Was living a very unhealthy lifestyle and after a shoulder injury and some pretty concerning bloodwork results I decided to look into personal training and found Ryan. Started with the goal of just getting healthy / in shape, and in a few months I had lost 30 pounds and was in the best shape of my life. From teaching me how to eat healthier, track macro intake, lift safely and with proper form, I couldn't be more happy with him. Got more bloodwork after ~4 months, and every single bad result from the first round made a complete 180. Unfortunately I had to end our training abruptly after a wicked car accident, but once I'm healed up I'm looking forward to hopefully picking up where we left off. Thanks Ryan!

Ryan is a great personal trainer. At the age of 56 I was not sure, if weight lifting was the right choice for me, but I decided to try. Ryan taught me a lot about fitness , proper alignment and nutrition. After couple weeks, I felt stronger , not only physically, but also mentally. With proper alignment there is no joint pain, which I experienced in the past while working out on my own. Ryan is an excellent teacher and workouts with him are always enjoyable.

I have known Ryan for roughly 3 years now, well before he split off onto his own in the training field. He had helped me in my very early days of working out. He was not only a trainer to me, but someone I looked up to as I was younger then.
Whether you want to look better, feel better, be stronger, or need help with mobility and functional tasks as an older client, Ryan is the absolute best, and should be your first consideration.
High school, college, 30s all the way to 70s, Ryan is one of the best people you could have in your corner for your health, mental and physical.

Coach Roger That is the best! I’ve been training with him for the past year and I’ve lost about 20lbs while I built muscle and got stronger in my lifts (this was my goal to get stronger while losing fat)! He really cares about you and wants to see you succeed! He is super knowledgeable and will help you with not only working out but with nutrition as well. It takes time but trust him and you will see results!

Ryan is a constant professional and has helped me lose weight and gain muscle in a safe sustainable way. A lot of trainers can get you to lose weight but not many are going to hold you accountable like Ryan will. I’ve worked out with many trainers and did CrossFit for 5 years, and Ryan has been able to find the best balance of health and keeping me as injury free as possible.

Roger That Personal training has been going great! Ryan is very knowledgeable and has been very supportive on my way to my goal! He’s also friendly but will push you when needed. Honestly pretty skeptical about personal training. But I decided to give coach Roger a try, from seeing all the positive progress and feedback across his social media pages. I’ve struggled with weight my whole life, I’ve lost weight on several different accounts and had gained just as much weight if not more. My goal isn’t necessarily to lose weight but it’s to be healthy. I have tried many different diets all types of different cutting out this, eating less of that, more of this and it’s worked but then when you reintroduce what you cut out you gain it well back. I’ve been training with coach Roger for roughly two months now (two days a week) and I can without a doubt say that I’ve had the best progression of my own health since. With his nutritional information and tips about food intake and consistency I’ve seen significantly more muscle growth and have felt the best I have ever felt, both physically and mentally since we’ve began training.

Ryan at Roger That is a top notch personal trainer. Ryan helped me get back on track after a shoulder injury and falling off from the gym, he got me back into it and helped me build back strength while working with me due to the injury and tailored the training around the injury. I will start off by saying that I have always been the type of person who hated working out and was afraid of the gym.
