This is a great little gym. Nice vibe, no big crowds, and some interesting equipment. Has everything you need to get a great workout - lifting or cardio. The reason why I frequent is the sauna and it is awesome! Super clean and they keep it very hot. Plus the shower is right beside the sauna for some contrast therapy. The lady I met at the front desk was super nice and gave me a quick tour. Don’t hesitate to join!

Awesome if you don’t want the crowd you’d find at commercial gyms.

Squirt bottle and towel, every few steps to clean the equipment after use.

Everyone’s friendly.

They have a sauna! (I’ve yet to use it)

Only way this place will get under five stars is if someone tells me to be quiet while lifting lol.

Best gym around been going here for years everyone is really nice ,the owner is there every day ,he is the nicest guy, its extremely clean, everything works, its like working out in a log cabin, the offer everything, 100% worth it, and better then anything around, bonus, you never have to wait to use anything there is allways a spot never crowded, no big yelling gym nuts, just a great place...

This is my home gym. It isn't big, but that is what gives it its homely and welcoming feeling. I have been hit and miss with the gym, but every time I do find my way back, the same love is there. Mike the trainer is there transforming people, so if you're ready, sign up!

Love this gym, there's nothing like it! Always clean and everyone is wearing masks appropaitely, windows open, and adequate space between machines. I was very weary about coming back to a gym during Covid times but Jason and his crew made me feel safe and welcome! Much better than the big corporate gyms because they actually care!

I workout there for seven months, and I've gotten really sick, so I was unable to attend the gym, so I started back the last week, everyone including the the staff ( Mike) and other gym membership welcomed be back, so I really feel like this is a clean and greatly run family gym..*****

Due to its proximity to my home, I was a patron of this gym for about 2 years and I DO NOT recommend it. For the outrageous monthly cost of $42.50 this place should have been fully operational, professionally run, and clean, but, quite frankly, it was none of these.

For example, there were always high-traffic machines in the facility that did not work properly or simply not at all. Many of these presented a danger to those working out. Numerous times I brought this to management's attention, which fell on deaf ears.

During the summer months, management refused to turn on the air conditioning as a cost-saving measure, which made working-out very unpleasant, not just due to the heat, but also the smell from other patrons.

The classes were satisfactory in the beginning, but they eventually became stale due to lack of interest from the instructors and the owner. The area where the classes were held was always filthy and there was a conversation after a class about a fellow female classmate who had contracted ringworm from an unclean mat.

Part of the membership fees included tanning, however only 2 of the 4 sunbeds actually worked, which often prevented customers from being able to use them, as they were frequently in-use.

Finally, one of the trainers made me feel extremely uncomfortable. On too many occasions I would find him standing above the treadmills, staring at me as I ran, and other times, invading my personal space by hovering over me while I was weight-training.

Suffice to say, I no longer attend this gym and you could not pay me to ever go back.

This gym is in an old brick building, exposed beams, large Windows and cozy workout areas. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Many diverse classes that come with the price of your membership!!! Saunas in both bathrooms! Definitely not a gym with a warehouse feel!!

Great Place. Super Clean and surrounded by nice people. I've been a member at 3 different gyms. This place is by far the BEST. Just the fact that not one person (except my son) has laughed at me while I try to bench press 25 pounds, says a lot about the fellow members.

By far the best cleanest gym around im a fitness model and this is the only gym i will go to im burlington county they have it all there is never a wait for anything and they have everything i would give it 10 stare if i cpuld!!!!

Local owned community gym, clean, eco friendly, body friendly, well lit and well maintained. Sign in, grab a towel, workout, walk home.

Major pros: Uses cloth towels to wipe down machines, provides towels to guests, OPENS windows weather allowing (so nice), friendly front desk, classic (full step) stair climber.

PLUS they have the typical gym FM tuner/plug in to hear TV stuff, combination machines, spin, boot camp. Really, pretty awesome all around.

This is a great community gym. All of the other reviews I have seen on Yelp or whatever were O-L-D! This gym got a new owner in 2012 and WHAT a difference! Now they have lots of great classes - more than any place around here, a SPIN room, new equipment and its clean and beautiful. And, the people here are great. If you have not been here since AFTER 2012, you need to check this out. I <3 RHFC.
