Natalie is absolutely an incredible instructor. She makes new exciting workouts every day, incorporating strength, cardio, balance, flexibility. She emphasizes correct alignment, and goes out of her way to not only modify exercises if there is a need, but also to spend her own time helping identify stretches to do to help any body part that needs it. The time flies, and before I know it, I've gotten a great workout in for the day!

I loved Natalie's classes! I visited a few times and would certainly attended regularly if I lived in the area. She is a kind but persistent coach, and explains the exercises in a way that is helpful and efficient. I felt very motivated while in her classes, both because of her positive energy and her thoughtful lesson plans. I found that it was the perfect way to wake up in the morning, and I was glad to have gotten a thorough workout out of the way first thing! I can't recommend her highly enough, make sure to check out a class with her when you can.

I've trained with Natalie for 8 years. Her workouts are excellent and varied, and based on years of practice and knowledge of physical training. She encourages camaraderie among class participants which creates an atmosphere of mutual support and accountability for maintaining and improving one's physical well being. Rising Phoenix Training has taken workouts to the next level. Their everchanging exercise routine helps muscle confusion which has resulted in increased stamina and strength. Natalie is an amazing instructor who gives everyone personal attention, watches closely, and helps every individual reach their peak potential.
