Private gym that's open 24 hours, and it's pretty cheap for the access you get. Quiet area and it can get crowded during peak hours, but it's perfect if you're working out outside of those times. There's a good mix of free weights and machines, and there are a few treadmills and elliptical machines. I use mostly bodyweight exercises and barbells and they're kept in good condition as well. Make sure to give a call ahead and make an appointment to stop by and check the place out!

The owner, Dave, is one of the most honest and straightforward men I'll ever know. No hassle, no issue in either signing up or coming to work out at this gym. Always a clean environment. Dave also supplies snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. Makes the most out of this location and has just about anything you could need to he healthy

I have used Rock Solid for five years, and it is the best gym where I’ve ever been a regular member. Never any wait time for equipment, and an intimate and supportive community of users. I’ve made some good friends here, and I’ve met a lot of my physical goals and then set new ones.

Ive been going to this gym for roughly 2 years. Its been a great place to go workout and not deal with the high volume issues at larger chain gyms. I think its one of (if not the only) 24 hour gym in cherry hill. Its always kept clean, all the equipment is in working condition, plenty of parking, and ive never had a billing issue so thats a big plus.
It is also a very encouraging environment for those who are just starting out, and even the more experienced like myself. They also have some good trainers there that are available on request.

It has everything I'm looking for , I been here for about 2 years now and still going strong , the people who come here are very friendly and helpful. I love this gym hands down best ever and that's coming from a person that been to a few gyms in my life

So convenient. Even when there are other people working out at the same time as me, it feels like I'm at my own personal, private gym. Love that it is open 24 hours. Wish there were a gym like this in every town.

The best gym around. There are no contracts or starting fees. It's very clean, never crowded, and it always feels like my own personal gym!!
