for all ages and levels of fitness. Very friendly and welcoming environment. So much more than a typical gym. Members are coached on how to use proper form, weight recommendations, modifications for all exercises if needed and health and nutrition. I joined in my late 40s, never had lifted weights before. All of my fears were gone after the first class. This is the first fitness commitment to myself I'm actually keeping and enjoying each week. Take a trial class...you'll love it!

This is a great gym. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to get healthy, not just to learn how to lift weights or get gigantic muscles. The owner and his team are extremely approachable and remember my own health history better than myself. They will help you not only in the gym, but also with nutrition and personal health habits to make you overall healthier and happier. Just as importantly, the other members are all very friendly and encouraging to each other! They also have courses for student athletes. I highly recommend this gym!

Revolution Fitness is truly the best gym I have ever been to. The trainers are amazing at working with you either one on one or in small groups. They are attentive and give great advice while you’re working out and tips for at home exercising. Revolution provides feedback on eating habits, which has made a huge difference to me physically while not completely altering my day to day meals. I wish I found this gym sooner! The coaching staff at Revolution Fitness & Performance is unmatched. All of the coaches cater to clients’ individual needs and challenge us to achieve our fitness goals. As a postpartum mom, this community was exactly what I needed to regain my strength and confidence. Additionally, I have learned proper lifting techniques and reignited my love for fitness. I have previously had back trouble, and Gerard, Kevin and Corrine helped me learn proper technique to build strength without risk of re-injuring. Gerald(owner) is the best trainer I have worked with. He's damn good at understanding your capacity for workouts and pushes your limits passively overtime. I have witnessed best results under his training and got my body well toned within two months and I started feeling more energetic all day.
